I am so thankful for the staff at Park Village Pines. The staff engaged my husband in different activities and my husband enjoyed meeting other residents who were so kind and compassionate to him. My husband enjoyed singing songs and Christian fellowship while there that were not offered at other facilities

The staff was very caring not only to my brother but to me. When he was transitioning they made sure we were comfortable and had every possible thing we needed. The CEO and other staff came to his visitation and funeral. They made us feel like family

My mother was very well taken care of throughout her residence at Park Village Pines. I found the team knowledgeable, caring, observant, responsive, friendly and gentle. In addition, the facility was always clean and cozy. I am so appreciative that my mother's last few years were able to be in such a safe, secure and caring environment.

Both of our parents lived at PVP for about 3 years-til our Mom passed away. Our Dad still lives at PVP and is doing great. He enjoys the daily morning Devotions and all the activities. He keeps active and engaged with others. The staff are very easy to work with and treat our Dad with compassion and respect. Our family is very thankful and blessed to have Dad living at PVP

First my uncle, then his sister, my mom & then an aunt have enjoyed the dedicated, caring staff at Park Village Pines. Even after they were gone, I've stopped by to visit residents that I came to know. It's so good to see so many familiar staff faces from 10 yrs ago!

Difficult to navigate some requests and experiences as main counter help is not always available days, evenings or weekends. This really cuts into the participation with family events, etc.

My mom has been at PVP for four years. At the age of 99 she is still in assisted living and enjoys the games, Bible Studies and programs they offer there. Although she has been through the worst of times, contracting COVID while there, she has survived and considers PVP her home. I am grateful to the kind people who care for her and love her there.
