I was invited last Saturday, by Sandy S, to the Italian brunch and entertainment. I was warmly greeted at the front desk, hugged by Sandy, and seated with three lovely guests. The ambiance, awesome food, attentiveness of the staff, all contribute to high ratings from everyone who has had the pleasure of staying in your environment for a short, or long period of time. Thank you for inviting me! Suzanne Coyne

This is a wonderfully welcoming place with a great atmosphere for anyone looking to move in. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help. The facilities are fantastic too”there's a swimming pool, a library, a beauty salon, and even a cozy little book gift shop. Plus, the location is just wonderful, making it an all-around great place to live.

A huge thank you to Sandy for accommodating a last-minute tour for my parents. We had an unexpected opportunity arise and needed to move quickly, and Sandy was incredibly helpful throughout the process. From the moment we arrived, there was live music playing and residents dancing ” it immediately felt warm, vibrant, and full of life. This community is far from what many people imagine when they think of a traditional nursing home. My husband and I, both in our 60s, found ourselves saying, We’d love to live here someday. The variety of activities and amenities available is truly impressive. Whether someone enjoys staying active and social or prefers a more relaxed lifestyle, there is something for everyone. The atmosphere encourages engagement, connection, and enjoyment of daily life. What stood out most was the genuine friendliness of the residents and staff. Residents were smiling, welcoming, and clearly happy to be there. Staff members knew residents by name, checked in on them personally, and created an environment that felt caring and compassionate. We also heard wonderful things about the food from several residents. It’s clear that this is a place where people can truly thrive and enjoy their golden years with dignity, comfort, and community. The only question is ” is 20 years too early to join the waitlist? Sincerely The Pectols

The Villages at Ocotillo is a beautiful facility and the staff is AMAZING! They didn't even have a room available at the time, but when I mentioned our dire circumstances, the sales director, Sandi was so understanding and quickly set up a meeting with us and Tubna. Both of these ladies are a huge part of the Villages success. Extremely caring and go the extra mile on everything. They brought us hope for a much needed change AND a room within less than three weeks and we are very, very grateful.

The lunch and entertainment were excellent. After many years as a flight attendant, I read body language well, and it is obvious the residents are treated with respect and kindness. Review: The Village at Ocotillo “ A Loving Home for Our Mom At the end of January 2025, we moved our mom from Albuquerque to Chandler. She was facing complications from late-stage cancer and needed the kind of care and support only assisted living could provide. After visiting three facilities in Chandler, The Village at Ocotillo stood out immediately”and in hindsight, we couldn’t have chosen a better place for this important chapter in her life. We chose The Village for three main reasons: The size “ It’s big enough to give residents opportunities to socialize and make connections, but still felt warm and personal. The amenities and cleanliness “ The inviting restaurant, the bridge card room, and cozy gathering spaces made it feel less like a facility and more like a real home. The people “ We knew mom would eventually need a high level of care, and the kindness and professionalism of the staff made us feel she would be in good hands. We were right. From the moment she arrived, the staff wrapped her in love, attention, and dignity. Tugba (Business Manager), Sandy and Codi (Sales), Amanda (Nurse), and Chad (Maintenance) became familiar and comforting faces not only to her, but to us. Amanda was an angel during the last seven weeks of mom’s life”her medical care and emotional presence were both deeply compassionate. The med techs”Richard, Lou, Mary, Marye, and Fadera”were incredible in managing her pain in close coordination with hospice. The caregivers”Alex, Monica, Naomi, Grace, Sam, Gerard, and Marisela”showed a kind of patience and tenderness that can't be taught. They cared for her physical needs and emotional comfort, always making sure she was clean, supported, and never alone. Even the front desk team”Heather, Faith, and Jennifer”greeted us each visit with warmth. Their kindness mattered more than they probably realized during those tough days. Although mom was only with The Village at Ocotillo for four months, it was exactly where she needed to be. She spent precious time with her kids and grandkids, surrounded by people who truly cared about her as a person, not just a patient. From our entire family”thank you. We will always be grateful. If you’re looking for a loving, safe, clean, and community-centered place for your loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend The Village at Ocotillo. Sincerely, Brett B., Chandler AZ

