As an employee at country view i can say it's a great company. Not only for the wonderful residents and caring staff working hard to make sure residents are always comfortable and happy. Management is always available and happy to help with anything including the administrator. Great place to work and amazing place for residents to enjoy!

Country View is a breathe of fresh air walking in to. You can feel and see the warmth and family like atmosphere every day. The residents smiles say it all You can tell the management and staff spill their hearts in to making this facility a happy and healthy home.

The residents are very happy and they get along with one another and also with the staff. A very friendly caring atmosphere. Alot of fun activities shared among each other with staff included.Such as bowling dancing Music,crafts and holiday celebrations ect

I am a physical therapist by profession and my company provides in-home physical therapy and occupational services. Country View Assisted Living happens to be one of those places. This building is one of my absolute favorite places to provide care. The staff is great and their team approach to resident care is hard to come by. We work closely with Tara and Rachel to discuss resident care and they both are constantly advocating for their residents. If they have a concern about a resident, they will often consult with our team of therapists to get our input on the resident's particular needs and look to enhance the particular individual's quality of life. Country View Assisted Living excels at advocating for their residents and the empathic care they provide. I highly recommend Country View Assisted Living and their helpful staff!!

I work with people from many different assisted living facilities and I am very impressed with the genuine care and compassion found in the Country View staff. They care about their residents - more like family. They really give of themselves to provide great care. I am proud to be associated with them.

I am a resident here and have been to 6 other facilities before this. Platinum Communities Country View shines above all of them. All the staff are personable and caring. The Administrator and House Manager make me laugh. All in all it's a great place to live.

Thank you Pam for bringing your issue to our attention. Country View is now owned by Platinum Communities. Since your experience was six years ago, I/we can't speak to your specific "abuse" claim. But note that this is not acceptable today. We invest in our staff with updated education and training. Our residents have daily activities, outside events, physical and occupational therapies.

The staff at Country View is absolutely amazing. They really do treat residents like members of their own family. I have seen staff from all departments go above and beyond for their residents on more occasions than I can count. It may not be a fancy building with all the bells and whistles, but if you want to know that your loved one will be cared for by people who will treat them like members of their own family, theirs no better community in Oak Creek than County View!
