I visited Bonaventure Salmon Creek yesterday morning for a tour and visit with Krissy, the Head of Sales and Marketing, to learn more about beautiful senior living center in my neighborhood. I was met at the front desk by an alert and friendly welcome team to check in and was greeted very warmly and enthusiastically by Krissy. I was immediately impressed by her genuine kindness toward us and each resident we passed by on the tour. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about her job. While on the tour, I saw lots of staff members serving the residents with big smiles on their faces. There were so many fun activities happening around the center, as well. Residents were being assisted getting into vehicles to go on day trips, have Great British Bake Off watch parties, get stylish haircuts by a stylist who has worked there loyally for 7 years, church services met in the theater room, there are live music nights for residents to step into the past and enjoy their favorite genres with their friends and family, residents in memory care were having a birthday party. We even got to chat with a sweet gentleman resident who had just moved in 3 weeks ago with his wife after them being separated at different living centers for a long time. He was so happy to be there and spoke highly of the employees and the care he and his wife were now receiving together. There was art all around the center made by residents, a tributing "Hall of Fame" for current residents who served our country. I could go on with all the ways I was impressed. The independent living units were very spacious and accommodating and the assisted living units were thoughtfully designed to give a safe and comfortable dwelling place for your loved ones. Medical teams were on their game providing care and tending to efficient recording keeping. Thank you to Krissy and the rest of the Bonaventure crew being an incredible resource to your residents and neighbors. I look forward to seeing more of the very valuable presence they bring to Salmon Creek!

I've worked at about 6 facilities total since I turned 18. This bonaventure specifically was where I felt most happy! We had an amazing staff in the memory care and often I never had much issues. This place definitely has themselves together. I'd work there again if I could!

I have a dear friend living here and we have visited this sparkling clean senior living complex many times. The living experience is very nice for her, and the areas for social gathering are very comfortable, spacious, clean, and lovely. The always available donuts, water, coffee and tea are a nice touch for guests and the residents as well. The place makes you feel at home yet also well taken care of in a fashionable and up scale sort of way. Issues are addressed rather quickly. They really like to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. The staff is quite remarkable. I've never met such friendly people working in any health care setting ever before. If you have an elderly loved one I truly can't say enough about this location and the staff. Thank you so much for being the absolute best.

I loved spending time with the residents, and made some good friends with coworkers. I was there for almost 3 years. I enjoyed my job and looked forward to being there for my residents. I enjoy going back to see them whenever I have a chance. The management on site is great. I really enjoyed most my coworkers. And again the residents are amazing. I miss working there.

Nice, comfortable place but 6% annual monthly rent increase is ridiculous and forces these older folks to move which shouldn't be required at this age! C'mon Bonaventure, be a better citizen for our seniors, our parents, our relatives and our friends!

Bonaventure of Salmon Creek is a phenomenal Community that takes care of their staff and residents as if they are family. I would not recommend any other community for Retirement, Assisted Living, or Memory Care.

Have visited this facility many times. While I've enjoyed all the staff, Carol the dining room manager and Luba with room services in particular have both gone out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. Kudos to them for making people's lives better.

Clients complain about slow service cold food and lack of care given to people promptly. They hire outside help because of lack of staff. Prices are outrageous for what they get.

I have been employed by Bonaventure of Salmon Creek for almost 4 years. I absolutely love this community and the residents and staff that are in place here. There is always something going on with 16 activities a day!! We have staff here that have been employed for nearly 4 years and many who have at least 2 years under their belt. We are a family and there is no place else I would rather be. The company is caring and really does want to help each Senior that we come into contact with.

I have worked at this community for 2 1/2 years and have enjoyed it greatly. I care about my residents and I can see the amount of care that every one of my coworkers has for them as well. We work with our residents and their family members to make sure that every need that we can meet is met. We touch base with every resident everyday, whether they are a part of our Retirement, Assisted Living or Memory Care portions of our community, either by providing them with care they need, calling them to make sure they are feeling well if we haven't seen them, or by saying "Hi!" and checking in with them as we see them at a meal, during an activity or simply checking the mail. We aren't a skilled nursing facility, so our community isn't for everyone as there are some needs that we can't meet for our residents, but if we believe that the care level you or your family member requires reaches beyond our limits, we will happily recommend places for you to consider, because we care about the people we meet. For people looking for a place with employees that enjoy the company of the people they work with, Bonaventure is a great place to consider. I love getting to know our residents and look forward to going to work every day.

I have found that the staff is very friendly, and accommodating. A couple of my family members are being cared for there, and I'm very grateful for the care they're receiving. The community is clean, well maintained, conveniently located, and offers many services and activities based on what your loved ones needs. I've shopped around if you will, and am very comfortable with the rates for services rendered. I'm always greeted when I walk in, and my family members are very happy here. The community has definitely improved my loved ones quality of life, that wasn't able to happen in their own. Thank You to the caring team of Bonaventure-Salmon Creek for helping take care of my family.
