I toured this retirement community and I must say my experience was outstanding on all levels— Ollie greeted us with open arms giving us the best customer service. She was very patient, answering all of our questions. The tour was excellent. The amount of time given to look at all the different activities offered was amazing. The shared room in Memory Care was awesome. The private room was excellent I would highly recommend this Chateau if you are looking for staff that really cares, and provides care with Empathy and Honesty.

I have a few clients that I work with who reside at the Chateau and can not say enough on how much they love it there. The staff there is so friendly and all willing to help in anyway they can for their residents. Jodie in marketing is amazing and Annie the Wellness Director is so great at what she does.

My sister and I could not be more pleased with the care our parents have received while living at the Chateau at Valley Center. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile. The staff is amazing and truly care for the residents. The facilities are beautiful and always seasonally decorated. The food is truly delicious and the dining room staff spectacular. Our Dad needed assisted living services and the care takers treated him like their own family. The Chateau is conveniently located 5 minutes away from MD offices and the hospital. There is so much more we could say. We whole heartedly recommend the Chateau at Valley Center.

We moved our 91 year old Mom to Chateau at Valley Center for respite care when she broke her arm. They provided the most amazing care, when we could not. The staff there is not only excellent at elderly care, they are so friendly and warm and welcoming ... every single one of them. The comfort they brought, not only to Mom, but also to her family, knowing she was in good hands, was priceless. Mom was very happy there. I cannot heap enough praise on Chateau at Valley Center.

I worked CVC many years ago as a receptionist / greeter and that was my "happy" place. I loved my time spent there. Talking and hanging out with the elderly, you learn so much. Even back then that place was filled with so much love! The moral of that place was over exceptional! Til this day I still think about this place everyday and it still makes me smile. I worked both housekeeping and nursing departments. I never experienced such blatant discrimination until I had to report to the Registered nurse Annie. She lied and manipulated,.showed favorites while claiming to enforce teamwork, and would hide out in her office from certain family members of seniors who were in our care if they expressed to much concern for their loved one.I am giving this place three stars because while certain individuals here are mediocre at best, most of them are truly stand up individuals.

What a beautiful community! Management is very easy to work with and very accommodating. The residents are happy and have the best life stories. I'm jealous of how nice the Memory Care garden is, it's like an oasis. Truly a wonderful building!

I know this may seem a bit odd but I am an employee of the Chateau and the whole time I have been here it has been nothing but amazing. The Chateau is a place of warmth. Every resident here is special to us. The nurses staff is impeccable and always makes sure everyone is well taken care of, caregivers work hard around the clock to look after them as well. Our culinary team makes some of the best food and the residents love it. Our marketing director Raena is a glowing and amazing person always willing to help people feel the most at home. We are more than just a community we are a family.

I have been an employee at Chateau Valley Center for a little over two years. The entire time I have been here I have been so impressed by the level of care shown for residents. Our entire nursing and care staff are AMAZING. You can see the genuine love for their jobs and the residents. Raena, our Community Relations Director, truly cares about the people that she brings in. She is thorough and makes sure that a prospective resident will be the right fit at our community. If she believes that we cannot offer them something they need, she will help them find another place to go instead. That shows miles of integrity, to me. Our residents touch my life on a daily basis. I can come in to work with an empty cup and leave overflowing. You just feel good when you walk in the doors. There is something in the air here. I would be honored to have a family member, or loved one, live here any day. This is truly a magical place.

I am a former employee of Chateau @ Valley Center. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff are great and the benefit aren't bad either but for me, it was the residents who made this place a second home to me. It was very hard for me when I moved north and transferred to Chateau @ Bothell Landing. I didn't want to meet and get to know the residents there the way I had in Renton. It didn't feel the same. The care that I gave and that the resident's receive at Chateau @ VC is that of incomparable excellence. The kitchen, I know, is run like a ship, since Michelle became the Sous Chef. She takes her responsibility seriously and takes the time to really listen to the concerns and feedback from the residents; and although she seems tough, she is one of the most caring and sincere individuals I've ever met. I would recommend Chateau @ Valley Center ten times over.

After my mother decided it was time to sell the house and move into a senior community we visited several locations in Bellevue, Kirkland and Renton. There were many facilities that would have provided a comfortable environment for her. Each location offered most (if not all) the amenities that she desired, such as good food, nice apartments, fitness centers, libraries and more. But, within the first 5 minutes of our time touring Chateau at Valley Center, we knew she had found a new home. The residents at Chateau seemed much happier and more engaged than seniors we spoke to on our other tours. We were greeted by friendly retirees before the tour even began and that welcoming atmosphere continued throughout our time visiting. My mother has been living in her beautiful new apartment for 2 months now and she couldn't be happier. She loves the staff and has made new friends that she joins on day trips and other daily activities. This is the happiest and healthiest I have seen my her in years and we owe it all to the service and attention provided by the caring people at Chateau at Valley Center.

My family have our elderly parents living at the Chateau for just over a year. My family held my dad's 96th birthday party in the private dining room on the 11th of March 2015. The staff at the Chateau went above and beyond my wildest expectations providing assistance and support during our celebration. They made for a memorable evening that will remain a memory forever. Kudos particularly to the dining room and kitchen staff. They are awesome!!
