After a miserable and life threatening stay in a group home, I moved a friend, for whom I serve as medical power of attorney, into the Greenhouse Assisted Living facility on the LifeStream campus. We initially met with Deb Blaney (Executive Director) and later Matt Gorman (Director of Sales & Marketing) as well as Paula Kelly (Nurse). All three are impressive professionals. The grounds and buildings are well cared for and the staff very friendly. Some of the caregivers have been at LifeStream for decades. The Greenhouse building my friend lives in is lovely -- each resident having their own room, bathroom, and TV. Meals are shared in the beautiful, light-filled common area. The menu is very impressive, and offers alternative choices for residents who don't care for what is on the regular menu that day. My friend loves the food after having been served very questionable fare at her previous residence. Snacks are always available too. LifeStream has awake staff on the premises at all times and a full-time nurse. There are alarm cords located in each room and bathroom to summon help. The staff members are fluent in English and only certified staff are allowed to dispense medication. Everything is done by the book. There are lots of activities on the calendar and more are planned for the future. Transportation to appointments is available and non-denominational worship services happen every Sunday at the on-campus chapel The price for all of this is extremely reasonable and in fact less than my friend was paying to stay in the substandard group home. As for me, I am resting a lot easier knowing my friend is safer and being better cared for at LifeStream.

Mathew was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He had the answers to my concerns.The move in was easy and the staff from the maintenance workers to the management were so nice. The complex is immaculate.I feel I made a good decision to select this place. I can't find a single negative or a suggestion to improve. Excellent!

The entire team at Lifestream Youngtown is incredible, especially Matt! From our initial meeting to my mother's move in, Matt has helped us in every step of the way, and has been so patient and understanding with the many questions that I had. The correct address is 11525 W Peoria Ave, Sun City. the address on Google (11555) is a closed down section of this business. I am a 911 operator and I verified this with one of the employees trying to get our ambulance to the right address.

This place and the people are awesome there is enough to do without being overwhelmed. You can pertisapate or stay in your home. It's up to you. I play most of the James Ang join most of the activities.

Lifestream at Young Towne has been a great experience. Everybody has been extremely friendly and helpful and all has been explain very well. All the programs has been helpful. There is transportation available meals and the housing is great. There's nothing missing all your questions are answered immediately and nothing left on answered lifestream at Young. Towne is just awesome.

I love this place!!! I felt very welcome the minute I moved in. The neighbors are friendly. The staff is very helpful. The food is great! The apartment is nice and cozy. I feel safe and well taken care of.

When I first got here I was kind of curious about the place, but after being here for one month l find the best place to stay and live, this was the best place for me to be ln the people who run this place are great and they really take care of everyone who lives here. I have been here only a little over a year [since Feb 22] and have had many good experiences and interactions with locals, both residents and employees! Maintenance is good, front office , Kelly, is good, cook, Hines, is good, and I have my lunches delivered by a very nice resident, Sandy. I have medical issues that preclude my participation in any activities, but would if i could, as there are several things on the cllandar that dinterest me...

My first time, I lived on LifeStream at Youngtown's North Campus. Since then I have moved off several times. ALWAYS for personal reasons - NOTHING to do with LifeStream. But I've always come back. One time to K4. Another to K5. And this time..........I am waiting for my new efficiency move-in date. Three times I have come back from being off-campus. Why!! Because LifeStream IS Christian-based. Are there some sour lemons? Of course. That is what we call "life". Every single place in the world has people of all varieties. I have found out that "I" can make a difference by a smile or those two words, "thank you". If I can help only one employee to smile, I have made a difference. LifeStream is a wonderful place to grow older. I am 84. I have come home to stay until I am called Home by my Lord. Give LifeStream at Youngstown a try. You won't be sorry. Remember....I have come back three times. A person does not keep coming back for no reason at all. It is home away from home. Family away from family. And the Lord hovers over it all!!!!

I was a patient there for 3 werks I was in the Green House. It was such a nice and relaxing atmosphere the staff Doctors Nurses and the cnn's where wonderful so friendly and go out of their way to help you and make you feel like your home. They also have physical therapy and ocupational therapy who do a great job
