This community is beautiful representation of all you would ever want for your loved ones. The staff is phenomenal highly recommend even just visiting one of their many events or activities! Never met such an amazing loving group of people. The culinary department makes such amazing food I only wish they would open a restaurant for us to eat in.

Absolutely the finest facility in this area. The staff is amazing and include the residents almost daily in activities and fun times. My family and I came to heritage hill for a halloween trunk or treat. The entire family had a great time and the clients and staff that participated in the event were all awesome and very nice to my children can't wait for next year.

Heritage Hill has great events for the residents many times throughout the year. They are so much fun to attend for the community and the residents. The atmosphere takes the sting away when you think of a place to have your loved one go. The ideas and outings that occur just to help the residents feel they don't have a mundane existence but fun happy moments for them. It's shows as I see the pictures with lots of smiles and happy faces. The team at HH does an amazing job. Tuscola County is very blessed to have such a facility like HH.

Heritage Hill exceeded my expectations. The employees at all levels focus on the well being of each resident. They are knowledgeable and truly caring. I have observed their great problem solving skills with my mother who has advanced Alzheimer's Disease and her unique issues. The facility is warm and cheerful. The food is great. The activities and events are engaging and fun. In one word--- a godsend. I highly recommend Heritage Hill to others.

Such a beautiful community and what's even more amazing is seeing how unbelievably happy everyone truly is. The leadership and management is always striving to go above and beyond for the residents and staff. I've never spent more time around such caring and compassionate people, who just love their job. The events and activities that are planned are unlike many other facilities from movie nights with popcorn, to a dj dance parties, ice cream truck to book clubs and games. If you're a foodie or just love a great quality meal the cooks here are incredible. The quality is something you must experience yourself. Heritage hill is a family and if you were ever looking for a beautiful place to move into or considering a career changing lives for the better this is exactly what you're looking for.

Heritage Hill is such a beautiful home for our lived ones. The staff ate always super friendly and welcoming. I love when I walk in the door and the Heritage Hill family is sitting around the community table either having meals or doing activities together. Residents are always very happy and well taken care of. The building and grounds are one of the cleanest I've ever visited. 100% would call on this Team again yo help care for family members.

Absolutely the best staff, very caring and considerate. They are not there doing their "job", they are there taking care of "family". They treat all the residents as if they were there own loved one.

I have worked here for 6 months and I've never loved my job more it's like having a bunch of grandmas and grandpas. The residents are awesome and they have to much fun with our activities director. Our staff is like family. The bosses have a open door policy so u can always go to them if u have any issues.
