Jay-Jay was extremely helpful and friendly. We didn't know what to expect but left so happy and excited for the consideration of renting this for our parents. Multiple residents approached us telling us how they love it there and it feels like home and Jay-Jay was so kind to stop and listen to them tell us their stories. Everyone there had very good rapport with the residents.

My mother lives at Engelhaus and she loves living there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They know me, just as well as they know my mother. They care about her so much! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to take their parents.

Hi Jay-Jay - I have been thinking of you and Paula so much since we toured last weekend. My SIL and MIL missed the exit and were late and Paula just rolled with it. We were all so impressed with the cleanliness of the building and rooms, friendliness of the staff and residents, and how homey the whole place feels - non-institutional, non-nursing home! We are all very excited for her to move in, to be in a safe environment, to have the opportunity to build new friendships, and fill her days with some activities! No action needed here - just wanted to say thank you and if first impressions are everything, you and Paula knocked it out of the park. Kathy
