We brought my mother in law two weeks ago for rehab. They have been very patient because some days her pressure has been so high, they couldn’t do physical therapy. Every time we have asked for anything, the CNAs and nurses have been on it. I know they are busy with many other patients but we want to thank everyone in helping Momma. Nothing in life is perfect but the effort is there, you can’t ask for more than that.

Honestly, I can’t thank them enough for the incredible care they provided, not just to our resident, but also to their spouse. Their dedication and compassion truly shine through, and it aligns perfectly with what we value in our care here at Bickford of Chesterfield. Thank you all for making such a positive impact in our resident's life and for being such a comforting presence for their family!

Our experience with Lucy Corr was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness”it made an incredibly challenging time feel just a little bit lighter. The facility and staff have been amazing caring for my Mother during her Physical Therapy.

Lucy Corr has been a remarkable place for my grandfather. He was unable to walk or even stand when he first arrived and Leroy and Jessica and a few other PT/OT helped get him mobile enough to walk with a walker. The CNA’s Roshell, Cameron, and Laura were incredible taking care of my grandfather along with Leslie and Norman who always made sure he had his meds. The wound care team is very good as well. Also the social worker Andrea was very nice and helpful with the moving of rooms and coordinating everything for my grandfather. I do think however that Lucy corr should hire Cameron back as a cna because her and Laura together during the day had the whole dale hallway taken care of. Plus it would help the CNAs having extra hands to get to all the residents there so they won’t have to wait for care at times especially during meal times when the CNAs have to fix the meals. All in all I would recommend Lucy corr for your loved one; they take excellent care of their patients and really care about how well you are doing and how your stay is there as well. Also all the people mentioned deserve raises or at least a couple days off as a rewards. Happy employees = good work.

The patient was transferred from Johnson Willis to Lucy Corr for PT. Because of his medical condition and retaining fluids, he was on a NO SALT diet. The "CONTRACT" food service operation prepares the plates and then the nursing staff are responsible for preparing the trays for delivery to the patient. EVERY tray came to the room with SALT PACKETS for the patient to add to the food should it not suit their taste. When the patient left Lucy Corr his feet were so swollen they looked more like footballs. Also contributing to the retention was the patient being allowed to sit in a wheelchair...with his feet down...for hours. When he was released he already developed an open sore on his ankle caused by the excessive swelling. Lucy Corr is not the best place to send a loved one for....QUALITY HEALTHCARE.
