Absolutely beautiful community ran by amazing individuals who put the care of patients and families first and foremost! Jennifer, the Executive Director runs a very tight ship, ensuring care and attention to each resident. Like they were their own direct family member. I moved my mother into Independent Living at Harmony At Brookberry Farm, August 2025 and have been extremely pleased. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Every staff member has been extremely wonderful to work with. They are very caring and you can tell that they love working with seniors. The facility is always clean and beautifully decorated for every holiday. Any maintenance issue has been taking care of in a timely manner. The price is very reasonable and I would recommend this facility to any other family and friends.

I am very pleased with Harmony @ Brookberry Farm. Melanie, the Sales Director is great & my move-in was very smooth. The maintenance & housekeepers really pay attention to detail. The upfront fees & monthly rent are doable. They have a variety of activities for your health & your pleasure. If you are considering a 55 & over community-definitely check this out!! Bridget Roots

I am so glad to be able to hear that a dear and admired, Friend, India Jones, that took care of my Dear Aunt, while residing in Philadelphia, will be a Clinical Director at Harmony, Brookberry Farm. My Aunt who had to be sent to the Nursing/Rehab Facility....fortunately, this is where we met India Jones, who resided as a RN and caregiver to my Aunt. Her loving and caring ways added such peace and caring to my Aunt's Life, as well as, my Life, as her niece and caregiver, when she lived with me. India had acquired not only another Family, but "A Grandma", as she affectionately called my Aunt. It was such a Joy for us, when we knew India would be there, and sad if she was on another shift or day off. I was deeply saddened when India had to leave the facility where my Aunt resided...but India still kept in touch....and always allowed me to let her know how she was doing, as well as, asking about my Aunt. Harmony at Brookberry Farm has a acquired a precious Gem, and it is my pleasure to have come to know India, and to still keep in touch with her, even though my Aunt is deceased, I know others at Harmony, like my Aunt and myself... will definitely come to Love and Appreciate, Ms. India Jones. I took my 94 year-old father to Harmony to see the independent living apartments. We had a wonderful morning speaking/touring with Chancy Martin, the Director of Sales and Marketing, and a delicious lunch. The one bedroom apartment seemed big and everything was very clean! Their other amenities, such as the game room, theater, dining room, etc. all looked great! When my dad is ready, I’m hoping to be able to get him an apartment there.

My aunt is a resident. There has been a recent change in management and they have been making huge strides. The state survey score is 101.5, they have way more staff than before and the communication is great.

After meeting with Ms Melannie Armstrong ( Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing ), I clearly believe that the New Mngmnt Team they have in place now, is making excellent strides in turning around the total environment at Harmony, from the top of the administration on down. They were very warm & welcoming....answering & satisfying any concerning questions I had about their facility. Thank you very much Courtnei & Melannie for your transparency, & satisfying honesty. You've helped make this an easy decision.

After 16 years of placing relatives in senior living facilities, it was finally time for me. One month later, I am so glad to say "This is the right place to be in Winston-Salem". Full kitchens, washer and dryer in the apartments and large bedrooms. This does not feel like senior living, it feels more like resort living without sticker shock. The staff is very kind and make each person here feel at home. It's wonderful to see residents who are happy, a huge change from so many other facilities. If you have a question, they stop and listen without rushing. As we age, that single item makes a huge difference. With three levels of service, it makes for a smooth transition once assistance or memory care is needed without having to change the environment. So much easier to do as we age. So very glad my brother and I made the move to Harmony. They make senior living a wonderful experience. We give them five stars and think you will too. From your first phone call, you and your loved one will feel good about living in Harmony. Just like the name says.

It is a beautiful place very well kept up super great people live there nice surroundings but the road in front is so busy you have a time getting in and out of the place they need to put a stoplight or add Lanes to the road out in front to accommodate all the traffic in the area
