Everyone I have dealt with has been more than helpful, cheerful and capable. Sarah was willing to work with me regarding my long-distance move and made it possible to move to Mainstreet Village with no problems. Chris from Maintenance came within 24 hours and got my bathroom customized. Janet at the front desk has been super helpful with my packages. I am very happy to be here.

Our mother lived in the Assisted Living unit and Memory care for the past 8 years. The staff and care is amazing making her last 8 years a caring loving environment.

Main Street Village is a fantastic place for seniors to live! All the staff from the front desk, dining staff, maintenance, etc, etc are fantastic. Barbara Pelletier is most wonderful! she is very kind, compassionate and very helpful! My mom loved her 2 years at Main Street, food, bingo, friends she made, the outings she was able to go on and the list goes on. As family members, we were so very happy for her, she was secure and safe, happy herself, the place is bright, cheerful and inviting. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. I could go on and on, location is also great! Now that mom is gone, we are missing not only her, but the people at Main Street that we got to know as well.

My dad was a resident at Mainstreet for about 7 years. I can't tell you how much it did for him to be in that wonderful environment. The staff is fun and lively, the building is very well maintained, the activities are an excellent combination, sure to interest anyone! Having a wonderful dining room available was really handy. It got my dad busy and active with wonderful people. He participated in the exercise class, bible study, trivia, music appreciation, library access, movie night, bus rides to events and stores, and more. If your parent is sitting at home alone, or attempting to manage the upkeep of a home, I guarantee this is a place they should see. My dad thrived there!!!

The expression that sometimes "it takes a village" was so true for my mother. The staff and the residents were so friendly and helpful as my mother's dementia gradually made her life more confusing. Our family felt comfortable with her stay there- the food and service was so excellent in the main dining room that we looked forward to dining with mother on our visits. The nursing staff and aides were patient and willing to help in any way they could. And the residents...kind and caring. We thank Mainstreet for providing a safe and loving atmosphere.

I really appreciate the MSV staff during this covid pandemic. They acted quickly to make sure our loved ones were safe and happy. They increased service so residents didn't have to leave their rooms for mail and meals, but made sure they were also able to get outside for some fresh air. They have created new activities to reduce the feeling of isolation, and are always friendly and ready to help. One staff member told me that she wanted me to know that my mom was loved on the inside of the building as well as when we see her on the outside.