great experience and great food and people
May 2025
I've been wanting to do this for a long time, I finally have time. I want to share my amazing experience that my father had when he was there. First, the staff all of them are incredible. My father was there for a year and half. They treat there residents with so much love and respect. Even in trying times. The restaurant and food was my father's favorite. He loved going to exercise class. My experience as his daughter, was just as incredible. I felt like the staff was part of my family. And I'll be forever grateful. In January it was time to move my dad to memory care. Sandy and Amanda (the nurse) helped me so much. My father is happy and content at his new place. I personally would like to thank them all. Especially Tugba. She is the most loving, genuine, sweet, woman. She does an incredibly hard job and she is a blessing to all that live at the Village. I miss you all, and will never forget how wonderful you all are. With so much gratitude Kim Coxon

After looking at several communities, Ocotillo offers the fit for our circumstances and it is our choice to move here as soon as possible. Everything from the entrance to the people is top notch.

I went to take the tour for myself and wife. Sandra and Codi were great showing me around. Met a few residents and they seemed happy and said we should consider the place. The location is nice and peaceful.

This Sr. Living Center is the answer to our prayers. For my husband and I, most importantly was to find a place where no matter what our health was, that we would never be separated. The Village at Ocotillo’s philosophy is that once u move in, they will not move u to a smaller room or to a room that better fits your health status which includes early Alzheimers . No matter where u live in the building, nursing staff can provide assistance for your medical needs. We have eaten there twice and the food is wonderful. The option of an open restaurant provides for the flexibility of meals if needed. They have all of the basic needs such as transportation to grocery, Dr. appointments, etc. They also tract their residents in a signin-signout check off to make sure of the security of the residents. We were impressed with their entertainment, social activities and ways they meet the needs of their residents. We were really pleased with every aspect of this Sr. Living Center and we plan to place ourselves on the list for an apartment in the near future.
October 2024
I’m not a resident, but I recently had the opportunity to visit for a tour and I was very impressed with the staff and the facility. It is a place that I would definitely feel comfortable living at in the future!
October 2024
Staff at The Village at Ocotillo is fantastic. Both of my divorced parents are here as my sister and I feel this is the best place for them. Both parents came from other communities and they are both very happy at The Village at Ocotillo.
October 2024
We could not ask for a more compassionate and professional living situation for our sister. The staff is open and receptive to listening to the needs of the residents. Communication is emphasized as an important part of the relationship with the residents. Not only is the facility beautiful, but the people who live there are friendly and happy. They welcome newcomers. It is easy for them to do that because the social activities provided to the residents are top notch--great live music and dancing, wonderful exercise classes and out-of-house shopping and excursions. I haven't mentioned the food yet. It's the crowning glory of The Village. The meals are varied, and from my sister's report, she has been delighted with breakfast, lunch and dinner fare. I would agree, as I have eaten in the restaurant on several occasions and thought it was exceptional. My sister and I foodies and pretty particular about our food.
October 2024
Love this place for my mom! So clean and resort like which I love, didn’t want it to feel like a nursing home and it really doesn’t! Love all the activities and social events for my mom to take part in. And all the staff is just amazing!

