My mother stayed her for 3 weeks. The food was pretty good. A few of the CNAs and RNs were pretty good. HOWEVER... the complete lack of response from management when we had issues or questions was APPALLING. I was told by the Concierge to email 2 specific Directors for information about the in-house salon - which was info that should have been really available, but no employee could disseminate except for highest management. And then... they didn't respond. When the facility RAN OUT OF HER PAIN MEDS, it took an hour to get approvals to use medications from home that i had to bring in and I NEVER got a response from anyone in management as to how or why this was allowed to occur. And further, when my mother contracted COVID in the facility and was moved into isolation, there was nothing done to help her get any extra therapy and, again, zero response from management to my multiple emails & requests for a phone call asking about the how, where, and what was being done. While she liked the therapists, she will not come back to this for any future needs and I will actively dissuade potential future patients from selecting The Stayton at Museum Way.

I chose The Stayton to continue my rehab in skilled nursing after back surgery and leaving Texas Rehab Hosp. I stayed May-July '24 and received wonderful care. I had issue with only 1 nurse who lied about medication and "waived me off" because I dared to question him. He should not be nursing. Mgnt was responsive to my complaint. Otherwise, the nurses and CNA's took great care of me. I'm not going to name names, as I'm afraid I'll forget someone! Food quality went down after Buckner took over, but the staff in dining always went out of their way to help. Therapy was wonderful! They truly care about their patients and it shows. It if weren't so far, I'd definitely go there for outpatient therapy. Thanks for making a difficult situation much easier.

Awesome on-boarding process made the transition for my Mom easy and smooth. The staff and management are professional and outstanding. I know my Mom will enjoy this safe and well-deserved next chapter of her life. This is truly 5-star living!

Best retirement community ! The love they have for there residents and staff is amazing . Highly recommend! Rather its Assisted Living. Independent, Memory Care or Skilled nursing they have it all onsite for your loves one to be comfortable in their care!

My mom moved into Memory Care a year and a half ago and we really have not had any issues and feel my mom is taken really good care of. She needs full assistance and the care team there is always very attentive to not just her but all the residents. I visit often and I have never seen anything but positive interactions with the residents. The nursing & care team is always friendly to me (& residents) and good to fill me in with anything I might need to know. Mai, the Lifestyle Assistant, is also amazing. She does such fun activities with them!! It's fun to watch the residents interact and having fun. Also I've never eaten the food but it always looks so good and the residents seems to really enjoy it. Makes me happy to know my mom is loved and in a good place where I don't have to worry about her.

Ke Atkins the beautiful lady that runs activities and her helpers try very hard to make these people happy they do there jobs so good yesterday I watched while they did neck massages and a client kissed her hand how sweet I would give activities a 100 when it comes to the activities I would recommend this for sure Tanya CNA on floor 3 goes out of her way to make her patients to feel special loved and wanted and respected thank you to her for that I don't work here or have any reason for putting this review I have a family member here and they try very hard to make everyone happy I'm here everyday I see first hand what goes on here The food is good and they do everything to make clients happy in the restaurant Steve in therapy is very thorough and tries to help his patients to the fullest extent he does a great job and tells it straight and is very effectiv

I've worked at The Stayton since 2013. I love my residents and the staff members are a second family away from home. The Stayton is a great place to work. We have very cordial staff. If you met the Executive officers you could not seperate them from the line staff. We work as a team. I would recommend The Stayton to anyone who wants to experience a non hostile and family oriented environment.

Not only do I love to work at The Stayton, I have had a loved one that lived in the community, and would highly recommend them. The care that she received was exceptional, and the CNA's, and nurses truly cared for her, and all other residents. Of all the communities I have worked at in my nearly 20 years in the healthcare industry, The Stayton is far and away the best place to bring your loved ones, or to pursuit a fulfilling career.

My mom went here for rehab after knee surgery! It was perfect in every way! Dr. Aman Haider was wonderful, as well as the nurses, the physical therapists, and every single staff member! Best place ever!
