An Amazing find for Senior living!! I have a friend in the Independent living section. I visit often and I can’t rave enough about this establishment!! They excel in helping people enjoy their later years! You are always greeted with an enthusiastic smile from the front desk! — Sai Raj Kappari is the Executive Director, he makes a point to chat with all the residents and makes them feel special! He is extremely professional and resolves issues quite promptly. His Team has meetings and discussions every morning! Angela Adragna is the Director of Health & fitness. She plays a very important role in The Gallery. She is in charge of the med techs dispensing medicine and also deals with insurance. Another task is to co- ordinate with staff about upcoming medical appointments. They also have an executive Chef who creates the tastiest meals! Oh, did I mention how clean & modern it is? It even has a pool & gym. Five stars for The Gallery! Thank you for exceptional service!

Visited many local ALF’s in the Port Orange, FL area for my brother and this one was worthy of him by a mile. It is literally a cruise ship on land. Excellent chef with a very diverse array of dishes for all palates. The weekly live entertainment (complete with appetizers and adult beverages), the caring staff, many activities, wonderful residents and the facility in general sold us on this place. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

It felt less like a clinical institution and more like being on a cruise, bright, welcoming, and full of life. There was an uplifting energy throughout the community that made each day feel a little lighter. The activities were thoughtfully planned and engaging, offering opportunities for connection, creativity, and fun. Even in a short time, it was easy to see how much intention goes into creating joyful experiences for residents. Accessibility and safety were also excellent, which gave me great peace of mind after her fall. Everything was easy to navigate, and support was always nearby when needed. Even though her stay was brief, the care and compassion we experienced left a lasting impression on our family. We were placed in an incredibly difficult situation and needed full-time memory care for my uncle on very short notice. The Gallery at Port Orange truly came to our rescue. They helped us transition him directly from the hospital into their care seamlessly. Every single person we encountered throughout the process”from administration to caregivers to maintenance”was genuinely kind, helpful, and welcoming. There were bright smiles, positive energy, and a real sense that everyone cared, not just about the logistics, but about my uncle as a person. Placing a loved one into a memory care facility can be overwhelming and scary. The Gallery made the entire experience feel manageable and reassuring, and they went out of their way to make my uncle feel comfortable and at home from the very beginning. The facility itself is absolutely beautiful”filled with light, open space, and wonderful outdoor amenities, including a pool and large screened-in porches. It truly feels more like a high-end hotel or resort than a care facility. The environment is clean, pristine, and thoughtfully designed. The food is outstanding, and the live music and activities bring so much life and joy to the residents.

Holly B is fantastic and was extremely attentive with our visits to ensure that we found the perfect apartment for my Father. Sai was also instrumental with our requests. It is very refreshing to see him engaged on a daily basis with the residence and The Gallery Team. Thank you! I've been living in independent Living at The Gallery at Port Orange, for over two years now and want to thank them for providing me with a beautiful nee home. The facility is upscale, very clean and welcoming and the apartments are larger than those in the other seven or eight places I checked. I am an 85 year old window who no longer enjoys cooking, cleaning, gardening and being alone. The Gallery has been the perfect answer forme. there are numerous activities, outings and a swimming pool available as desired. I have made many friends among the residents , many of whom are like family members . The entire staff from maintenance, housekeeping and servers to management are excellent. Sai Raj the new Executive Director, is outstanding and respected by both residents and staff, The Resident Engagement Director , Taylor, provides a full slate of activities to pick from everyday and greets everyone with a cheery smile. What an incredible place! My precious grandparents moved into The Gallery a few months ago and it is the perfect place for them. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I personally checked out at least eight different independent living places before deciding. The Gallery was the right choice for me. Modern, upscale and very clean. The staff is excellent and there to ensure the residents are happy and taken care of. The new Executive Director is excellent. He interacts with the residents on a daily basis, is very personable and outgoing, and gets things done quietly and efficiently. He is very well liked by both staff and residents. The meals are very good - better than I experienced at any of the other places I sampled. Numerous activities are available throughout the day ranging from exercise, card games, outings, to happy hour. There is always live music during Friday happy hour, a swimming pool with aerobics is available. I have found the residents here to be very friendly and have made many new friends. One of the hardest things to do in life, is place your elderly parent in a nursing home. Finding the right place isn't easy. When my father in law took ill suddenly and was hospitalized, we found ourselves wondering how we were going to best care for mom. It was difficult, as she has dementia. We spent hours researching and visiting places in our area. Her husband had been taking care of her. He was a saint. While we were figuring things out, we had a wonderful organization called Comfort Keepers, care for her when we were working. There are a lot of really nice senior living communities in the area. But only one went the extra mile for us, from the moment that we walked in the door. They could see that we were exhausted by what we were going through. At the time we were caring for mom, and doing our best to be at the hospital as much as possible. They sat down with us, gave us a meal and asked what they could do to help. They made themselves personally available to us as we walked through this difficult time. They took the time to get to know us. They listened to our needs and concerns and never put us under any pressure to choose them. Any time we would reach out with an update, as our plans were changing constantly, they would say, "How can we help?" The place is beautiful, it doesn't feel at all like an institution or hospital, and their memory care unit is not tucked away down a hall, like an afterthought. It is bright and open and they really engage the residents. Mom needed her hair washed and set, and they arranged it for us. She was delighted. She loved the restaurant there, the food is amazing. But beyond all of that, unlike the other places we visited, the people were vibrant and smiling. We talked to several of the residents, and they love it there. She has been there a little over a week now, and transition is hard. They gently walked us through it. Any needs or concerns were met with a quick and positive response. We pop in all the time, and we are greeted with smiles and kindness, and the staff is always doing a great job managing mom and her needs. We as a family are finally able to exhale, knowing that she is in good hands, when we can't be with her. Its a beautiful place, for sure. But even more beautiful, are the hearts of those who work there. We want to thank everyone there for their continual kindness to our family. God bless you all.