We were most impressed with Villages at Ocotillo ( and with all the residents we talked to who spoke very highly of their experience). Great culture, great reputation, great staff. Impressed.
August 2024
My mother is currently in assisted living in Texas. I am relocating her to Arizona. I live in Tucson but my physician is in Phoenix. My mother's physician will also be in Phoenix. Therefore, I reasoned a Phoenix assisted living would be best. The first location I toured was The Village at Ocotillo (Ocotillo). I scheduled a meeting with Sandi (Director of Sales). When I arrived Sandi was in another meeting. The Executive Director (Tugba) met with me instead. Her questions began with: What things are YOU looking for? What things are a priority for YOU? Then we began a discussion about how Ocotillo could meet my needs. These are core questions. Other facilities started with: Tell us about your loved one? but not - "What is important to you?" Sandi joined us along with another property manager- Codi. They worked together to show the property. I had a concern about the size of the shower. Codi took the initiative to measure the shower and bring me the findings during lunch. I received an information packet and went home to review the documents. After seeing 11 properties in Tucson and Phoenix- I narrowed my search to 3 facilities - Ocotillo was one of the three. The evaluation documents and staff consultations, from Ocotillo, were invaluable. Ocotillo was the only firm that provided a detailed "Level of Care Assessment". Every facility talked about the assessment but Ocotillo was the only one with a transparent process. Over the next couple of weeks, a number of things happened. I was informed my mother wasn't sleeping or eating well. I thought she may have been stressed about the move. Even though I believe medical care is better in Phoenix, I have decided to move my mother to Tucson. I will be approximately 5-7 minutes away from her versus the hour to Chandler (Phoenix). My objective was to give details about the organization at Ocotillo. It is amazing. To tick the box on: 1. care; 2. security; 3. pleasing, spacious living space; 4. responsive administration - Ocotillo is a hands down WINNER! As discussed, I have decided on a location in Tucson but felt compelled to write this review. If you are considering assisted living in Phoenix (Chandler), you should look at The Village at Ocotillo as a baseline of what you should be looking for. Ask for Tugba, Sandi and Codi - they don't have high turnover so I'm sure they will be there.
August 2024
This is a great facility. A little different than the other Village locations. But staff are friendly and the facility is clean. Classes are fun and the instructors know their stuff. I love that I can get a workout in, bring my laptop and do some work and even get a meal!
August 2024
I really enjoyed your visit. I was able to visit you twice to see all your amenities and units. What a beautiful facility, many rooms of activities, library, menus, wonderful and pleasant patients. I was very much impressed with your Home Care and it was shown on everyone's face how happy they were. Thank you so much and hope to see you again.
August 2024
We are absolutely delighted with the staff and services provided by Village of Ocotillo. My mom is 91 and in great health but needs to have some fun and friendships during this part of her life. She has found all of this and more here. So very grateful for this wonderful community!
July 2024
My Mom stayed at The Village at Ocotillo in Chandler for almost 3 months as a respite resident while she recovered after breaking her ankle. She was in a 1 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The receptionists always greeted everyone with a warm smile and friendly hello! While there, the staff took very good care of her, attending to her every need! The aides and nursing staff were quick to respond when she requested help. The maintenance crew took care of the special requests needed in her room due to her injury. The furnishings in the lobby and fireplace room were comfortable and tastefully decorated. We were impressed with the cleanliness throughout. The restaurant was open for her to have all 3 meals so she never used the kitchen in her apartment as the food was very good! With a main menu there were also food specials that changed out everyday for all 3 sittings. Linens on the tables with fresh flowers and beautiful wall art made it a nice place to have a meal. There was a theatre which showed movies every week. Outside there is a large pool and jacuzzi along with a beautiful outdoor patio and fountain with manicured grounds and walking paths. There is a computer room, small gift shop, card and game rooms along with a therapy gym and smaller therapy room. She received therapy 2 times a day, 5 days a week, which she took advantage of most weeks. Bingo was something she really enjoyed with the new friends she made. There is happy hour every week with entertainment and holidays are celebrated with decorations and special meals. Family and friends are always welcome to visit! As a family, we could not have picked a better place for our Mom to recover!

