The facility is clean, uncluttered and nicely appointed. There are well-kept outside covered patio areas, several of them to allow for privacy and quiet as well as socializing. The Staff is caring and calm. Management is also caring and positive in assistance to both residents and family members. That is very appreciated. Good people. I feel good that Mom is there.

Everyone at Oakhaven was friendly, kind, and helpful. We were very impressed with the setup and the cleanliness of the home. The move-in was easy and the residents were welcoming.

I have been looking to find a residential facility for my mom. She is suffering from Alzheimer's and needs more care that I can provide for her at this stage of the game. I've looked at seven other homes for her, but none of them felt just right. And then, we visited Oak Haven. WOW!!! What a difference! The staff were all extremely friendly and outgoing, willing to answer all of my stupid questions. The facility itself was clean and clutter free with wide passages to allow for wheel chairs and walkers. The seating area in the living room and the den area were large, with ample seating for all who wished to join the group. The dining room was spacious and welcoming.... But most of all... the PEOPLE! All of them, from Josh, the main sales guy to Andrew (on the phone) to the three caregivers... everyone was just wonderful. We spent almost three hours there!!!!! And mom liked it!!!!! I could not have asked for anything better!!! Thanks, Oak Haven, for making such a wonderful impression on us!!!!

I visited this home to recommend it to a friend. I found the home very bright and cheerful. There was no foul odor. The 3 caregivers that I spoke to came across as loving their position. They gave stories of personal care and that impressed me. The clients were clean and neat. They were up in chairs watching TV. I would highly recommend this home for care.

I recently placed my brother at Oak Haven Assisted Living because I found the staff very knowledgeable, kind and respectful of the residents. The property is clean, warmly decorated, spacious and feels like home. The residence is located on a large private lot with mountain views. It is a very pleasant home located in a quiet safe community. I know the community well because my home is located nearby.
