I had an incredibly unprofessional experience at Courtyard Terrace while inquiring about care. The staff was dismissive and unable to answer basic questions, leading to excessive wait times in the lobby. Despite management being aware of the situation via front-door cameras, no one stepped in to assist. This level of incompetence and lack of communication raises serious concerns about the quality of care provided to residents. I cannot recommend this facility and have serious doubts regarding their management and hiring practices.

Magda and the staff at Courtyard Terrace are amazing! They were very supportive during my mom's transition into the home. They are very loving, fun, kind and I feel that my mom is in good hands there.