The Villages at Ocotillo were the best decision we could have made to place our aging parents who had a myriad of health issues. We were assured that our parents could stay together at the Villages until end of life, (except for dementia flight risks) and the Villages definitely delivered. My Mom arrived in January of 2024 after a series of strokes, AFib and congestive heart failure as well as being a diabetic. She was on a walker and could go to the dining room which she really enjoyed. It was a relief not to cook after 58 years of marriage! My father arrived in late January after being in rehab due to a fall. He had dementia, diabetes, and a host of additional ailments. He was also in a wheelchair and unable to transfer. He required a Hoyer lift but the staff dressed him and moved him into either his wheelchair or his armchair daily. He fell almost daily (because he forgot he couldn’t walk) and the staff picked him up every day. He was not a light man, so the task was difficult. The staff called us every time he fell. He was able to go down to the dining room with my Mom several times because the staff got him dressed. He began to decline rapidly in February and the Villiages got us in touch with hospice who helped us enable him to pass without suffering. My Mom began to decline in June with a series of progressive strokes. She, too, began to fall almost daily and the Villages made sure to let us know. Again, the care takers, med techs, and nurses were absolutely phenomenal. They were caring, responsive, and committed to my Mom’s comfort. They engaged her in conversation and made her smile despite her difficult circumstances. She needed a Hoyer lift as well when a stroke paralyzed her left side. The staff made sure she was clean and dressed daily and even order food for her. They again contacted hospice to help feed and bathe her, and in the end she too passed comfortably with the input of hospice and nurses. While not everyone will need the labor intensive services of The Villages at Ocotillo, it was a relief to know my parents were in capable and caring hands. We can never thank the staff enough - from finance helping with their long term care policies to maintenance helping with their TVs, med techs giving them their medications and nurses overseeing their healthcare. I recommend them without hesitation.

My husband and I moved to the Village at Ocotillo a year ago, after looking at several properties, we knew immediately The Village at Ocotillo would become our new home. There has never been a moment that we regretted this decision and always felt it was the best one we ever made. One of our main reasons we were interested in this facility was because in the event we needed assisted care we are able to receive that care right in our Apartment. We came in as Independent Living, however my husband became very ill late last year and he needed assisted care, which was provided in our same apartment. That one thing made our decision so valuable. The caregivers were so kind and caring and we thought of them as family. Along with the Nursing Staff, the entire Management Staff have been nothing but kind, caring, helpful to every need and they all made us feel so welcome and safe. The Dining Room Staff is outstanding - we felt like most of the servers were our grandkids - we just loved them all. And food is the best - very fine dining, great selection of meals served three times a day. Not to mention all the amenities, anything you like or want to do is available at The Village. I personally love the pool and use it for water aerobics, the gym is well equipped and you can have personal training if you wish. Many activities, really too many to mention that help you get acquainted with all your new neighbors. All in all, you won't regret your decision to move to The Village at Ocotillo.

I visit this place on a weekly basis to visit with a home health patient. The staff is always nice and cheerful. Building is clean and inviting. I have never had the food, but it smells amazing when I visit during meal times. The one issue that I notice regularly is the staff parking in the visitor spaces. There are not many spots for visitors to park to start with, but actually having visualized staff parking in designated visitor spots is quite frustrating. I have had to park all the way around the building and walk to the front door. This could be quite the adventure for an elderly person who cannot walk that far. The handicapped spaces are usually full as well.

Our mom has lived at the Villages now for 6 months. We have been so impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness that is given to our mother. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the time you enter the front door. Every staff member makes it a point to remember her name, and they always respond quickly to her concerns and requests. We family members are so pleased that she is there and has such a wonderful community! M. Todd

Everything is clean. Property has been recently renovated and they are continuing upgrades. Staff is friendly and caring. Dad call it a hotel. He hasn't said anything bad about the facilities or the food. Staff is quick to respond to questions and has contacted me when something is needed.

My dear wife, Barbara, and I recently lived very happily for two months in an assisted-living apartment at The Village of Ocotillo. Until Barbara’s collage of serious illnesses (which included acute bowel and lung infections) required another type of facility, we had hoped to stay indefinitely and we would have stayed indefinitely if not for the significant shifts in Barbara’s medical condition. Throughout our memorable time at this unconditionally magnificent place, we were treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and generosity. We did not meet so much as a single person who treated us otherwise. The activity, caregiver, food-service, maintenance, and reception staff ” mainly, in our experience, Alex, Ashyton, Caroline, Chiffon, Curtis, Emae, Erika, Grace, Lisa, Lou, Mandy, Mary, Mauricio, Megan, Monica, Nancy, Naomi, Orlando, Ovenia, Pam, Peggy, Raymond, Riva, Roxy, and Thelma” did their momentous work happily, efficiently, and charmingly. They made our experience there joyful and constructive. The administrative staff of The Village ” mainly, in our experience, Amanda, Codi, Kees, Leah, Sandi, and Tugba (the facility’s luminous Executive Director) ” have crafted a thoroughly exceptional institution, an institution in which the needs, wishes, and safety of its residents are the foremost priorities. Barbara and I are, and shall always remain, rightly and profoundly grateful to the top-drawer people of The Village for their peerless contributions to the happiness and welfare of the residents they so lovingly and effectively care for. They are a community treasure of the first rank in our view.

