All staff are welcoming and friendly. They take great pride in what they do here. They can even make my grumpy uncle smile! The facility is always clean...inside and out! It's not surprising to learn I know of several acquaintances whose parents are also here. It's a great place!!

Absolutely the best experience in caring for loved ones. Team members treat everyone with compassion and dignity and truly feel like family. Our last months in memory care were memorable and inspirational. We highly recommend Oak Meadows!!

We moved our dad into assisted living a couple of months ago from another assisted living facility. We have been extremely pleased thus far. Even though his previous facility was highly rated, it doesn't hold a candle to Oak Meadows. The facility is well maintained and the apartments are very reasonably priced. They are also nicely updated. My dad is in a large studio that has a separate area that is plenty big enough to serve as a bedroom. The grounds are very nice with walking trails and a large gazebo. The facility is large enough to be vibrant and active without being overwhelming or confusing to the residents. My only minor issue is the dining room hours are limited and they do not accommodate special diets(diabetic, heart failure, etc.) Three meals a day only adds $300 a month. The real difference maker is the employees. They don't seem understaffed and they seem to be happy. These facilities can churn through employees and have to rely on temp workers. The fact that they have long term employees that can forge relationships with the residents is huge. Oak Meadows also has ample Registered Nursing coverage. This is such a key. So many facilities use various unlicensed aides that work "under" the direction of an RN without the RN ever really seeing and caring for the residents. At Oak Meadows, the licensed nursing staff interacts and cares for the residents while only the support level tasks are done by aides. Another thing is the communication of the staff with family members. I am not left in the dark when issues arise with my dad. I feel it is a collaborative environment. My brother and I are thrilled to have chosen Oak Meadows for dad. We sleep better knowing he is being professionally taken care of in a nice environment.

I couldn’t be happier with the staff here while moving my dad into Oak Meadows. Megan was very helpful with all our many housing questions, Mary has really been knowledgeable and caring with all his medical needs, and Jared really stepped up in helping dad make his apartment feel like home! Oak Meadows Senior Living was our top choice when we needed to move Dad closer to us. The nursing and care staff work well together to deliver high quality care. The management supports care delivery and leads the way with activities and services needed by residents. We were pleasantly surprised at the high food quality in the dining room, which was very important to Dad. In a time of difficult hiring, Oak Meadows Senior Living has been able to keep and hire staff, which is a tribute to the leadership. This gives stability that is so crucial for care of seniors.

I have lived in the Asst living part of Oak Meadows for 8 years, and it is a wonderful place to live. Of course some things had to change when the virus came to town. but the staff have taken good care of us. The staff is so caring and helpful and I appreciate all of them.

I cannot say enough good things about Oak Meadows. I toured at least 8 senior living facilities when I was looking for a place for my Mom in 2016. She was going to be moving, somewhat reluctantly, from Ohio to Minnesota in order to be near me and my family. It was a tough decision but she needed more help. Oak Meadows has absolutely been the right place for my Mom. She started in Independent Living and as her needs increased she moved to the Assisted Living side of the facility. The transition went quite smoothly. The staff at Oak Meadows is absolutely amazing. Over the years my Mom has enjoyed church services, group exercise classes and the many activities organized by the staff. There are family dinners for holidays, ice cream socials, craft fairs, parades, trips to the store and so much more. Of course COVID has thrown a curve ball for everyone but Oak Meadows has handled the pandemic so well. They have set up measures to keep our loved ones safe. The entire staff is going above and beyond to find ways to keep our family members healthy and engaged. My Mom has recently had a stroke and has been at a TCU for her rehab. She will be returning to Oak Meadows soon and the Ebenezer staff has been doing a fantastic job making sure that all of the services she will need upon her return are set up. I could not have made a better choice for my Mom. My Mom never really wanted to leave Ohio where she had lived her entire life. Last year, when I turned 50, my daughter put together a book of interviews with friends and family. She asked my Mom "What is the nicest thing Ellen has ever done for you?" My Mom replied, "Asking me to move to Minnesota." I know that Oak Meadows, more importantly, the people at Oak Meadows, are a huge reason why she said this.

My mom and dad moved into an Oak Meadows' Independent Living apartment in 2019. Several months after they moved in, my father passed away. The staff and chaplain at Oak Meadows have embraced my mom and become part of our extended family. From the maintenance guys, to the cleaning staff, on up to the administrative staff...they all know my mom, check in on her daily, and have created a community for her through the transition of my dad's passing, and life during Covid. Mom has found much happiness and a sense of purpose with her many friends and neighbors at Oak Meadows. She simply loves living there! Thank you.

Oak Meadows has been a wonderful home for our parents since 2009. It is a vibrant, caring community with an exceptional staff. The facility is a perfect size and well maintained, making it homey and comfortable. The staff is always involving the residents in fun and stimulating activities and maintain a joyous environment.

I absolutely love oak meadows! 5 days after my parents moved there, my dad died of a heart attack. My mom was all by herself in a beautiful new apartment in a strange city after 60 years of marriage. The people at oak meadows (both tenants and workers) embraced my mom with open arms and helped her to build a new life for herself! The facility and grounds are gorgeous but what sets oak meadows apart is the people! The staff is outstanding! My mom loves living there and I love going to visit!

The entire team at Oak Meadows has been amazing from the day my mom moved into independent living years ago, to the support and help in the transitions to Assisted Living and now to Memory Care. The nursing staff , the dining room staff, all the way up to administrative/executive staff have been wonderful. Very caring and patient! I would not hesitate to recommend Oak Meadows to anyone. During Covid they have been amazing balancing the needs of the tenants and ensuring that the facility stays Covid free.

We have been here two years and had to wait a 1 and 1/2 years to get in. We have been very happy here. The staff is wonderful and the grounds are beautiful. They have taken such good care of us and locked us down early to keep us safe from the virus. Even at this time they try to keep us happy and entertain as much as they can. My almost 4 years here at Oak Meadows has been just great. I'm in an apartment here. The Staff here are just great in every way. During this horrible time with the virus causing such heartache and depression, the wonderful Staff here has gone overboard trying to help to alleviate worry and the missing of seeing families and friends. They have, always with a smile, found little ways to make us smile. We get frequent updates as to what is happening here and how they are handling changes. Thank you Oak Meadows.

The entire care team at Oak Meadows is fabulous...from the dining room team to the activiries coordinators, personal caregivers, nursing staff all the way up to administrative/executive staff. You are lucky if you can get in to this wonderful caring place.

Oak Meadows is such a pleasant place. I have been there to visit and my son has played piano there. I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with them and possibly bringing in some art for them to display.
