We recently moved my mom into Magnolia Senior Living. It is a beautiful, clean facility with a very kind and friendly staff. Lee made the move-in process stress free. We feel very Blessed to have found a nice place for my mom. It has a very warm and inviting feel. All of the staff have been very attentive and welcoming. My mom has enjoyed the food too.

We chose Magnolia Senior Living as a new home for my Mother-in-Law early this year (2024) and couldn't be happier! It's small and personal where the staff know all their tenants and take such loving and good care of them. Over this year, I have visited frequently, and every time, the staff is so personal, talking with me, checking on her, helping with any questions (she has many!) and assisting her. Her room and all of the facilities are neat and clean everytime I go. They also remind her when it's meal time or there is an activity she likes to do. She has made great friends she sees at meals, activities and for short walks. While everyone's needs are different, choosing this place has been an excellent home for her. and excellent peace of mind for us!

Magnolia was absolutely the best choice when selecting an assisted living facility for my mom. The facilities are lovely with spacious common areas for the residents to enjoy outside of their private accommodations, including a screened porch and an interior courtyard. It is small, family owned and operated with the wonderful owners onsite, pleasantly available to assist with any needs or concerns. Their carefully selected staff is amazing with the care they give the residents. Mom has lived there happily for two years. She tells me that the staff takes good care of her. From what I know during my frequent visits... she's in very good, capable and loving hands at Magnolia Senior Living. I am very thankful

Magnolia Assisted Living in Sun City Center, Florida, is a outstanding community for people needing assisted living or memory care. They offered my mom daily support, a social environment, and around-the-clock staff available for emergency support. My mom loved living at Magnolia because the care was catered to each individual, so she could remain as independent as possible. It is a small facility where everyone really gets to know each other. The food served is above restaurant quality and the service is excellent. The key point, however, is the quality of the staff. From management, to nursing staff, to activities director, to housekeeping, to maintenance staff, each and every person is caring, interested, and competent at what they do. It's refreshing to experience a place who cares and if you're looking for that I highly recommend them.

Sherell, Ka, Bernadette, and Antonia and many others were so attentive and caring! The spotless environment was warm and inviting. Mom felt at home. She also felt safe and secure. My mom was accepted at Magnolia Senior Living earlier this year. She suffered from a recent broken hip and severe wounds on both legs. The wounds needed daily attention I must say the entire staff showed mom compassion and encouragement. There was one nurse that went beyond the call of duty to care for mom. Ka made sure mom was given the best quality of life possible until the end. I personally was there every day, so I witnessed the connection with mom. Mae's husband passed away in October while mom was in the hospital, so she never had a chance for total closure. Mom needed more than just a nurse, she needs someone that understood her pain physically and emotionally and Ka was there. Towards the end Ka explained to us what was probably going to happen which allowed my brother and his family time to get here from St Louis and be with mom for the last couple days of her life. Ka was right there with us and still encouraged mom to hold on to her favorite picture of her and dad. I truly believe Ka had a real connection with mom and our family. My wife and I both said we hope Ka will still be working when it is time for us to move to Assited Living. Magnolia has been blessed with an employee like Ka.

My mom was a resident at Magnolia Senior Living, and it was a wonderful time! The staff was so wonderful with her, and the care was above and beyond! I had to be out of town often during the time she spent, and was never worried about her care. She loved the activities and soon had a very special group of friends. Towards the end she was so well cared for and I could see that they really did care about her and the other residents. The staff here really does have a heart for their residents and their families! Here are a few positives about the facility: 1. The facility is bright, beautiful and always clean! 2. The food was very good! Not hospital food! 3. Very low turnover of staff! 4. Small! The staff knew the residents and cared about them! 5. They worked with my mom in the beginnings and got her plugged into activities and matched her up to residents that were soon very dear friends to her. To sum it up, our experience with Magnolia could not have been better! We could jot have found a better facility!

Magnolia is a one of a kind Assisted Living Facility. It's small, family run, new and very clean! For a new facility they certainly have mastered the art of it all: how to care for an older population of residents with dignity and class! They are attentive and are always empathetic. They have mastered this often difficult world with style! My mother always loved and looked forward to the food there. That, coming from her was a true compliment. Be warned! Pretty facade but staff is lacking training in memory care. My mom was a resident for over two years. There were episodes with head trauma as she fell a few times and no one saw when and where this happened. Once they left the door to memory care opened and my mom walked out of the building. She ended up at a different facility in Sun City and came back with yet another head trauma. Finally, as mom's dementia began progressing and she started getting combative, they kicked her out giving us 45 days. They just didn't want to deal with her anymore. Memory care staff has zero training on how to de-escalate the situation and lack of knowledge about dementia as a disease.