We moved in on 9/2/23 for my husband to receive Assisted Living services. We have been very pleased with our choice. The apartment is great and staff is friendly and helpful. Meals are delicious with lots of choices. Lots of activities to choose from. We highly recommend you consider Village at Ocotillo if looking for a home for yourself or a family member.

We moved here not knowing what to expect from senior living communities and have been very pleasantly surprised . Great service and very upbeat employees make the atmosphere very good. Lots of friends, and activities keep you on the move continually. Great for your spirit and health.

The circumstances of us moving to the Village were totally unexpected. We were unable to plan for the move. Other facilities were recommended to us. It didn’t take much research to see that the Village at Ocotillo fit our needs best. Much has justifiably been posted about the facilities. But, it is the people who make the Village the outstanding home for us and other retirees. The helpful attitude of every staff member shows in every aspect of living here. To expect perfection is unrealistic. But, we get the strong feeling that the goal of every staff is perfection. Rather than make excuses about issues that arise, they take everything seriously. We like that. Remember, it takes a Village. The Village at Ocotillo is the greatest
August 2023
I have lived here for 6 years and enjoy the employees and fellow residents. I enjoy the activities and participate in a lot! The activities are superb and I love the staff, Anna in particular. She is efficient in her work and truly cares about every resident she comes in contact with. She wears many hats and does very well with each one. Not only is she professional, but she is personal and caring. We are blessed to have her as our Zest Director.

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude and heartfelt thanks for the exceptional care and support The Villages provided to my mom during her time with you. Though her stay was brief, the impact you all had on her and our family is immeasurable, and we will cherish the memories forever. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt a warm and welcoming embrace. Your genuine care and compassion shone through every interaction, and it was evident that you treated each resident as if they were your own family. During a difficult and emotional time for us, your unwavering support provided a source of strength and comfort. I am truly in awe of the level of care you provided to my mom. You attended to her every need with kindness and dedication, ensuring she was comfortable and cared for throughout her stay. Your professionalism and expertise were evident, but it was the personal touch and genuine love you showed that set you apart. The entire staff at The Villages at Ocotillo played an integral role in making my mom's last days on Earth truly special. Each one of you played a part in creating a loving and supportive environment that allowed her to find peace and comfort. Your collective effort and dedication touched us deeply, and we could not have asked for a better place for my mom. Your kindness extended beyond my mom to include our entire family. You kept us informed every step of the way, providing us with updates and ensuring we were well taken care of. Your willingness to listen and answer our questions was incredibly appreciated during such a challenging time. As I reflect on our time with you, I am filled with gratitude and admiration. The Villages at Ocotillo became more than just a care facility; it became a home filled with love and compassion. The care you provided extended beyond the physical “ it touched our hearts and souls. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you have done for my mom and our family. Your dedication and kindness will forever be etched in our memories. You are a remarkable team, and I cannot thank each and every one of you enough for making this journey more manageable and meaningful. The work you do is a true blessing to all those whose lives you touch. Lastly, if anyone is considering a place to fulfill their needs at what ever level of need, The Villages at Ocotillo is the place to be. An incredible experience that we will never forget so thanks to each and everyone of the Staff members for making an incredible experience for my Mom.

Great place to live and make friends!

My mom has been there for about 3 months. Her apartment is lovely, the housekeepers, desk staff, maintenance and everyone who works there has been great. She has taken advantage of the exercise classes....and is in better health than when she moved in. She likes the food, the people and just about everything about TVO. I like the fact that they touch base with me every month. Any of my concerns or questions are answered immediately. The Village at Ocotillo has been a perfect choice for mom.

