I entertained for the residents at Heritage Senior Living in Middleton. I was thoroughly impressed with the beautiful and welcoming environment from the minute I walked in. The staff were friendly and helpful. The residents appeared happy in the bustling party room, with the smell of fresh popped popcorn wafting from the popcorn machine as they watched me perform. Thank you for the opportunity!

My dad had dementia. We felt overall, he was well cared for. However, we came to visit him after a weekend away. He was shaking, had a big gash in his head and was asking for us. We found out he had been put in a regular wheelchair, wheeled to the lunch area and left unattended. He fell out of the chair, hit his head on the floor and ended up with a concussion he never recovered from. He died shortly after that. We were waiting for a special wheelchair for him to come in from Agrace that would have allowed him to lean back. He was not suppose to be put in a regular wheelchair, so someone screwed up. Still upsets me to this day.

I currently work at this facility! This facility gives me so much hope for the health care field I can honestly say out of my full experience working in health care I've never seen residents so well taken care of! It's a beautiful thing and I'm happy to be apart of their team!

We are so happy that we found Heritage Middleton for my dad. The staff and facility were awesome. When searching for a facility we wanted some place clean, safe, an a place that would take care of our father. Heritage Middleton filled all of our needs. We want thank the nurses and staff for everything. They were awesome. A special thanks to Christal Hasz for everything you did to make my dads stay a pleasant experience. Thanks Murray family

My mom loves it here. She has made forever friends and the staff will sit and chat with her when they have time. My mom really enjoys that. She finally feels at home at an Assisted Living facility after terrible experiences at 2 other facilities. It really puts my family at ease that she feels welcomed, nurtured and loved.

My Grandma does not like it because of covid-19. They are basically on-lockdown. She is very bored there. On the bright side they have food made for dinner for the residents and they have an exercise room too. The people who work there seem friendly to me when I visit.

The staff here is amazing, the core team is great! Working here is fantastic and all the residents give me a reason to smile every single day. Great company to work for, wonderful place to live 🙂

My mother was in the Assisted Living for 2`years, she enjoyed living there. She had fun with the Activities and made many friends who miss her. She passed away at St Mary's on 7/24/2016. She loved the RA's who helped her with her medications. One RA in particular who would come in singing; it made mom's day. When you walk into Heritage, it looks like a comfortable ski lodge especially in the winter with the warm inviting fireplace beckoning you to get some hot chocolate and curl by the fire with a good book!!!
