I’m just visiting and all seemed very good and everyone running Aristacare seemed to be very busy and upbeat-I believe I saw management checking on every patient and seeing how they were doing-! The manager had on a suit, well-dressed and was checking on everyone, I think that was very nice. My friend had no complaints about anything and she’s doing rehab another couple weeks, so I’m glad she is getting good care and is happy. Hopefully she’ll be home soon. Like I said I was just visiting, so that’s why the 4 . I don’t know how to rate it because I’m just visiting. But it was clean and friendly service.

I have seen a huge positive change in this facility over the past year and a half. I read some of the older reviews that are not accurate of the new team. The administrator and nursing team have completely turned things around. The administrator is always walking around the building, talking with residents, families, and staff. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people here and treats the residents like family. The nursing team is approachable, helpful, and actually listens when concerns are brought up. Staff morale also seems much better which makes a big difference in the overall atmosphere. The building feels more welcoming, communication has improved, and it is clear that the new leadership is working hard to rebuild trust in the community. It is refreshing to see a team that truly wants to make things better and is putting residents first. Keep up the great work.

I went into Aristacare at Whitting on August 18th 2025 I came in broken homeless with wounds and with a addiction.I learned to love myself again, built relationships with family and team members who treated me like I was their family. Moshe the director always made sure my needs were accommodated we keep in touch to this day! Amy the social worker was impeccable and showed me kindness and compassion she made me a self care gift basket when I left. I had many nurses do so much for me just to name a few Janice gifted me a ancklet that I wear everyday to remind me of how far I’ve come ! Christina always brought me in nails to remind me I’m still just a girl and deserving! Ms Wanda an aid was like my best friend took such good care of me I could go on and on! I left December 7th2025 I left a new person driven loved sober I was able to give back to people in the facility who had nothing just like me give back hope at times when some have none! If you knew me than and know me today the difference is night and day. I’m for ever grateful for all of you and you will always hold a place in my heart

10 out of 5!!! I have had an incredibly successful experience at Aristacare at whiting. I have traveled over an hour from home to RETURN to this facility because I've had such a wonderful experience last time!!! This has been a phenomenal rehab experience the entire team was most helpful, worked with me at my pace! Facility is extremely clean, not what you'd expect at a nursing facility! The food, as well, is phenomenal!! Any need that comes up is immediately addressed. My daughter was a patient here and I wanted to leave a review to let it be known how good they treated her. While there the nurse Janice and Wanda were so very helpful and accommodating. They made sure she was getting the care she needed, Wanda even braided her hair for her which made her feel better. Mary, the Discharge Coordinator was also wonderful to her. The best of the best! I've had family there recently and the entire experience at Aristacare at Whiting was nothing like I could have imagined!! The welcoming atmosphere all around makes you feel like you've come home the moment you walk through the door!! The entire team, beginning with Meir and Tina, ADON Amber, Dom and the rehab crew, activities director Danielle and her staff, all the way to the floor staff, dietary and housekeeping are an absolute pleasure to communicate with, no request goes unadressed and every possible angle of meeting and exceeding your expectations will be attempted in the most caring way!! AristaCare at Whiting has proven again to be an outstanding rehab facility. I’ve been receiving critical IV antibiotics and undergoing physical therapy after a knee infection. The entire team of professionals who have been on my recovery have been nothing short of remarkable. The facility has superb caring administration, top notch medical professionals in nurses, CNAs and aides, and a physical therapy staff that seem to literally work wonders. Many need to be singled out for their exemplary service. Nurses Carol, Christina, Janice, Meaghan, and Bella have worked amazingly and contributed immensely to my healing. CNAs and aides like Pia, Ivan, Oliva and a truly phenomenal caretaker Wanda are models of compassion, encouragement, challenge, humor and professionalism that are top notch. The physical therapists Casey, Tara, Dom, and Nicole are the absolute finest you could find anywhere. They flow in perfect sync with each other and are both extremely knowledgeable and empathetic in getting residents to reach goals that may have been seemingly impossible. The maintenance and support staff are also excellent; facility is always clean and running smoothly. One might say That’s just their job. No. A job is just what one does. But the healing and spirit that happen at AristaCare is in the WAY they do it. Knowledge and experience, professionalism. empathy and compassion define this wonderful facility. I am grateful to them immeasurably.

I was a resident aristocare for 2 months I wasn't a very good patient at first and most nurses and aides were very good to me (Wanda, butts, Kristina) Kyra was excellent also. I forgot most names but I am forever grateful for their excellent service. Dr. Gallardo was excellent as usual. And Kim was patient w me. Residents were very kind & left lasting impression on me. PT, Nicole, Casey & Tara helped me walk again. I don't think the staff & residents realize how they changed my life. I pray for everyone every day. Life 'on the outside' is much harder. Ive been home 3 months & I'm still trying to get those girls some of my specialty TACO TOMATOES!! Someday, girls, someday!