Having to place a parent in an assisted living/memory care facility is one of the most difficult family decisions we had to make. We visited numerous facilities prior to placing my parent at Magnolia Senior Living . We met with Lee and her staff on three occasions to learn and understand what Magnolia had to offer. The staff was extremely knowledgable and willing to answer all our questions. It was obvious to our family that the Magnolia staff is a group of caring, hard working, friendly, and dedicated individuals. We are confident that we made the right decision for my parent.

Magnolia was an answer to prayer for both parents and my family. They welcomed our parents who had very different care needs. Now Mom is there by herself and she is surrounded by people that are kind to her and she has made friends. The facility is sparkling clean, she likes the meals, her apartment is lovely, and she is safe. Magnolia is a bright spot in what was a very dark time for our family and continues to be a happy place that Mom calls home.

It is hard to make a decision on where to place your mom when she can no longer live independently, especially if said mom has cognitive impairment and can't admit she needs constant supervision but not yet ready for memory care (a condition known as anosognosia). Our family found the perfect place in Magnolia Senior living. The daily opportunities for socialization have actually improved my mother's cognitive baseline since moving in! We can rest easy knowing she is safe and well cared for including medical staff on call when needed. In fact, when she left for two weeks vacation last summer, she was asking to go back to "where she belonged" after just one week. We are grateful to the owners and staff at Magnolia for giving mom a safe place to call home.

The facility is clean, spacious, modern and inviting. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. The aids treat all the residents as their own family and would go the extra miles to take care of them. Deb, Yvonne and the kitchen staff does a great job serving fresh meals, three times a day - making sure everyone's special needs are met. The management team does a wonderful job at making sure everyone has what they need. They are always easy to get a hold of and helpful. I highly recommend this facility.

My Brother David Gearhart, was the very first resident at Magnolia. He was taken care of by full staff and he was but one. As time went on he remained a high level of care by the staff. They made sure he felt important, needed and worthwhile. My Brother had no short term memory. They made sure he always felt like a whole person. He was very happy and loved his big rooms. The facility is new and was a breath of fresh air while we were doing our visits to multiple locations before deciding, which was very nice to find such a place, but it's the wonderful people that really care and go out of their way that really sets them above the others. Making a decision to place mom in senior living center was really hard, with Magnolia you know it was the right decision and its actually a vast improvement over her living alone.

After caring for my mother with dementia for 3 years in my home, I unfortunately had to make the difficult decision to place her in assisted living arrangement. I spent a great deal of time researching options and was referred to Magnolia Senior Living by a friend who's parents had recently moved in. My mother has been there one month today and I can say that I feel so blessed to have found a great home away from home for her. The facility is beautiful and very clean. The staff have been amazing! Everyone is friendly and always willing to help however they can. They truly want the residents to feel at home and feel loved. They always ensure that residents are getting out and socializing with others. While I do visit my mother daily, I have no concerns about the quality of care she receives. The key in any living situation is communication and the Magnolia staff encourage that with the families to ensure the residents are care appropriately. Thank you to all the Magnolia staff! You are a blessing.

I absolutely love Magnolia Senior Living. My mom started to lose her instant recall and took a terrible fall. It was time to place her in a new home where she would be safe. I looked everywhere and a friend recommended Magnolia. I went for a visit and I knew I found the right place. The staff welcomed me and listened to my situation. They took their time showing me around and it was a match. My mom has been there for a few months and absolutely loves it. The residents are so friendly and love to play games and do activities. Mom is laughing again, she receives her medicines and eats three delicious meals a day. I never worry anymore and actually started sleeping again. I feel very blessed and grateful for everything that Magnolia has done for my mom.

FINALLY! My mother is finally in a great ALF. Everything about this place is excellent. The facility is gorgeous, the staff is super friendly, the on-staff nurse is very accommodating, the dining room is always on top of it, the activities are excellent. I can go on and on. Honestly, I never want my mother anywhere else. I couldn't be happier. All of the following gets handled right inside the facilities: Doctor visits, x-rays, blood labs, physical therapy,,, They even have a hair salon room and a manicurist that comes in as needed.
