My mother moved to Cogir the end of February 2026. Moving a 92 year old isn’t the easiest task. However, I felt this was going to be good for my mother and the family. Cogir really presents like an extended family. The staff is courteous and helpful. The administration is unmatched: they do what they promise. That alone is a reason to move your loved one here. Let me be clear: No situation is perfect. I make my concerns known - clearly and distinctly-and they are addressed. The residents are another reason to move here. During our tour and lunch I couldn’t believe how friendly the residents were. I believed it was staged - a performance to get new residents. I was wrong. The residents are just as friendly now - months later after my mother has also become a resident. My mother has made many friends. I would like to thank the staff by name but it would take a lot of time and I am sure I would forget someone. Thank you Cogir for helping my mother during her adjustment to this new environment. We continue to fine tune her experience and look forward to many happy days. We are happy to be here. Thank you Cogir at Continental Ranch!

My mom moved in to this facility in April 2025. She lives on the assisted living side and I couldn’t be happier with her choice. My sisters and I are very active visiting and staying current on what’s going on there. No place is perfect but I am consistently amazed at the personal service, respect and care that my mother is treated with. I went to visit a family friend who is currently living at the Watermark at Continental Ranch. When I walked into the building it was very welcoming and so clean. It made me so happy seeing how great the staff members were and their nice interactions with the residents. I joined my friend for breakfast and the food and services were great. The dining room manager is doing a fantastic job along with her staff. Not only did the facility look amazing it was also so welcoming. I had the pleasure of visiting the Watermark at Continental Ranch today and received a wonderful tour of the community. When I entered the building, I was greeted by the front desk receptionist who then set me up with the move-in coordinator, Tony. Tony gave me a tour of the facility and all of the experiences that they offer to their residents. There were multiple rooms with activities for the residents and their guests to do such as a very organized and large library (which was organized by former and current residents) with an area to read, A movie theater with very comfortable seating and accessibility which shows weekly movies, and a few different gaming areas which included areas for poker, puzzles, Wii bowling, crafts and other games. There was a schedule of social activities displayed that were both engaging and unique, offering a wide variety to suit everyone’s interests which were displayed on TV’s throughout the community in the hallways and easily visible with times and locations. The gym area was clean and organized and felt comfortable. The best part of the whole experience was the interactions with the staff we encountered while on the tour, everyone was friendly and seemed in great spirits like they really enjoy being there. I highly recommend the Watermark at Continental Ranch and will be sharing my experience with anyone who may be looking for a comfortable, homey, clean and friendly retirement community.

Today I have the enjoyable experience of touring the watermark. It is a very clean and gorgeous facility. Anthony who is the move-in Cordinator was dressed to the nines ready to please. His professionalism and quirky sense of humor made the experience splendid. The watermark is a very large facility very large open hallways, extremely welcoming. We toured some of the apartment spaces a lot of the common areas. If you are looking for community in the continental Ranch/Marana area search no further this is it. Their calendar is packed full of events with easy navigation. Which include body for exercise, community, entertainment, mind, outing, and finally spirit. Equipped with a lovely arts and craft center, wonderfully robust library. And space for billiards, poker, and even a room or movies, or played multiple times a day all week. Included our special outings, like field trips, shopping trips, Scenic And doctors appointment drives are also offered. The watermark at Continental ranch The Inn has classic food options from egg or tuna sandwich too. They’re very sought after beer battered cod. Also adding specials weekly.Every member of the staff that I was introduced to was kind and eager to meet me. While enjoying the tour, I was able to interact with a few of the. Wonderful folks they call this place home. Let me just say that the energy in this community is very vibrant and joyful. If you are looking for assisted-living or top-tier, memory care unit, then the watermark at Continental ranch is exactly what you’re looking for

My mother moved from another state to the assisted living this year and our experience at Watermark Continental has been truly exceptional. A move-in coordinator was provided to ensure the experience was seamless. Engagement has been fantastic and she is feeling like a part of the community and engaging her with different activities such as fitness activities, and quite tastefully curated movies and games. She appreciates the Watermark University educational activities as well. The medical director is thoughtful and ensures comprehensive care needs assessment and care plans are implemented with high quality, including tailoring to individual needs. The facility is clean and well kept, the staff are well-trained and approach residents with notable respect and care. I have found that staff are open to insight of families in terms of how to best support their loved ones. I have no doubt that my mother will be safe and well-cared for here.

The Watermark is a wonderful home for my mother-in-law. She relies on her morning caregiver to make sure she wakes up in time for breakfast, her favorite meal of the day, and that she has her hearing aid in before she goes down for breakfast. Because she orders the same thing for breakfast every day, she loves when the restaurant servers have her coffee and fruit bowl ready when she arrives, followed quickly with the rest of her food served hot. She appreciates how helpful and friendly all of the staff is. I definitely recommend the Watermark for your family or friends needing assisted living or memory care.

I’m not sure I can adequately express my gratitude and appreciation for Watermark! My 90 year old mother has been a resident at Watermark for 10 months. She was hesitant to leave her home at first, but now really enjoys living there. The staff has been incredibly kind to her and to my other family members when we visit. Everyone knows her name and always compliments her outfit or gives her some other sweet greeting. The other residents have been very welcoming and supportive and I think they all see each other like a big family. The food is delicious (I’ve eaten in the lovely dining room many times) and the young waitstaff are so patient and helpful with the residents. Ann is incredible with all of the activities! Such a wide variety and always so much thought and fun to put into it. My mother especially loves all the music. Watermark is always so clean and beautiful. My brothers and I are so thrilled that our mom is being taken care of so well. I especially want to single out Sherri at the front desk and Tony who have been so helpful.

Honestly this move was not in the plans, we found ourselves in a position of quickly needing assistance for my parents . I called around and when I learned about the costs and the tiers of care other places offered , I quickly realized that the Watermark had the best plan. They had an apartment available and we signed the papers. The best part aside from the location and availability is that The Watermark is nothing short of a resort. My parents are eating 5 star meals 3 times a day (not twice a day like some facilities) they have a housekeeper that comes once a week, a shower that is accessible for my dad who is wheelchair bound and the apartment is beautiful. Everyone has been so friendly, I have seen the stress of life melt off my parent’s faces. The Watermark has been an answer to our prayers.

My mother recently moved in to assisted living here. All I can say is, Wow! The staff are completely amazing in every way. They are making this transition so much easier than I would have ever imagined. On top of this, the residents have all been so welcoming and kind to my mother. They really seem happy here. I love going to visit and having meals there with her and talking with the others. It already feels like home. Food is very good, the building and grounds are immaculate, and the caregivers and housekeepers are all wonderful. Love all three amazing concierge ladies at front desk - Mary Lee, Cheri, and Gabby - who make me smile every time I pass by. And the team that helped get us in the door - Leslie, Patty, Tony, and Monica - they have really helped me and my mom out during this crazy period of adjustment. Can't wait for my mom to really settle in and start regularly enjoying the numerous activities and amenities. There is so much to experience there. My best advice to anyone who is helping a loved one transition to assisted living is to accept that this can be a very overwhelming process and know that it's completely fine to ask any and all questions that come to mind. There are so many pieces to the puzzle. The people at Watermark really do care and will help you with each facet of the unknown.
