I have been here a little over a year now and can honestly say this is by far the best facility I've worked for. My family member has been at Solaris as a permanent placement resident for 2 years. The decision is a painstaking one for any family. However, from the moment of placement our interactions with Admissions, Administration, Social Services, Nursing, Dietary, Therapy, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Dietary services have been professional, caring, receptive, and supportive. The nursing staff has been excellent and work closely with our family to provide coordinated care for the best possible outcome for our family member. I have witnessed the entire Administrative staff "roll up their sleeves" and participate in special events, dining room assist, etc. The primary caregivers in any facility are the CNA's and provide the assistance that we cannot provide for my family member. They are responsible for all activities of daily living for our family member and do their best, sometimes under difficult circumstances such as COVID, etc. Their work is difficult but performed with a caring and kind manner. Family members should be actively engaged with staff so that if issues arise they can be addressed. My concerns and feedback have always been resolved. We are a hands on family and work in conjunction with staff at all times. No facility is perfect anywhere in our community but the effort to strive to be better and best as a team is a mindset and is on display at Solaris.

My aunt is a patient at Solaris North Naples. She has been there for a couple of years now. Having been in health care I know the challenges that the staff faces. My aunt is always clean and well dressed even though she cannot do anything for herself. I think the staff does a great job.

I cannot say enough about my exceptional experience at solaris North Naples. The staff was not only friendly, but created a family type atmosphere. The staff is extremely attentive and compassionate, I was always greeted with a smile and eventually it became my part-time home. I cannot mention everyone, but I'd like to give special thanks to the nurses, especially Stephanie, Edwige, Sheila, Jean, Wilande and Cathy. Thanks to Jeanny at the desk for always smiling and making it contagious. Thank you to the CNAs especially Marie P, Yrvanna, Joseph, and Mireielle. Also therapy staff Romel, wayne and Maggie were exceptional. they really know how to work with people as individuals towards their goals. Brandy and the entire management team make the building run smoothly and address every need timely and also of course a huge thanks to Dr Elterman who made the experience that much better for someone as sick as I was. I was very fortunate to make friends with some of the long-term residents who seemed very happy in their environment and just as thankful to the staff and exceptional management as I was. When I left the building, I was excited to go home yet I will miss the family I spent over three weeks with. i am forever grateful for the professional, knowledgeable care and rehab i received while a patient there. I would gladly recommend others to receive services from this facility and would certainly return in the future if the need arose.

My mother has been a resident here for nearly 4 years. I must confess that I was initially skeptical about the facility due to poor reviews, but in hindsight, I'm very glad my mom insisted on Solaris. Staff are friendly, attentive, and very kind. The quality of care is excellent, and my mom is quite happy here. Kudos to all the staff and administrators for doing such an awesome job and taking such good care of my mom.

My mother was here for 10 days in the ALF part for me to have respite as a caregiver. Negatives: They put too much food on the resident's plates.. Seniors do not eat that much and I see a lot of food waste. They really didn't let my mother know about the activities that were going on, which are many, but that is minor, but they did put her in the community room. Otherwise, the food is delicious my mother said, the staff was nice and attentive, you can understand them very well (which is important). Now my mother has to go to SNF so I am thinking of going back here for that issue, and we will see how that goes.

Very clean and inviting. Medical staff in ALF are wonderful. CNA's and Housekeeping are great and really sociable with residents.
