I used to live alone and was on the line of living in a facility like this. I came and did a tour and fell in love with the apartment and have been here since. I would say that food is definitely above average especially when you're a picky eater like me. I've been telling my friends and family about this place and will continue to do so! It's an open community that is very inclusive and welcoming!

I've been at Harmony for almost a year now and I can happily say i enjoy my stay here. At the same time there is room for improvement in different aspects but overall this it is a lovely, engaging community for older people like myself.Its like one big family that I would recommend

As an employee of Comfort Keepers, I have been to this facility MANY times to visit clients and to speak to the administration; I can honestly say from what I have seen and heard, this is one of the nicest facility's for your loved one(s) or yourself to live in. They are very caring, compassionate with a top notch staff!

Harmony at Mt. Juliet has taken care of my loved one in Memory Care for over a year. They are kind, compassionate, and hardworking. No place is perfect, but I can share with you that Harmony has bent over backwards to do the right thing and give the best care possible. They have become like family to me. All too often they only hear the negative, mostly from people that they will clearly NEVER make happy. I have watched the employees handle these situations with patience and class. My loved one is happy and loved. I would hands down recommend Harmony to anyone considering Memory Care for their loved one. There's a reason they are full. Harmony is the of the best of the best.

I have had the pleasure working with Harmony for a number of years. The staff is caring and are devoted to their patients. It takes a special heart and skill to care for dementia patients and Harmony is where I would have my own family members.

My parents moved in this place at the end of December. The facility is very nice. Before we moved in, I had a detailed meeting with the management trying to inform them on how specifically to deal with my elderly father with dementia. They really didn't want to listen to what I had to say. They claimed to be experts and acted as if everyone with dementia was the same. After blowing off my recommendations, the experience has not been good. They have not done a good job of taking care of my parents. They are supposed to clean their assisted living apartment 2 times a week as well as laundry atleast one time a week. I had several interactions with the director of nursing about the issues. Instead of trying to come up with solutions, she would blame my 89 year old father. I had a meeting with the executive director about these issues and things have somewhat improved. I have got to know the nurses and caregivers and they are good overall. The morale of the workers seem a bit low because of the management. I would dig deep before committing a loved one to this place.
