My grandpa died here recently. The staff terribly mismanaged his end-of-life care. They did not honor the hospice nurses or our wishes. The care team tried their best but were limited due to a lack of direction from the administration.

This place is incredible. I've spent time in most of the memory care facilities around Kitsap as well as in Seattle and can safely say this is one of the cleanest and best organized. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The activities program here is by far the best one I've seen out of any memory care facility. Its very focused on resident interests and offers something for everyone. The food here is pretty good too. Speaking from experience, this place sets the industry standard on how the do memory care right.

My dad has been in memory care at Fieldstone since August 2021, and they have cared for him very well. The caregivers and nursing staff are attentive and kind, the management team is always involved and available, the cooks go out of their way to make tasty meals (even making sure my dad gets an early bowl of oatmeal before regular breakfast time), the cleaning staff pays attention to details, and the activities staff is creative and fun. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in, including a weekly bus outing that my dad particularly enjoys. The Fieldstone team makes a special event out of every holiday with decorations and special foods. Like every healthcare facility right now, Fieldstone Memory Care has had staffing issues, but they have still maintained very high standards. Based on our experiences with my dad's care, when it came time for my mom to move into an assisted-living facility a year ago, we chose Fieldstone on Clear Creek—right next door—without hesitation, and we're very glad we did. Thank you, Fieldstone team, for truly caring for our parents!

This is an amazing facility! Not only is it beautiful, but they take great care of the residents. They go above and beyond to make sure that residents are comfortable and safe. They understand the importance of how transition can affect people and their families, they do their best to make the move in process seamless. Highly recommend!

Fieldstone is a great place to work. Is it always fun or perfect? No. What job is? But if you want a place where you feel validated, heard and genuinely appreciated as an employee this is where you want to be. They always promote within and that's very hard to find these days. Management is pretty great too like I said they listen to your concerns and they follow up with it. Will you always have exactly what you want?no. BUT within reason.. (Look we won't all get that big lump sum of a raise) But they will hear you and take your problems and concerns into consideration. I've worked in this field for many years and have worked at a couple facilities since living in WA, hands down this Facility has the best management I've ever had. If you're looking for a place that's usually pretty fun to work at, grow with in the company, feel heard, validated and genuinely appreciated this is the place you want to be!

I am a private personal caregiver for a resident in the Silverdale Fieldstone Memory Care Center! My resident is a founding resident in this beautiful new facility! With everything brand new comes challenges in new staffing, new systems and new residents. The staff at the Silverdale Memory Center has had to constantly evolve, through the challenges of Covaid and through staffing changes all while providing the expected care for their residents! And not everything has been flawless, I totally commend the staff for staying the course regardless of the some of the unforeseen issues that plague all care facilities at this time! Thank you for the care you have provided and will continue to provide these precious residents!

Great facility, my mother loves it here. It's the first time she has been truly happy in a memory care home after being in 5 other prior memory care homes. The caregivers give her quality individualized care and help her with her meals and some of them are truly her best friends. They also have a great chef here and the meals are high quality and very appetizing, the family has had meals with her a time or two and they were great. She has a very nice spacious bedroom too that has a view of Mt. Rainier. She has the best room in the whole place as far as view goes. I highly recommend this place for your loved ones. This is where she will stay to live out her years hopefully.