I’ve lived here nearly 7 years and every day has been a pleasure. Our Maintenance department is always prompt in fixing everything. Codi Mesa is helpful with any problem.

Friendly staff, always helpful. Clientele is above average in intelligence. Several activities to participate in and many holidays to celebrate. Overall a great place to live. You will feel very comfortable at the village as I always have.

I have lived here for almost a year now and really call it home. I am independent and got hurt. the staff was so caring and good to me while I recovered. This place is so welcoming. There are flowers everywhere and lots of music. There is always something to do. We have a very talented fitness trainer that will answer any question you may have. I love it here.

I became a resident of the Village three weeks ago. It is the best decision I could have made at this stage of my life! It is like living in a grand hotel! The staff is superior. The facilities are immaculate. Even though I don't currently need any assistance and am living independently, it's wonderful to know I am surrounded by such loving, caring staff. And, if I need assistance, they are readily available. So glad I found this place.

My Mom moved moved into TVO in June of last year. It was difficult to uproot her from her home town of 80 some years - but at 90 years of age - living alone just wasn't an option any more. I toured TVO and one other facility - and was so impressed with TVO's staff, the beautiful facility and grounds that we chose them. But - the most important part in the decision making was her being able to stay in the same apartment regardless of the amount of care needed. The staff really are wonderful!!! There has been some turnover recently - but the care, friendliness and service has remained just as great.

I have been living at the Villages for 6 months and am so thankful for the excellent care provided here. Besides being a beautiful home, the staff is wonderful and so helpful, friendly and efficient. I enjoy the variety of activities are provided daily from which residents are free to participate according to their interest. The lovely dining room serves delicious meals and servers are friendly and courteous to all. I especially enjoy the friendliness of the other residents. Everyday at the Villages is a blessing! Sharon

. We moved here from our home in Sun Lakes, Ironwood, in July of last year. We were not convinced that we were ready to make a move into a senior living facility but there was a two bedroom facility available and that was not the case in other facilities we had looked at so we decided to ramp up a move to a senior living facility. Our decision was certainly made easier by the staff we met here who gave us our original tours. They could not have been kinder, more knowledgeable and helpful. We were also impressed with the variety of amenities here and opportunities to participate in all of the activities which we have taken great advantage of. There have been some changes in TVO staff but there has never been a downgrade of the kindness and helpfulness of every person who works here from management, maintenance personnel and care givers.l We have also been very moved by the friendliness and kindness of the residents who live here. Everyone we have met have welcomed us with open arms and included us in daily activities. The food service is incredible and the support staff in the dining room are all first class. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to share our experiences with you. Bill

My mother was at The Village at Ocotillo for about 16 months. When I had to move her to a facility that could give her minimal assistance, I chose The Village at Ocotillo. A family physician recommended it without hesitation! EVERYONE working there was kind and extremely helpful! The caregivers always did their best to give any assistance needed. The facility has many activities during the week including group exercise classes, cornhole, card games, painting classes, and Happy Hours. I went with my mom to many Friday Happy Hours where residents and guests are offered appetizers and a glass of wine or soda. The facility has music and singers where residents and guests often dance. On holidays, the facility has special event parties. I felt like I was part of the Village at Ocotillo family when I went to visit my mom. I said it was my second home! What is especially nice is that residents do not have to move apartments if they become handicapped. A caregiver will help a resident get to the dining room, offer bathroom assistance, and whatever care is needed. The dining room is lovely, and the meals are delicious! The service is excellent! My husband and I often had family dinners there with my mother. It was easy for residents to become friends and meet to visit and enjoy meals together. Transportation is provided for appointments and stores. Also, medicine is given at the scheduled times. Even after my mom had a stroke, required a hoyer lift, and had to be spoon fed in her apartment, caregivers truly cared and never neglected her! I know because I was allowed to have cameras in her apartment. Of course, the cost depends on the care needed. I eventually put her in an extremely nice group home near our home because she is very frail now at age 98 and requires individual care. I SINCERELY recommend The Village at Ocotillo! I now go there to visit residents and staff because they are like extending family to me.

