I just finished visiting with Jamie bunch at Oxford Grand getting my mom put on the waiting list for their memory care facility. I got an excellent tour of the facilities and was put at ease with where my mom will be staying. I highly recommend talking to Jamie if you're in need of a memory Care facility.

Mom recently moved to Oxford and absolutely loves it! The apartments are very nice, and the staff has been amazing -- even when she was on the waiting list before moving there! After going on visits to other facilities in the area, we found that Oxford Villas is MUCH cheaper than other independent living options around here. It's in a great part of town with shopping nearby, and they have a shuttle that will take her where ever she needs to go. We feel so much better moving her away from a home with stairs, and now to her apartment. And we like that there are options with different levels of care with Oxford, with Villas being independent living, and Grand being assisted living and memory care. We have visited both facilities, and we are very impressed with the level of care they both offer. We (she) couldn't be happier!

I am so thankful for Oxford Grand! My dearest friend was in need of memory care. The staff at Oxford Grand made this happen. They have met so many needs for her! They keep the residents busy and interact with them. I have spent a lot of time there, visiting my friend. There has never been a time I have not seen the care staff interacting with the residents. At the same time, they try to keep the resident as independent as they can be. There are so many wonderful, fun activities and programs to help keep them engaged. The staff is always available for any questions, from the care staff to the business staff. My friend has been there for almost 2 months. I feel a great weight taken off of me, knowing she is safe and happy. Thank you, Oxford Grand for your passion for our loved ones, going above and beyond! LeAnn Post

Our Mother has lived at Oxford Grand for over 4 years. She has recently passed away. As she was in her final days the staff was incredible to all of us. They made sure we did not want for anything, they actually took care of us. All of the employee's that were responsible for our Mothers daily care made a point of coming in and sitting with her during this period and some cried with us. This establishment's caller ID info is being spoofed to sell scam vacation packages around the Dallas, Texas area. When asked if I could ask a few questions, they promptly responded with "As long as they aren't stupid questions, sir." Unprofessional, and needs to be taken care of, lest you want that to be associated with your businesses reputation.

My Mother has lived at The Oxford Grand for 2 years, first in the assisted living then moving to memory care. I can't say anything negative about our experience there. The facilities are very nice, the office and care staff are very kind and compassionate, and the food is excellent. They have all sorts of activities planned for the residents everyday. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for assisted living or memory care for themselves or a loved one.

I recently worked with Oxford Grand for a friend needing Assisted Living. They were prompt, very courteous, and took the time to listen to her needs. Touring, and moving in was just the beginning. Her daughter was able to sleep knowing mom is taken care of, and enjoying the many community offerings tucked within.

Our 91 year old father has been a resident of Oxford Grand for nearly two years. The care and compassion that he receives from the staff has exceeded our expectations. Throughout the COVID outbreak they have implemented rigorous precautions and protocol to insure the safety of our father and the rest of the residence. We are greatly comforted by the knowledge that he is receiving such great care during these unprecedented times when we cannot be there. As a family of a elderly resident this has been greatly appreciated. If you are lucky enough to get your family member into Oxford Grand Assisted Living you can rest assure they will receive excellent care. We are so happy he is there.

Our Mother is in one of the memory care houses at Oxford Grand. We are so blessed to have found this wonderful place her. The care that she receives is the best. The administrative staff to the care staff and everyone in between have been professional and caring. The staff that is with our mother daily is kind and attentive. Although, our mother is lost mentally, she is treated with respect. With all of that being said, our Mother is happy and content and for that we are grateful!!

We moved my parents into the Oxford Grand 3 years ago after my father was diagnosed with vascular dementia. From the first time I walked through the doors, I have been treated like family. My parents love all the staff. While my father was dying, a parade of staff members from Cooks, house cleaners, CNAs, staff, maintenance and nurses came through the room to hug Mom and love on them both. I will never forget those moments. My mom is going to continue living there because, "this is my home". I cannot recommend the Oxford Grand highly enough.

Oxford Grand has been a God send!!!!! Warm and caring staff, beautiful surroundings, fun activities, great food, etc. The staff has been such an integral part in keeping the residents safe and well during this difficult time we're experiencing. So blessed to have my mother here!!!!!

My grandmother lives here in the Memory Care part and they are absolutely wonderful, she loves it! The staff are all nice and take very good care of the residents not to mention they provide LOTS of activities for them to do so that's a huge plus in my book! When we can we go up and eat lunch with her the food is also amazing and they have plenty of choices to choose from!! The buildings are all clean and neat as well! A BIG THANK YOU to all the staff your all wonderful!! Keep it up!

I've worked at the Oxford Grand for over 4 years and can vouch that the staff here truly cares for the Residents as if they were our family. Its not just about the tasks its about getting to know the Residents and taking care of their needs,physically and emotionally. I take great pride in what I do here at the Grand and love being a part of their lives!

I have worked at the Grand for the last 4 months as a CMA/CNA mainly in the memory care houses and have to say this is the most beautiful and fulfilling retirement home I've worked for. All staff treat the residents as if they were their own grandparents and it truly is a welcoming family between all staff and residents. There are always activities and often outings that everyone is invited to. The food is great and dining is absolutely incredible for a retirement home! My ONLY complaint is that there is occasional staffing shortages. I highly recommend the Oxford Grand for both residents and new staff alike!

I have been at The Oxford Grand for almost a year. I currently work in Life Enrichment, but I have also worked in housekeeping and dining services. I haven't been here too long, but I haven't met people that care more about residents than the people that I work with here. It's amazing to come to such a homey and comfortable environment. The values the company and the employees hold exceptional and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with my Oxford Grand team and with the friendly, fun-loving residents!

Oxford Grand is literally my home away from home! I love my residents and staff. I am beyond blessed to work at such a wonderful establishment! My dad has lived at the Oxford Grand for about 2.5 years. It is a lovely place with a caring staff. Whenever he needs anything, we just ask, and it gets taken care of. He enjoys the entertainment, the food, and the camaraderie of the other residents. I am grateful that he is able to live at the Grand, and I know he is getting the care he needs.
