Jeremy gave me a wonderful tour. They aren't too big and have a homey feel. The gentleman cooking dinner was friendly and talked about what he was making. The director Lai was very welcoming when we met. It's just a few blocks from old town Clovis! Overall, it seem like a great place for seniors to live.

This is a wonderful community for Seniors. I love the caring staff and how wonderful Jeremy is in helping with this big decision. The resident's look very happy and seem to love living there. I am very impressed with this community.

I have been working here for almost 3 years I have worked in many facilities assisted living and Skilled Nursing I have to say that Magnolia Crossing Is the best place of employment I could have found I'm happy coming to work everyday our residents here get great care the Resident Assistants that work here are very hard working when it comes to our residents we work well as a team our Management and staff are caring and understanding It's a nice warm Community and would recommend anyone to come join our team as god will allow it I will be here eager and ready to train new employees

My father has been living at Magnolia Crossing for over 2 years. From the assisting living house where he started to the memory care house where he now resides, the care provided has been consistent and compassionate. The "house" feel and set up allows for independence and privacy but with the security of knowing my dad is safe and well cared for. Time after time the staff has gone out of their way to support and assist my dad and have responded to any of my concerns in a timely and professional manner. I am grateful to Magnolia Crossing for their care of my father.

My Mom has lived at Magnolia Crossing just over a year now. In spite of the Covid-19 restrictions I am able to communicate with her every day. Mom is so happy at Magnolia Crossing. All of her Care givers make her feel like Family. She loves the special attention each of them give to her. She always says to me, they are so good to me here, whatever I ask for they do their best to get it for me. Mom feels very loved and extremely blessed to call Magnolia Crossing her home. I had just moved my mother from her own home into mine after her major heart surgery. About a year later, I was thinking that someday she may need more care than I could offer as I work full time. I was driving through Clovis and saw this brand new community and went inside for a tour. As Cori guided me around, I was impressed with the bedrooms which can be decorated to reflect residents' preferences, private bathrooms (so important for prevention of cross-contamination), and various communal living spaces for playing games, doing puzzles, watching TV or reading. The outdoor areas have wide, smooth walkways and sturdy yet comfortable outdoor seating areas. Oh, and I could smell a delicious meal being prepared in the homelike and immaculate kitchen area. Well, almost two years ago, I had to place my mother in a care facility as I could not meet her needs in my home. MC had an opening. Cori guided me through every step of the process. Everyone working there is kind, caring and professional in dealing with my mother and I. Like other reviewers mentioned, when I ask my mom if the staff is nice to her, (half jokingly because I know she would tell me if they were not) she immediately smiles, nods her head and says, "Oh, yes!" I know she is comfortable, can choose activities or not, has her privacy but also can be a part of a community (at least, once life gets back to "normal"). I am grateful for Magnolia Crossing and how the staff has cared for my mom. I highly recommend that, when the time comes for this kind of decision for your loved one, you consider Magnolia Crossing.

I have been impressed with this model of Senior care since before they moved in their first resident. The owners wanted everything they couldn't find when looking for placement for their own loved ones, and made it so. I love that every one of the 16 rooms in each building, and every rooms bathroom, is private, yet the door to your room opens to the comfortable and welcoming common areas, much like being at home, but here somebody else cooks and cleans, and looks out for you.

When visiting the facility I had a very positive experience. The staff is amazing, the administrator is very helpful and the community is very nice. Plus the food is great!!

Moved my mom who has profound dementia into MC - been almost a month now. Cori was indispendable in helping me thru the process - much of which I had to manage from 200 miles away. The grounds and facilities are top notch. My mom has her own private bathroom which is important and it wasn't an option at 1 of the 2 other places we interviewed at. The transfer to working with Annakaren was seamless. I have visited often for lengthy periods of time. Mom has been treated well by the caring staff and they've been VERY helpful to me as I've furnished mom's room and helped her adjust. It has been a difficult reality putting mom into memory care - MC has been there every step of the way to assist us. Given my mom's condition - we're very happy with MC's processes, staff, and care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We felt so very lucky to find Magnolia Crossing! The staff is so kind. We love the sense of a small, caring home, good food, but most of all they are willing to do the things that give the elders a life, like activities, and/or outings most days of the week. It has been interesting for our mother where she had been very bored before. The independence is great (choices) yet we have felt our mother carefully watched and taken care of. We feel we hit the jackpot and the only regret we have is that we did not find Magnolia Crossing sooner. Every home for elders should use this model. I feel so strongly that I hope to go to a place like Magnolia Crossing when my time comes.

Magnolia Crossing has been such an answer to prayer for my mom and family. We were immediately drawn to the beautiful, new buildings that felt so much like 'home'. The staff has shown such loving care towards mom, as though she were family. She has formed close friendships with some of the ladies living there, which is so wonderful to see! As mom's needs change, the staff has been great at coming up with a care plan that caters to those changes. We've been very impressed with the cleanliness of the homes, professionalism and responsiveness to our requests. Mom's smile and cheerful demeanor are all that we need to know that she is in her forever home. Kudos to the staff at Magnolia Crossing.
