As someone new to the LNA position this is a great place to start off. They provide extensive training of all units and make sure you are comfortable before they let you work the floor. The residents and staff are all amazing here and I can't thank them enough for allowing me to work in such a great environment

Very comfortable facility. I have lived here for 9 months and have had a good experience. Rooms are bright and newly finished. I enjoy walking around the facility and getting together with other members for dinners or parties. Enlarged menu for food so they offer several options. Staff is very caring and very social. I would recommend Bowman to anyone considering moving into an assisted living facility.

Bowman place is an amazing place to work for. The facility is beautiful and always very neat and clean. I've worked here for over a year and the management has been nothing but the best as well as my fellow employees. The care givers are some of the best I've seen, they truly take amazing care of the residents. Overall, an incredible facility.

Auntie Dot was so unhappy at her assisted living in Bedford. We paid a lot for her to be bored and alone. Moving to Bowman Place saved her life! Kayla's activity program is off the charts and now Auntie Dot laughs more, sings more, and is always around her new friends. Thank you Bowman!

I've been here since they opened up the doors. I can not say enough about it. I will retire here and one day I hope to live here. It is a beautiful facility with amazing staff and even more amazing residents. I have never been happier working somewhere. I recommend Bowman place to anyone who is considering moving to an assisted living, or memory care. I also recommend it to anyone who is looking to work with amazing coworkers and excellent management.

I cannot say enough great things about Bowman Place! Not only is it absolutely beautiful, but is such a nice place to work. There is something to be said about our amazing management team who make every day coming to work a pleasure. There is nothing worse than having to work for bad managers and I feel so grateful every day that I found the perfect job! I am the Lead Concierge here at Bowman so I experience all aspects of our facility. For being such a new place, Bowman is organized, making everyday affairs run smoothly; just another admirable aspect that makes working here so wonderful. As the central person of all the happenings at Bowman, I generally have the answers for any questions residents or family members have and if I do not- I can easily and quickly find the answers which is very convenient and efficient for all involved. I absolutely love people and communication and am so happy that as the concierge, myself and my team get to focus on the important aspect of building relationships not only with our residents, but family members as well. I recommend Bowman to my loved ones any opportunity I get and hope to be lucky enough to reside in such a wonderful facility one day when the time comes!

Bowman Place has been a godsend. My parents moved in this May 2021. Their apartment is beautiful. Everything is brand new. The care they receive is beyond what we expected. The staff is so caring, they listen to any concerns and follow through. My parents LOVE the food. Which is a big win , my dad has high standards. They are treated with respect and a very caring hand. They are socializing every day and have made a great group of friends. Residents can be involved as little or as much as they'd like. My sisters and I are so so happy and so grateful for Bowman Place. Our parents are loved, safe and well-fed. We highly recommend Bowman Place to anyone looking for Assisted Living.

Just saw this beautiful new community and I am so impressed with the thoughtful and wonderful design and decor. I particularly loved that they used local artists and photographers to decorate the expansive common areas. Great addition for local seniors.
