Hi I would like to take the time to appreciate on one of your staff member Ro ( Little Filipino lady). She is soo awesome and great she has the potential to assist anyone and everyone. She must be new as I have not seen her before. I have observed her. She is amazing. Unlike other workers I would hear oh she/ he is not mine to assist but Ro goes out her way to help regardless if the client is hers or not this is great she have assisted I with all question and have answered when I come on the weekend to visit. This is the kind of care I would like to see on anyone. Gosh she is such the greatest person I have seen with such positive vibes. She as well unlike others does not say idk she will answer me with pleasure ( I will look into it & be right back). What a wonderful person the woman is. I will as well contact corporate. To give this little lady a wonderful shout out. Way to go oakmont!! This is the type of care we need to see! Blessings and regards.

The facility is fabulous, but the staff is better! Every single person I came in contact with while visiting my grandmother was loving and gentle. As a family member, we had a lot of questions about her care and progression; they made sure to get the right people in the room to answer our questions in words that non-medical professionals can understand. I appreciate the staff for giving a piece of themselves everyday to take care of every resident everyday. These are special people!

Oakmont of Lodi is beyond BEAUTIFUL! This facility is a MUST-see! Working with Shannon in marketing was a phenomenal experience. She was so friendly & helpful, she truly made everything so streamlined, from beginning to end. Their ability to work with patients who have difficulty acclimating to their new environment is professional, compassionate, and understanding! You will adore this place for your loved one....go check it out!

As an entertainer and volunteer, I have been to Oakmont of Lodi multiple times. The facility is always clean and the residents look happy. I always enjoy my visits to Oakmont.

Great Place! I had my Aunt there for time. She Loved it. She enjoyed the luxurious setting, upscale meals and fun daily activities. The staff is Fantastic and caring. Wouldn't mind living there myself someday.

After visiting Oakmont and doing the tour I was very excited at the number of activities that are available and how spacious and inviting the rooms were. The staff was very pleasant and attentive. Everything was explained to us in great detail. We are definitely very impressed and we can see ourselves making this our new home. We will be checking back once we are ready to make the move. We had to move my father from Brookdale (due to an issue with their nurse and admin) to Oakmont. The caregivers were amazing! They were gentle, kind, and treated my dad with respect. Unfortunately, he passed away while he was there. But even through that difficult process, the caregivers were amazing. They encouraged us, talked with us, gave us hugs. One even prayed for me. I am so thankful that my dad spent his last days in such a nice facility surrounded by love.

Oakmont of Lodi is a beautiful community with every amenity you could ask for. The staff are amazing and provide excellent care to the residents. The food is outstanding!

My parents lived there for about 2 and half months. It was not a very positive experience. The promises that were made when they signed on were not kept. The second month they lived there, their fees were raised over $1,200 per month. The administrative staff blamed all the problems that were going on there on the residents. They were short staffed, charged for services not provided, did not comply with dietary needs of residents, did not clean the rooms regularly, charged for services not agreed to by residents, and did not have an effective fire escape plan that was shared with residents. Many residents living on the second floor were not able to go down stairs independently. When my parents chose to leave, Oakmont of Lodi kept my father's prescription medications and claimed they didn't have them. Twice, my parents, while living there, used their help buttons and got a delayed or no response. One of those times was a emergency situation. I would not recommend this facility to anyone who has special needs.

Went for tour with my mother. The place is beautiful. High ceilings do make everything echo. The tour was terrible. Staff seemed very confused and disorganized. Made an appointment with director but she was too buzy and passed us off to someone else. Questions were not answered, didn't know much information. Not what I would expect with the high price to live there. They definitely need to get more organized.
