I am an agency aide! Ive worked off and on here for 1.5 years! This past weekend I had a horrible night! Like one of those nights that I cried all day the next day over! This is not my usual behavior! Honestly it takes alot to get me to that point! Ive done crazy ratios like 1/70 and not cried one tear! However my biggest concern was that things that happened that evening would be blamed on me! I took my concerns to management! To my surprise they adressed them with a plan in place to make sure this never happened again! They herd my voice and took action! Everyone right now is struggling due to nursing shortages, however most facilities wouldn't bat and eye over an agency aides concerns! They did and choose to implement change for the better! Im so proud to continue working here through agency and that says so much! Thank you Westview for listening and taking action to better everyones experience of your facility for the better!

West view healthy living rehabilitation department is amazing. The staff was so good with my mom. They took very good care of her. The administration lady was so nice. The therapist was so nice. The social worker was really nice.. The nurses and aids are amazing.

It is very nice & clean & the administration is nice but the nurse aids are sometimes rude & the agency aides show up an hour or 2 after shift start. And they make you feel inadequate..unwelcomed!!

The pervious post that used my name is a false review. I am the real Tashena S. And never wrote something so horrible and false.Westview is an outstanding facility and and treats employees and resident the way they should be treated. Healthcare in general i hard for everyone right now. But westview is rocking it by keeping loved ones safe and protected. Some times we as Healthcare workers do get tempers and get upset about things, my words where taken out of context when my temper flared. My husband has been in Westview for almost two years due to MS. His and my experiences have been nothing but excellent! It is always clean and the staff is very caring. I would not consider moving him anywhere. He loves the staff and is so proud to show visitors around!

My Mom has been in the assisted living for not quite 2 yrs...she loves her room..the workers...the activities and all the visitors...I live in Florida and only get up there twice a year...I feel so happy that she is in such a loving environment with caring workers. She loves her "home".
