My father has been at Heartis for over a year now. This is the best assisted living in Atlanta! It feels like a real apartment building...not an institution. It is an absolutely beautiful facility...dining rooms, piano room, pool area....all gorgeous! The CNA turnover rate is very low. This means a lot to me as my father has short term memory loss, and he takes him a long time to remember someone and feel comfortable with them. The last place he was at in Buckhead had a high turnover rate and frequently had to hire from a temp staff agency on weekends. MJ is the new assisted living director and he is wonderful! All the CNA's are fantastic and caring. A special shout out to Rosalyn. She takes such good care of my dad and really loves her job. She makes my dad laugh! I researched many facilities before coming here. He was at a high rise by Phipps before he came here. I was very disappointed with the lack of care and accountability at this place. I am so happy I made the decision to move him to Heartis. It is by far the best in Atlanta, and all of GA for that matter!

Our mother and aunt have lived at Heartis Buckhead since October 2022. They each lived in their own 1 BR apartment, having moved from Athens and North Carolina. We have just moved them together in a larger 2 BR apartment at Heartis. This new plan presented us with a decision, to stay at Heartis or to go elsewhere. We decided to stay in the Heartis family. During the 2 weeks that we spent everyday working to move them together, we really got to experience the facility ourselves. We ate many of our meals there. They were delicious! Our aunt and mother have said that the dining staff is so accommodating and tries really hard to please the residents, shout out to Evonda and KC! The engineering staff headed up by Pete with the assistance of Octavious and Henry were super with any of our special requests. Front desk employees are exemplary, Nnenna, Robin and Kazi, thank you! An added plus+ is the Physical Therapy department headed by Rodney with Speech Therapist Shelby. We have called on Rodney many times after a hospitalization to get our mother or aunt back on the road to enjoying life. The new Activities Director, Michelle, we are hearing that she is off to a great start. Acting Director Mary was very easy to work with, offered well seasoned advice and worked with us every step of the way making sure the staff was there to assist us whenever needed. We will miss Mary when she leaves but trust that she has chosen an excellent new director. Our family is so happy at Heartis, the best decision to move there and stay!

My parents have been residents in the Independent Living side of Heartis Buckhead for 1.5 years. Due to some recent health issues, the time has come for them to move to one of the Assisted Living floors. This was a tough decision for many reason. The team at Heartis has worked with me to ensure my parents transition to the new, but slightly smaller apartment has been as sooth as possible. This even included having team members working over the weekend to paint and make some small adjustments in closets so we can accommodate more clothing. There were moments where I felt terrible asking for what I knew was a last min change. The answer from the Team was always... "we put residents first and we understand you are working against a deadline, we are here to help you!" It's hard to find support like that, and support with a smile even as we were hitting short deadlines. My heart felt THANK YOU to the team at Heartis Buckhead!

I just attended an event at Heartis, and to be honest, I will attend every time I'm invited! The food is amazing and every detail is always thoughtfully provided. It's more than that, though. I have clients who have moved into Heartis and absolutely love it! It's not a one-size-fits-all experience, but more of a personalized opportunity for someone to really enjoy their life! I've had many interactions with residents already living at Heartis, as well, and I've never seen anything other than positive interactions. I've worked with many senior living communities, but given the opportunity, this is the community I would want for my own mom!

We visited many communities trying to find the right fit for my Dad. Heartis was the clear winner. Very friendly staff, great food and absolutely top notch facilities. His apartment is beautiful and very well laid out. I am sure he is going to be very happy at Heartis Buckhead.

Beautifully designed with many wonderful amenities and special touches to make any senior feel at home. Top notch vertical senior living with gorgeous views of the city. Great location across from Piedmont Hospital and Doctors buildings. Executive Director and Sales rep showed empathy and compassion and were very knowledgeable about senior living facilities and what differentiates them. Highly recommend.

Every step of the way my interactions have proved the persons responsible for the care and oversight of the human experiences at Heartis Buckhead are of the highest order. The intelligent interaction and efforts at Heartis promise a positive future. I have been looking at senior living centers for a sister with unique talents, high intelligence, and moderate memory care. Brittany Carter the Sales director has a passion for the right care level and opportunities for all the residents at Heartis. I know my efforts and my sisters care will be in good hands. I took the hard hat tour and there's a lot to be impressed with here, not the least of which are the great views. Its location puts it within quick, easy reach of many medical resources, and amenities inside the community are abundant. Opening Day's not here yet but they've already assembled a top notch group of senior service professionals. Looking forward to seeing the finished product soon!
