I have resided here at Eastside for almost four months. I had first experienced two other assisted living facilities, which were anything but "assisted living". Eastside is heaven compared. The staff here truly care for our welfare in every way, and that, I'm sure" is due to the trickle effect from the top down. Lana Sokolov is our administrator. She is very caring and engaged, very hands on, going above and beyond to address our needs. The food and food service is restaurant like. The dining hall is very social and serene with polite and attentive table service. I recommend Eastside for anyone who needs assisted living...truly it is the epitomy of what assisted living should be. All ARE NOT the same. I thank God for guiding me here. Don Martin

I came to Eastside via three other assisted-living facilities only to find that this place was the real deal. They care. They're concerned their compassionate when something needs to get done and gets done right away where I've been and I must say that Lady, a lady by the name of Lana started here as an Director the same day that I arrived and she's been nothing short of fantastic every time I eat something she was there she never forgot she remembers and she cares and she was very compassionate!! Relationship relationship! Eastside active Living assisted-living, great location good food great service!!!!!

I moved in here 3 weeks ago and I have been very pleased with everything about the place. The place is kept very clean and the staff are very nice and attentive. Lana is a very nice lady who makes sure your nice and comfy. The food is also very good.

Hands down the best ALF place in south Florida. First of all location,you literally within walking distance to the Hollywood Beach with all available things to do at the beach. Next very important thing is Food, with variety of available options and a chef will keep you full all the time, you get snacks between meals. Third item is the medical care, they will take care of your medicine, you get to see a doctor every week for n Wednesdays and if you need to see a specialist they will give you a referral and help you get an appointment and arrange transportation if you need. Also they make your rooms every day and change linen quilt often. I can continue but I think I mentioned most important aspects and lastly I want to appreciate our owner Ivan and administrator Rose they really involved in all activities going on at the property with help from his side. I forgot to say that this place is clean inside and outside,you'll find freshly painted walls and wood fencing. I highly recommend this for everyone who is looking for permanent home in long term. The staff is amazing! My neighbors are very friendly and I love living here! They are great apartments/studios, also in the best location! 5 min drive to the beach and boardwalk. Next to us we have 2 state outdoor nature parks and also a golf course(not on Eastside property) but it's a quick walk and is open to the public.The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others."

I was looking for a living facility for a relative and I knew of Eastside from a few years ago delivering packages to Eastside. I couldn't believe the beautiful difference as I walked in from the ceilings to the incredible looking floors. Then I was introduced to Yana which was so informative and gave me a tour. As we walked throughout all staff was polite and seemed so happy to work there. Maintenance men were on top of their game. Then Yana introduced me to Edina which gave me numbers to assist me and mama family. Edina even called me as a follow up call. WOW I looked at other places and they were shady to where I felt so uncomfortable, NOT AT EASTSIDE So thanks so much to Yana and Edina. Thanks,John

Perfect place for stay, You can stay in this wonderful studio or 1 bedroom apartment from 1 months to one year! Director Yana and receptionist Hilda is so nice, always did everything what we have asked about apartment services. Territory is green, with birds and squirrels, good for children.

My wife and i moved in 8 days ago. Everyone was helpful to get us accomodated. The staff and clients are friendly. We chose Eastside to continue our apostolic service to the disabled and needy. Our accomodations were larger than expected for a couple and everything we brought was successfully accomodated within the confines of our quarters. .

I recently moved in this year and I love the area; very close to the beach as well as downtown Hollywood. Tons of great restaurants neighborhood has been extremely safe and very diverse. I've been to the beach more times this year than I have in my entire life because it's so conveniently close by
