Satisfied with Heritage Green Daybreak. Family member was here for over a year and did very well. Staff is friendly and attends to residents' needs and also keeps them active and engaged. Would highly recommend this facility to someone looking to place their loved one in a clean and caring environment. Residents rooms are kept clean and they are encouraged to have their own personal belongings around them to offer some familiarity as if they were in their own home. This is a quiet and smaller facility than some others which is a plus to me.

This place is amazing! Always clean, no smells and has super caring staff that are attentive to their residents and their needs. On the numerous occasions that I've been to the facility, it has always been clean and the residents are always smiling. Would recommend putting a family member here!

Heritage Green is the assisted living facility that defies all the negative things you've heard about "those" places. Our mother's level of dementia had reached the point where she had become a danger to herself but even after exhausting all other options, moving her into assisted living was a difficult choice. It's been almost a year and I've never doubted that HG was the right choice. Whether it's in their job description or not, staff members seem to be in complete touch with how my mother is doing. And it's not just my mom, I see them treat other residents with the same compassion and attentiveness. I believe this attitude starts at the top and I can't say enough good things about Kim, whose door is always open, who listens with a compassionate ear, and whose solutions come from her years of experience.

I am extremely grateful for the caretakers and management at this facility. My family member has been here for a little over a year now and I don't have a single complaint! A special thanks to Lakia for always making sure we feel comfortable/ welcomed when visiting and for all the hard work she does that we as a family see when we're there !!

My mother has been living here almost 1 year. When she moved in she couldn't walk or care for herself. The staff has worked with her and now she is taking care of her own needs and is walking! Everyone knows her name. The management is always available to talk at any time. I would highly recommend Heritage Green to any family!

I visited many of the assisted living facilities around the Lynchburg area before deciding on Heritage Green for my Mother and it has definitely been a great place for her to live. She has been there for over 3 months now and the executive staff, nurses, aides, housecleaning, kitchen staff, and everyone in both the therapy and activities department are all super friendly and really do an outstanding job to make Heritage Green such a great place to live. If you are looking for a place for a loved one or family member that maintains an updated and very beautiful facility, is immaculately clean, has great food, lots of activities including bus rides and lunches out at area restaurants, friendly residents and a very caring staff, I would definitely recommend Heritage Green.