Where do I begin? My mother has taken a complete 180 degree turn from how she was, before she began a (new) life at the age of 90, at The Gallery! While everything is truly aesthetically pleasing, that barely scratches the surface of what LIVING (not just surviving) at The Gallery truly gives residents and visitors alike. They have a 24/7, VERY responsive Care Team (my mother is in the assisted living area), a beautiful and practical living space for her to make her home in, staff members everywhere with smiles on their faces and love in their hearts, incredible dining experiences, activities in-house as well as group outings, and so many other details that benefit a resident that I'd end up writing a book for this review. Everyone on the Administrative Staff is top notch (Sai Raj K.! Chris S.! Angela A.!) , five star folks (or 6 if you could give it), attentive and professional, always someone there for my mother and her family/friends. The Concierge Service has multiple members, and they are a spectacular team, lead by a long term employee who we, personally, feel is irreplaceable (Freda K.!), and I cannot be remiss in mentioning the amazing Carlene N.!. Maintenance, Housekeeping Services, Dining Servers and Chefs, the Activities Director (Taylor!)...so many people there that make it a wonderful and inviting living/thriving space. I have such a feeling of gratitude for, not only the service this facility provides, but the quality of the individuals that are employed there, because it is the Staff that truly makes it such an amazing place when you get to the bare bones of it. We recommend The Gallery with our whole heart! We looked at 3 other facilities, none even came close to this one. Thank you, The Gallery Team!

It is difficult to imagine that a loved one can get finer care than at The Gallery. The building is new, clean, and bright.In every respect and the staff are wonderful. Because the building contains independent living, assisted living and memory care there’s a great amount of mobility associated with activities, that sometimes encompass all of the groups. We decided to take an early look at independent/assisted living facilities with a possible move in in 2026. Of the 15 we visited, this completely fit our needs. What did we like? First, the facility is beautiful. Lots of public areas to relax, take a class or have a party. One look at the residents and you know they are HAPPY. Trust me, that's not the case in a lot of them. It's a very nurturing atmosphere where literally, everyone knows your name. Staff members Holly and Diana are amazing. Living here is very convenient because I do not have to worry about daily household problems like making meals and fixing household issues. In addition, if I need assistance medically its is also readily available. There is no other place I rather be. I not going any where.

The Gallery at Port Orange, Florida is a beautiful facility. That amenities are abundant and there are many activities ongoing. There are many quiet comfortable seating areas to relax, read a book or just enjoy the atmosphere. The residents are very friendly and happy. The entire staff is gracious and helpful. Morgan and Sandy are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. This is a very nice place.

We are so happy with The Gallery at Port Orange. We are so pleased with the support received from all the staff for my mother-in-law. We moved my in laws to this facility due to them being unhappy at another facility. My father-in-law had a stoke and broke his hip 12 days after arriving. He went into a rehab facility and passed away. The Gallery helped us move my mother-in-law into a new room and give her additional help. Morgan (sales mgr) helped us make the move to another room and she made all the family feel confident that The Gallery was the correct choice. Morgan even made visits to visit my father-in-law at the rehab facility. That is so special. We love seeing Freida at the front desk and Taylor with the activities! Thanks to Cathy (nurse mgr) and all the cleaning staff and food staff! It takes a TEAM!!!

I am writing this review as I prepare to leave the Gallery. One might assume that I am unhappy or displeased with the Gallery. Quite the opposite is true. My wife was in Memory Care for 6 months and the caregivers and management did such a great job that I felt comfortable moving her and I into an Independent Living Apartment. The facility here is very well designed and decorated. The Independent Living lifestyle does not exactly fit my needs, but this is no reflection upon the Gallery or the staff here, its strictly my desire for something different . This would not have been possible when I brought her here, but they have brought her far enough that it is now possible to continue our 50 year relationship together. Thanks to the Gallery!

I visit a lot of assisted and independent living communities as part of my job helping seniors in need of care in skilled nursing facilities, and I will say that the Gallery at Port Orange is, without a doubt, the finest AL/IL residence in Port Orange! From the wonderful, warm-hearted, caring staff and all the amazing, young at heart residents, to the food, the facilities - even the overall fun atmosphere - nothing else really compares.