My wife and I are in our mid 80s. For several years we have decided to remain at home until health issues change our plans. About mid year my wife was diagnosed with early stage dementia. We did not panic and made good judgement based on suggestions we received. We visited The Village at Ocotillo and were impressed by the sales team. Even though our house was not sold yet, we moved quickly as we wanted a 2 bedroom and the availability was wait listed. I am so glad we made the move and we made the decision together as my wife passed a few months later. During the months before my wife died she transitioned from independent to assisted living and the transition was smooth and well handled. Living alone at The Village has been a transition. Almost everything and every detail is taken care of. The food is great; the activities are always available too keep one from getting lonely or bored. Also there are so many residents to meet and make new friends and reminisce about our yesteryears. It is amazing how time passes quickly. One can’t become alone or lonesome. The lovely outside patio areas, pool, and grounds offer a comforting atmosphere in which to enjoy natures beauty. Your consideration to move in should be a positive one. See you here. Good Luck!

I am now living at The Village at Ocotillo and I love it. Jose’s Friday morning omelet station is the best! We eat so good here that we have to go exercise with Chiffon, the fitness instructor! She does a GREAT job. Everyone is so nice and friendly here. I love to hangout outside in the beautiful back courtyard to relax. Often times the staff will bring out a drink if I ask! I am so happy here and have made some wonderful friendships.

My wife of 53 years passed away last year. Rather than continue living alone in our house, I decided to try a senior living facility in the East Valley area. After reviewing and visiting several different facilities and talking to staff and residents at those facilities, I chose the Village at Ocotillo. Never once, since making that decision a year ago, have I regretted my choice. The staff here is friendly, helpful and fully supportive of the residents; the facility is beautiful and very well kept; my fellow residents have proven to be outgoing and involved in this community; the quality and variety of the menu is more than satisfactory; and, the administration focuses on and works hard to provide programs and activities for all the residents. I am on independent living but can observe every day the presence and quality care provided for assisted living residents. The Village is a great place to live.

I have been at the Village, as of Sunday for 2 years. I came just as Covid upset so much of this world. However, we were treated with such care, good food brought to our apartments, even refreshments. I realize that often people of my age are dissatisfied with having to give up life as they knew it. However, I find that life is what you make of any situation, and as I grew to know people, care givers, staff in general, I found a family that I am very pleased to be a part of. I am in Assisted Living, tho requiring less care than others, still my needs are met with the same efficiency as those I know who require more. I am in much better health today, thanks for diet, regular hours and knowing at the push of pendant, assistance will be coming. Can't say enough for the events planned, food served, activities that seem to fit any lifestyle, it is up to you to participate, not being pushed but allowed to find your own interests. We all come from many different states, so food is not always what we are used to, but the quality and variety gives us many choices. So I would recommend the Village to anyone looking either for self or families looking for a place for their family members.

I have spent a lot of time at The Village at Ocotillo and they are amazing at taking care of seniors. All the residents are happy and well cared for by Angie and her care staff. The community took such great care of their residents during this pandemic and all the residents stayed healthy! I would highly recommend this community for all seniors!

My parents moved in to The Village in February 2020. They have been well cared for and enjoy this new home! The staff is friendly, kind and respectful. The staff at The Village respect and treat the residents will dignity, knowing aging can present itself in ways that can be challenging to accept. My parents rave about the food! Thank you for helping my parents in ways my own family can't at this point in time.

If you are considering this place for your loved one, we recommend highly... there is no perfect place but if your looking for happy people, clean environment, friendly, actually can say good food very impressed and such a caring staff this is the place. My aunt moved in and of course things weren’t perfect as for someone moving in it involves LOTS of change. For us her family the staff and nursing personnel went above and beyond for her. As my aunt’s health declined the staff really stepped up and Hospice stepped in and the 2 teams really made this time as easy as this could of been. 5+ stars for both nursing and cna staff... So much gratitude for all of them.

I haven't had a family member here but I have taken care of people in the facility and worked with the staff. First, it is beautiful inside. Nicely decorated, warm and welcoming. Second, the staff is caring and work hard. Third, I never heard a complaint about the food. Fourth, the nursing care is wonderful. Overall, it is a really nice place.
