Worked a day shift in the memory care unit yesterday and it was a wonderful experience. The residence are wonderful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I would have given a 5 star but supplies were low (hair brushes) and I could not find hand sanitizer anywhere on the unit. Luckily I had my own. The rooms were spacious and nice. The residence had outfits to choose from, which was nice! The meals provided for them looked delicious. I did notice the floors were a bit sticky and housekeeping was lacking. All in all, it was a nice experience.

Brompton heights is misleading as you'll be doing CNA work instead of PCA work the lifting of residents...If a resident has to be LIFTED that resident should be in a nursing home the total incontinence of residents is that of a nursing home. Basically your getting paid PCA wages to do CNA work..I refuse to do that.The best part of my very short stay of employment with them were my co- workers.. Everyone was so welcoming and kind —.

I have visited Brompton Heights many times, and I am always impressed with how passionate and friendly everyone is. The residents are encouraged to participate in activities, and there is always so much action in the common areas. It really feels like a warm and friendly place with a team who truly cares about the people who live there!

Brompton Heights is the best kept secret around !! After doing extensive research .. we feel that no place compares !! My mom has been here almost a year now . Spending all day long in an assisted living place can be a real challenge unless there's something to occupy your time .. I wish there were more stars than 5 to give .. The Activities Director , Debbie , is out of this world .She keeps the residents going literally 24 hours a day .. ( there's a night owl schedule too !! ) There's terrific live entertainment 5-6 days a week .. bingo all the time .. prayer group .. manicures .. weekly field trips ..chorus ..crafts.. bell ringing .movies . Cooking .. great events for every holiday .. eg .. horse drawn wagon rides for Christmas .. and sooo much more !! The whole activities staff is top notch . The food menu is terrific too .. they employ quite a chef .. my mom had shrimp Alfredo the other day .. you get to pick from a couple of choices . . There's always fresh fruit water in the lobby too ! There's also an ice cream parlor in which to enjoy complimentary ice cream each day at 2:15. The building itself is beautiful.. there's a huge grand lobby with a giant Tv and fireplace ..in which to hang out . There's a dining room and a billiards room you can reserve for special occasions too . The patient rooms are terrific too .. there's private and semi .. the bathroom/ shower is huge ..which was a key consideration in placing mom here . Also there's a nursing staff with a nurse always on duty and aides that come in usually 5 minutes or less .. ( not like 45 min when she was in a rehab place ) There's also many different levels of care you can receive in this ENHANCED facility .. It's really become a second home for our family .. we visit mom often and know everyone on a first name basis .. Again .. this is by far the best assisted living place out there!

I've visited Brompton Heights several times. What I've noted most is the constant social buzz of residents, as soon as you walk in the door and throughout the community. Many other communities I've visited are quiet and there are not a lot of residents or staff visible throughout the tour, Brompton is ALWAYS active. The staff has been warm and helpful during my visits. Residents smile when they meet your eyes and they are open when talking with you. The most important measure for me - in a senior community is the happiness of the residents and staff- and I think Brompton is # 1.

My husband has been there for 2 yrs. He as thrived there. They have all kinds of activities to keep the seniors busy. I have eaten there, the food is excellent. The staff treats him with total respect. Everyone is very friendly. This last weekend, they had a Christmas special. It was beautful. All kinds of activities, food and entertainment. Really put me in the Christmas spirit. The staff that day, really put their all into it, too. I would definitely recommend Brompton Heigjts. FOR me and my husband this place is God sent !!!

i have been an employee for Brompton Heights for a little over 2 years now, i love the residents and also the new management team. I have never met a group of nurses who went the miles as these nurses working endless hours to make sure the residents are well taken care of. Brompton is more like a family not just a work place i will be here forever.

My experience with Brompton Heights has been nothing short of amazing. From my fist meeting with Kelly McLaughlin, Sales and Marketing, to my husband's Case Manager, Kim Spears, the team has gone above and beyond to ensure my husband's comfort and care are managed like he is family. The facility is great, I can visit anytime during the day - and I do. My husband was evaluated by the Dir. of Personal Care Coordinator, A'Diamond Clark after a major stroke event that required hospitalization over five months. I was very concerned how my husband would adapt to an unfamiliar environment after being confined in the hospital such a long period of time. A'Diamond recommended I meet with Kelly, she believed Brompton Heights could offer the level of care and supervision my husband required. After touring the facility and sharing my husband's requirements with Kelly, I agreed that Brompton Heights offered the services to address his special needs. The staff assisted in making the transition from the hospital as stress free as possible and he is feeling very comfortable in his new space. The facility is wonderful, you couldn't ask for more - when the family visits there is a private movie theater, ice cream shop, library and you can dine with the residents. We were able to reserve the dining room, last minute, thanks to Kelly and enjoyed Thanksgiving as a family. Many thanks to all at Brompton Heights for all you do - you're the best!
