Our family is extremely grateful for level of care given to our Mother over the last year. The caregivers attention to detail and personal commitment to caring for their residents was outstanding. As her health unfortunately declined Country Villa and hospice care worked together seamlessly to keep our Mother comfortable with the least amount of pain possible. Thank You again to the wonderful staff and management!

The next best thing to having your loved one at home. I can't say enough great things about this place, from its modern, clean, comfy atmosphere to the loving, caring, compassionate staff. Country Villa has been providing exceptional care for my mother for the past 3 years. The caregivers are attentive, engaged and kind with all of their interactions. The staff are always responsive and skilled at meeting all of our needs for her assistance and safety. The facility is always clean and comfortable. The people at Country Villa stepped up to be extended family support for the residents during the recent Covid-19 pandemic. It was an extremely difficult time without opportunities for family visits and family assistance. The staff worked at their best to manage the challenges that went on endlessly throughout the year of required isolation. We are forever grateful for their care.

Residents were great. And treated well. But management is terrible to their employees. If you want to work 16 hour shifts(because of being mandated) back to back with no appreciation, then this is the place to work. No wonder this place has a high turnover rate. Appreciate your employees more, and maybe they will stay.
