I would like to give the Inn at Belden Village a five star along with the Board, Directors and Staff. I have been working for the Inn at Belden Village for a total of 14 years this year. I plan on working here until I retire. I choose to work here because the residents and staff are treated like family. This is really a great place to work. There are many staff members that have worked here for years that I have had the privilege to work with. We work for Directors that work with us. There is not a job too small for them and they show such kindness and respect for the residents, families and staff. I have learned so much through the years with the yearly training to keep us equip. along with gleaning from the wonderful leadership we have here. The Inn at Belden Village shows their appreciation in many ways that I don't see or hear of in most companies. We do work hard here however, it is very rewarding.

As someone who had a family member who was a resident here until their passing years ago & now as someone who has the privilege to serve the residents as an employee - I can honestly say from both sides of the business, I have not seen a business that cares more for & invests more in the people than they do the business side of things the way The Inn does. Residents, families, & employees alike.

I'm giving The Inn@ Belden Village 5 stars!! Being a 22+ year employee, I have seen the Gammill family go above and beyond for their residents by showing compassion, love, and a safe and secure environment for all that reside there. As an employee, the management has always treated me with respect and has shown gratitude and appreciation. I would highly recommend The Inn@ Belden Village!

I've read some recent harsh reviews that have prompted me to respond. I've worked at The Inn At Belden Village for a few months and have witnessed them making supreme efforts to make their employees happy. Unfortunately, it is very hard to please people who do not have the work ethics that we were raised with. I believe the current staff, our aids and housekeeping, maintenance, nursing, and management are presently working towards a main goal to make The Inn a place that not only is desirable to work for, but a place where we treat our residents with love and respect.

I've personally worked at this facility and I can't express enough how loving and caring the staff and owners of this facility are towards the residents. The compassion, understanding and effort that ALL of the staff (directors included) show towards the residents is UNMATCHED. You won't regret the decision of joining the community of the Inn at Belden Village.

My mother has been a resident since July 2019. She absolutely loves The Inn at Belden Village and appreciates the great care and attention she receives from the staff. My mother is always in good hands and is well taken care of. The facility is immaculate and the staff is responsive and caring. In my opinion, a top-notch-five-star facility.

We offer five stars because they have been fully earned. Johna and her staff have been tremendously dedicated to welcoming our loved one into the Inn at Belden Village. We 'shopped' around looking closely at multiple communities in the Canton area. We settled upon the Inn at Belden Village foremost on a previous family experience and multiple recommendations. Every facility can claim attention to detail and traditional amenities, but it is truly Johna's personal attention and continued individual care that makes the difference to our new experience. Thank you for genuinely making our loved one feel at home.

I started working at The Inn back in 2013 as a dietary aide when I was a senior in high school. At the time, my grandfather on my father's side was a resident. I was always so pleased to see how well he was treated and loved by the staff as if he were their own family. I had so much confident in The Inn I would go on to recommend my grandfather on my mother's side be brought here years later when he needed more care. I worked here every summer afterwards when I was home from college. The environment was fun, respectful, and pleasant. I have since moved out of town and worked at several other hospitals and nursing homes and I will say the nursing aides and nurses here have been the best I've seen. They are always kind, gentel, and loving towards the residents. After years of having loved ones here and working as a staff member, I would confidently recommend this place to anyone!

I worked at the Inn and thought it was a wonderful facility! Although my attendance wasn't the best I enjoyed my time there, it is a very clean, responsible place to put family members. The director get things done on time and has lots of activities for residents.

My father-in-law was an unwilling resident of The Inn at first but excellent care by the staff turned that around! The staff is caring, the facility is well-maintained and laid out for the convenience of residents and guests. Medical issues are addressed in a timely manner - important when dealing with the elderly. The food is amazing, not like institutional fare. There are lots of activities for residents, both at The Inn and trips off-site, as well as religious services. Definitely a place to be considered when you are looking for elder care.

I simply can't say enough good things about the Inn. My mother has been there for 8 years and is very happy, in good health and enjoys a very high quality of life. The staff are truly caring and are very conscientious and helpful. They have excellent activities for the residents and special events for residents and their families. The Inn is always immaculate, well designed an appointed and feels like a nice hotel or resort. My family and I enjoy a much-appreciated peace of mind knowing that my mother is in such a great facility.
