A very welcoming place and a caring environment. Extremely dedicated staff. It can take a few weeks for some issues to get ironed out but you truly feel that everyone is there to help the resident and promote his or her well-being. Virtually every resident seems happy and it is truly a team approach to address the individual needs of each resident. It is a very good choice.

The building is always clean and well maintained. Landscaping is beautiful! Rob Tangel, the area director is very involved and always around to make sure that his buildings are top notch and exceeding expectations. This review is related to the community tour I had after an event held there. Sunrise of Wilton is a beautiful modern community for seniors looking at relocating to a senior livinng community. The location is very close to the main Wilton district and is easily accessible to Norwalk, Redding and Westport. The staff I met were friendly and the grounds are well-maintained.

Sunrise at Wilton is a beautiful vibrant senior living community. They even specialize on the care of those with Parkinson's disease- which is unique and much needed! The staff were warm and welcoming, and I loved the tour I received- worth mentioning that they have a gorgeous model apartment.

Sunrise of Wilton is a must-see! It is beautiful inside and has a serene outdoor space. The staff is incredibly supportive of the residents and their families. They offer a wide range of activities that take place on property and in the community, as well as a dining room menu that includes daily specials. They are sure to meet the emotional and medical needs of your loved one(s).

The staff members here at Wilton, especially Karolina the executive director, are compassionate and take care of their residents and prospective residents and families. Due largely to our interaction with Irene Fazio, the gracious sales rep, my wife and I were convinced Sunrise of Wilton was the best fit for us among several Assisted Living facilities we visited. We liked virtually everything about Sunrise, but it was Irene’s thoroughness and kindness that brought us to a decision. She made herself very available and seemed to really care as we discussed my wife’s physical limitations and her dietary needs. Irene has the loving characteristics and the thorough touch to make you feel cared for. Very professional. She has been a jewel.

My mother was a resident at Sunrise of Wilton for over 2 years. The staff and nursing were always pleasant and made time to answer questions or concerns or assist me with my mother. There are plenty of events and activities to keep residents entertained and the staff seems happy to be there. The building and grounds are lovely. I don't have any complaints about my experience with this Sunrise location.

I recently entertained the many residents at three Sunrise facilities in Connecticut. I played the bagpipes for the St. Patrick's Day holiday. I was very impressed with the overall quality of the facilities and also with the kind and caring attention that the various employees were providing to the residents, particularly those with special care needs. Hope to be back next year and do this again!

I don't have any loved ones residing at Sunrise of Wilton but I wish I did! I get to go there to sing for the residents with my singing friends. We love it there! The staff is so quick to welcome us in and we love being able to be regular visitors for the residents! From the receptionist to the recreation specialist to the men and women who work in the dining room and kitchen, we are welcomed like family! It's a joy to go there monthly to sing and visit. If you are looking for a special place for your loved one, please go visit Sunrise Living of Wilton!!!!!! And if you hear some ladies singing in the dining room, come say Hi!!!!! We will sing you a song also!

We moved Mom to Sunrise three months ago. The transition went very smoothly and the staff in Wilton has been wonderful and responsive. The accommodations are very nice...clean - modern and spacious with lovely outdoor spaces. Mom seems happy and engaged.

Sunrise of Wilton has provided a warm, safe, stimulating environment during a very challenging time (pandemic) for my father who suffers from dementia. The staff has done an amazing job from top to bottom keeping residents safe and well cared for. I highly recommend Sunrise of Wilton.

Sunrise of Wilton is a truly incredible place, most of all, their staff are the defining extraordinary attribute. Having opened not long before Covid hitting CT, its hard to do justice to just how dedicated they have been to the safety and well being of their residents. The facility is beautiful and safety measures and care go far and beyond what is mandated. Staff and administration are invested in doing everything they can to protect the residents, while ensuring their activity level, good nutrition and personal well being are attended to. They implemented safety procedures during the worst of the situation and have so carefully allowed for restrictions to be lifted with careful thought and clear expertise by its leadership team. While we were not able to hug our loved one and could visit only through the window - she was lovingly comforted during a frightening time, felt fully supported and cared for and speaks of the community as family, her family - for having pulled together and grown as a unit in challenging times. From the concierge, to the nursing staff, the care attendants, maintenance staff, physical therapy professionals, dining staff and administrators - we could not provide a more positive reference for this caring, thoughtful, well run and high standard assisted living facility. They will on board any new resident with the utmost of care, concern and safety. If you need to find such a residence for your loved one - do not hesitate to call and meet with management and staff. We trust them implicitly.
