I can say that it is one of the very best. The administrative and care staff continues to uphold the Atria standard that the residents and their families have come to expect. Atria Park of Tucker is a home away from our own home. We can see how the residents are taken care in a well and caring manner. Ms. Ruth Durley the Engage Life Director has designed many kinds of programs for the residents for the whole month. We are so glad to meet her and her team. They are a blessing! The memory care department is headed by Ms. Karen Hall-Stewart (Life Guidance Director) and team are working with the people who are having less memory. Their service is great. We met relatives of people who have crossed their 100's here Ultimately Atria Park of Tucker is an incredible place for anyone who is looking for a home away home. I have toured exactly 18 assisted living places before choosing Atria at Tucker. My uncle has been here for almost 2 months since April 3, so let me start from the beginning. After being exhausted from viewing many places, Olivia (Director of Sales) called me and invited me to do a tour. Once I got into the building, I felt different. It felt like home, and I knew this was the place for my uncle. It was non-stop communication from that point on. She ensured I had everything in writing and understood all the processes. My uncle was in an awful rehab in New Jersey, and Olivia led the transfer and made sure we had what was needed to get him to GA safely. Once he arrived, they had all his medication and assisted me with getting his wheelchair, PT, AND OT the following week. I wanted to ensure the transition for my uncle, who has lived up north for 81 years, was done successfully. My uncle LOVES the food; each meal, he states, "It's tasty," to the point that he never wants to come out to dinner with me :(. He has made a few friends and stated everyone is so nice. This has been quite the adjustment for him; thanks to the team and the residents, he loves to let people know he is a Southern gentleman now ha - I say all this to say that if you are looking for a lovely home for your loved one. Just stop in! In June, we are working on getting him out to enjoy some of the activities they have planned daily. ( Baby Steps) Lastly, the entire staff is super friendly, from the front desk ladies, PT (Martin & Team), the fantastic maintenance team, Eric and Brad :). One thing that puts me at ease is that I have a contact list (cell phones) for every director in the building, allowing ongoing communication as needed.

I visited Atria Park and immediately I was like this is where I would like my mom to live. Olivia and the staff were very accommodating and patient with my family as my mom was moving from another state. My mom is adjusting very well and even calls Atria her home. We just can't say enough about how welcoming and helpful the staff is - offering care with smiles on their faces. A wide variety of engaging and fun activities offered by a staff who has an infectious fun attitudes. The care team is always willing and available. From the time you walk in the door you are welcomed and offered assistance. There is daily a delicious variety of food with an very caring and helpful wait staff and the kitchen staff is amazing. I like how families are also welcomed into the Atria family as well.

As a homecare company , we see a lot of facilities on a daily basis but atria of Tucker definitely stands out . The place feels like home. You see a lot of happy smiles from their residents . Care giving is a work of heart and the staff at atria do an awesome job taking good care of the residents .

Last week we visited our old neighbor. We were kind of anxious because we hadn't seen her since she moved to Atria. But there was no need to worry. We had never seen her so happy. She told us how great her new home is , that she never has to do dishes , cooking or laundry again. How kind and hardworking the staff was and how much fun she had with her new neighbors doing crafts, playing bingo and doing all kinds of other fun stuff. We will definitely look into Atria Park of Tucker, when it is time for us to look into an Assisted Living community.

My dad and I took a tour, and it was great all around! Has a homey feel to begin with. Everyone was so friendly and kind to my dad. A couple of the residents even talked to my dad which I thought was great. Olivia was great in answering all my questions and even offered us to stay for lunch which we did. What i love is that there is a trial furnished apartment that one can stay in for a period of time so that they can try it out and not deal with the hassle of moving till you know for sure you want to reside there. And physical activity on the schedule for every day. Would recommend if you're looking for a retirement community for your loved one.

