I utilized 1st Accredited Home Care services for my grandmother who suffered a severe accident. I worked with the Administrator Ysabel who was a breath of fresh air during my time of need. She responded to my request the same day and I had a HH Aide placed in my grandmother's home the same day. Ysabel was prompt, knowledgeable and empathetic. I had surgery and stayed at the RHH-in Feb 2024-Maryluz was my main nurse-She was absolutely amazing.Always on top of everything.So compassionate and caring.I cannot express how greatful I am and how much I appreciated her patience and making sure I was comfortable and that I was taken care of.She is a wonderful human being and Nurse.I am glad I got to have this experience and to have her take care of me.She is an angel.

Highly recommended, I had surgery 4 days ago and I had care as if I were at home. One of my concerns was after the operation, what the treatment would be like because you feel bad and I receive a lot of love and affection and people who were attentive to everyone. I Contacted Isabell to get my mother in law a care taker during 4th of July . she answered and got right to working on it. She got me a care taker to my Exact liking and always calls to check in and make sure everything is good. I recommend this company to any that is looking for reliability and Responsiveness. I needed someone to stay home with my Dad so that my Mom could get out of the house and feel comfortable that he was safe while she was gone. From the beginning I had a positive feeling about the people they employ. The woman that met with us to setup services was very professional, yet relaxed enough that I didnt feel pressure to sign the contract the day we met. She followed up with me to see if I had any questions, and again didnt seem to pressure me to sign. Thank you, I recommend this company.

I had my mom in a nursing home and pulled her out due to substandard care. I employed Total Home Health Care to take care of both of them in my house. They worked with us to find the right match of caregivers and my parents. After a few ups and downs with the workers (all issues were resolved to my and my parents satisfaction) we wound up with 2 workers who came into the house. These workers are true caregivers, simple but kind. They reminded my parents of medicines, feed them and kept them company in the last year of their lives. Without them, I would not have been able to care for my parents. The women who came into the house were reliable and caring. The owners were wonderful people who worked with me on payment arrangements. I would definitely use them again and in fact have told my daughters that when its my turn, they should use them.
