Staff does a good job taking care for my mother and they are nice for the most part. At least to visitors and residents. I do hear a lot about a particular staff member. She's always complaining, or talking poorly about another staff member. I think staff should keep comments to themselves and not be talking poorly about other staff members infront of the residents.
