Ivy Park has been a wonderful home for my mother for the past 4 years. They have provided excellent care and support to her at her every level of need. We have just moved her over to Evergreen Memory Care. The director, Foudhil, and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure her move went smoothly. We are so grateful to all the staff of Ivy Park who have lovingly supported our mom. Ivy Park at Mission Viejo is wonderful!

This has been a great place for my Mom to live. She enjoys many of the activities and the friendly people. All of her needs are met and she is surrounded by people who care about her. Whenever I visit the staff is kind and welcoming. My Mom’s apartment is always clean and tidy - thanks to Patricia who comes every Monday to her apartment. Ivy Park is nicely appointed with clean, attractive and inviting furnishings. There are always fresh flowers at the entrance which is lovely. The garden is also a favorite spot to sit and enjoy. I am glad we chose Ivy Park for my Mom. She does not have memory issues at this time but if that becomes an issue, Ivy Park has the capability of taking care of people with dementia.

My mother has been at Ivy Park Mission Viejo for over 2 years. Everyone from the moment you walk into this facility, greets you with a smile and a helpful attitude. It resonates with all of the activities and outings that are available to engage the residents and make them feel loved and make them feel like home and not just a place to reside. I like this place so much, I also volunteer to call Bingo weekly, and I see first hand the difference in all of the residents attitudes when they see people care about their well being and I have lots of fun and get to know people. Love is not Love until you give it away..…

My mom has been at Ivy Park for three years. The staff there cares so much about her and her wellbeing. They have moved mountains to make sure she gets the help she needs while still feeling safe and independent. Thank you to Foudhil, Rey and Maureen for being so amazing.

Ivy Park Mission Viejo has been a wonderful home for my mom this past year- we could not be happier. The decision to move into assisted living was difficult, but the warm, caring staff, lovely apartments, and delicious meals at Ivy have helped her to thrive. Ivy Park has been so wonderful and the care givers are in it for the right reasons. We have had our mom there for a while and she went from assisted living to memory care. She is now at the end of her life and the transition has been hard. They have provided care, hospitality and sympathy. Maureen, Ray and the team are exceptional people and helped our family through this difficult journey.

I visited several assisted living facilities in the area in search for that right placement for my mom and none of them met my expectations. This was a very difficult decision for me and I needed to get it right. When I visited Ivy Park I immediately had a good feeling and felt this just may be the right place. Not only was the staff extremely helpful and caring, all of the residents looked very well cared for, entertained, and happy. What struck me the most is the family type atmosphere, as it is such a smaller facility than most it seemed everyone knew everyone by name. The other facilities I visited were so impersonal, busy, had several hundred residents, and just not a good fit for my mom. . My mom has now been at Ivy Park for one year and we/she could not be happier. She has a beautiful apartment, she loves the caregivers, administration, and all the dining options (the food is delicious). I’m so grateful to have found Ivy Park, I definitely get a good nights sleep knowing my mom is happy, safe, and well cared for. . Thank you Ivy Park!

2.0 star rating9/13/2017 My mother has been a resident at Vintadge/La Vida for almost two years. We really liked the staff, so caring and kind. This facility isn't fancy or new, but was a good fit for my Mom. She was happy here. Unfortunately the ownership changed in Jan. 2017. It was bought out by a big corporate Senior living company-SRG. Thus the name change. During the last few months there has been a complete staff change. The nice executive director -Risa-is gone, the wonderful marketing director Melanie is gone, and several key activity personnel have left. The worst was when Irma, the wonderful head nurse was let go. I happened to be visiting soon afterward and witnessed several caregivers crying about her departure. Now I am noticing lots of maintenance issues. We recently had a heat wave and the airconditioner in my Mom's room was broken. There are very few residents attending the so-called activities anymore. The employees appear very dispirited, I witnessed one "exercise" class with only one resident in attendance. Also, there are a ton of vacancies here, which leads me to believe there is more going on than I know about. Anyway, my mother is now unhappy with La Vida and the way it has gone downhill.