Mom and I met with Olivia yesterday for a tour and were super impressed!! This was the first on our list of "serious, it's time" looking and we could have stopped there and canceled the other tours on our schedule. But…being responsible adults…Mom put down a refundable deposit and we will keep today's schedule for tours at 2 more facilities. First, I want to say places like this are all expensive, there's no getting away from it. Atria Park of Tucker has a very comfortable homey feel. It was very clean and orderly. The staff that we were introduced to were genuinely happy to stop and chat. The available studio apartment we saw was bright with a small kitchenette and the bathroom is spacious with many handrails, it would easily accommodate a wheelchair or walker. All the activities, meals, utilities, maintenance, and housekeeping is covered by the one monthly fee. The lease is month-to-month with a required 30-notice to move out. AND…you can move into a furnished apartment as a try-out for 30 days BEFORE moving in all of your own furniture and belongings. I could go on but I won't. I highly recommend Atria Park of Tucker!! 

Khadaija Lemons is one of the most dedicated nurses I've ever met, and Atria Park is so lucky to have her. She went above & beyond to fix multiple complicated issues with my father's medications, the majority of which weren't discovered until late in the day, yet she continued to tackle the problem until late that evening and then even came in on her day off to make sure that we were all set. I cannot thank her enough for helping make an already difficult time for our family, a little easier. It is such a weight off my shoulders knowing that my father is in good hands!

The Movement Coaches

Our company conducts weekly exercise classes catered towards improving movement patterns to help assist the residents with everyday life. The residents are extremely welcoming, kind, and are engaged for every class. Atria of Tucker also offers several other engaging programs for their residents. The staff is very professional and they truly care about their residents. The cleanliness of the facility is also an A+.

The Atria Park in Tucker is absolutely the best assisted living facility in the Tucker area. The staff are extremely patient, kind, and treat your loved ones with great respect and care which is very important to us all when finding a home for our parents to live out their remaining years. The food plan is excellent and we find ourselves visiting during meal times so we can grab us a bite. There are plenty of activities, planned outings, and the facility is top notch. Olivia has been great through the entire process with us from day one but more importantly she continues to go above and beyond each day to keep us informed and provide that level of care and support we all deserve and expect for our families. The entire staff from the kitchen, front office, reception, activities directors, nursing staff, to maintenance are top notch. If faced with hard times such as these in life, I highly recommend the Atria Park in Tucker to care for your loved ones.

I'm so happy I decided to move my dad into Atria at Tucker. They treat him and our family like family. The staff is very professional and kind. You can tell everyone cares. He has only been there a few weeks but he has been taken into the community like he's been there for a long time. The move was sudden. There was only one week between when I first visited and move my father from Virginia so I expected there to be some struggles but I can honestly say there hasn't been anything major and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the transition was smooth. My dad keeps talking about how nice everyone is. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for assisted living.

Atria Park of Tucker has been absolutely wonderful. My husband and I transferred his mom from a California Atria to this Atria, and The team at Atria Tucker has been nothing less than superior in the transition of her care. My mother-in-law is in the memory unit, and so it was a particularly intense endeavor to move her, traveling such a long way, and everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure that everything was just right. Not to mention, that this Atria is smaller, in such a good way. There's a real sense of family, and coziness, and the staffing is superior. They all truly care about your loved one, and do everything to make sure that they are taken care of.

From the very first day I visited Atria of Tucker, I knew it was exactly the type of Ioving and caring environment that I had been praying to find for my sweet Mom. The beautiful grounds outside and the warm inviting, atmosphere inside were just the beginning of so many of the wonderful aspects that makes Atria of Tucker such a special place. All of the incredible staff and caregivers (I call them the " Atria angels") provide all the positive support, loving encouragement, and care for all the residents living there and that is also shown to all their loved ones as well. Everyone is made to feel like a treasured member of the "Atria of Tucker family" and to me, the heart of what makes it such a blessing for all who share in the joy of knowing their loved one is part of such an amazing atmosphere of caring like Atria of Tucker provides. It would be easier just to say that every one of the " Atria angels" who are always so ready and willing to spread their special kind of sunshine and smiles to all at Atria of Tucker and sure deserves special recognition, than to try and just decide on one. They are all priceless treasures to my grateful heart when it comes to the loving care they give to my precious Mom! I give my thanks always for each and every one of them!
