My mom lived in this community for over three years. It is a beautiful building, but one of the most poorly run communities I've ever seen. I've worked in this industry for over 20 years, and it was disappointing to see that this was simply a community that seemed to try to add value to their bottom line so they could sell to the next buyer. Staffing was very inconsistent with High agency nurse usage and outsourced housekeeping. I visited mom almost every day and it always amazed me at people coming in and out of her room that I had never seen before. The night nurse was usually a different agency nurse that didn't know the residents. We finally moved her to a community a mile down the road in the consistency and quality was 100% better. I would not recommend Capstone to anyone.

This was my first visit to the memory care area. The facility is beautifully decorated with scenic art throughout the hallways. The dining and gathering areas are also well kept, and the residents appeared to enjoy the food. (However, I noticed a roach (that we killed!) on the floor in one hallway near the bedrooms!) The staff appeared patient, courteous and able to maintain the safety of the residents. I had hoped to see some type of activity (or at least a calendar of events)that would give the residents (that are able), something to participate in, social activities with each other, and on-site events to look forward to, especially at this festive time of the year. Overall, the facility excels (in appearance and cleanliness) when compared to many other locations and thus far my friend appears satisfied with residing there. My hope is that for the exorbitant cost, my friend will receive the best in healthcare and maintain an optimal level of functioning for as long as medically possible.

The Capstone at Station Camp is top notch. The workers were all so nice & took great care of all the residents. The facility is clean, I didn't see any safety concerns for the residents & I even felt safe getting to & from my car in the parking lot. All staff that I encountered were friendly & knowledgeable.

My Mom suffers from "Louie-Body-Dementia", and has been a Resident at Capstone, for a Little Over a Year. It Doesn't matter when I go to visit her, the Staff is Always Friendly, and they Take Great care of my mom. NO One wants to have to Watch someone they Love, Deteriorate & Lose their Memory. And, when it Became Too hard for my Dad to Care for her Needs & her Safety, he had to make the Heartbreaking decision to Find a Place, with Beautiful Surroundings & Loving Caregivers. CapStone was the Place he Chose. And, it's been the Best place, he could have Picked, for her. If you are in the Position, of having to Place your Loved One in a Place that Truly Cares about its Residents & their Families, then I Highly recommend CapSton

Our mom has been at Capstone Memory Care four months now and we are very happy with the care she is receiving. The nurses and caregivers are absolutely wonderful! Genuinely kind, patient and loving, they go above and beyond to meet her needs, and from our observations, the other residents needs as well. We visit our mom almost daily and have yet to meet anyone - from the administration to the kitchen staff - who haven't been helpful and friendly. There are lots of activities and special events to keep the residents engaged and socializing with each other. This is how memory care should be done!

Capstone is such a beautiful building! They have so much to offer to the senior population in Sumner County. It was a breath of fresh air for us to see staff that cared about their residents.

I had a chance to take a tour with my wife of the brand-new soon-to-be-open Capstone at Station Camp Senior Living Center in Gallatin, TN. (35 miles north of Nashville). Because we are associated with veteran's organizations that serve older veterans in these types of homes, we have had the opportunity to look at nearly all the senior care centers in this region. Consider us experienced with this industry. We've seen the good and the bad. We were also there to look at this facility for our own family member who is currently at another senior center in this area. So we were a very interested and engaged reviewers of this property in order to see if it were to be better for our own family member. Simply put, we were gobsmacked. Capstone has to be one of the finest new facility in Tennessee, if not the entire country. The attention to detail was staggering. It is hard to know where to begin. The rooms were spacious and had amazing details for elderly people. The bathrooms were HUGE...bedroom sized with shower handrails, walk-in closets, a personal mounted safe for valuables, TV mounted on the wall with free subscription to both cable and PREMIUM CHANNELS. Capstone just hired a fine-dining chef, have a 12-hour a day Bistro for round-the-clock food choices and snacks, if the fine meal choices are not enough. The insulation was incredible. Although Capstone in on the Main Street in the area (Nashville Pike) you could not hear any road noise. The outdoor facilities were gorgeous to encourage elderly people to get outside. Capstone has taken every measure to prevent Covid contraction including hand-rails with special paint manufactured by Sherman Williams designed to apply just a little bit of hand sanitizer if you touch the rails and a entry way walk-in device that scans your body with ultraviolet light to kill off any bacteria. Amazing! In short, Capstone got our business. Although not a low-rent facility, the prices were very fair considering the many amenities that we have never seen at any other senior care center. Capstone is owned by a corporation controlled by the Hunt family, (owners of the NFL Kansas City Chiefs and many other corporations) so no expense has seemingly been spared. They are scheduling move-ins during the month of April and I would imagine this facility to fill up rapidly. It is one of the nicest senior centers in the country and I would expect every loving family member to be proud to visit their loved ones in the fine establishment. We have no affiliation with Capstone and this recommendation is being offered willingly to help families making difficult senior care decisions. I hope this recommendation helps you.

I referred a family here, as they wanted a community of the area I service. The family had nothing but fantastic things to say about this community and Director of Sales, Michelle Pace. I love knowing that I can refer to a community where seniors are taken care of such honest and sincere integrity!! Very excited for this community to open soon!! I don't think anybody looks forward to placing their parents in a facility outside the home. For my family this was an enormous task. Initially, considering Capstone was not a good fit. Michelle Pace, Sales, gave me the time and the information I needed. She carved hours out of her day to give me the special attention my family needed to make this decision. Phone calls were answered promptly and questions were answered immediately. It was extremely important to have my mom at Capstone. I know Michele worked hand-in-hand with the team at Capstone. But honestly, if it was not for her, I probably wouldn't have walked inside. With further investigation, I met the entire, fabulous team at Capstone. Everybody was amazing; making my family feel like we were the only ones there! I look forward to my mom's move-in date!

After visiting multiple senior living facilities I decided on Capstone at Station Camp. The facility is new, clean and well maintained. The Facility Director, Nancy Halleck is well versed and knows every resident by name. The Director of sales, Michelle Pace, provided an excellent representation of what the facility had to offer and has followed up at every opportunity to ensure satisfaction. The Resident Care Director, Debbie Grantham, has a wealth of experience and is very caring and an excellent fit for her responsibility. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a wonderful senior living experience.

Since the time I walked into Capstone at Station Camp I knew that it was the place for my father. Michelle and Nancy have been very helpful as we continue to make plans for him to be at Capstone. I truly look forward to my Dad enjoying the amenities and being happy.
