I can't emphasize enough how much I appreciate Gus and Carol! Of course The Grove at Trelago is new and beautiful but that is not the reason my mother chose to move here. There were several good options in the Maitland area for her to move into, she picked the Grove because Carol has been nothing but amazing in assisting my mom! Carol allows my mom to feel safe and supported with her move while she makes this big change in her life! So thank you Carol, we could not have done this without you! Lora and Willi

My wife and I have toured many senior living facilities in the Central Florida area over the past few months. We have been searching for an assisted living which is comfortable, well staffed and convenient new home for our remaining years. We believe The Grove at Trelago is the place for us with all the comfort of its supportive services and amenities. Maitland had been our home for 35 years and a move to The Grove will seem like moving back home.

Our experience at The Grove has been absolutely positive. From our first conversation with Gus, we have only received professional and caring responses. Gus and Carol have been patient and attentive with my parents, demonstrating their experience in the field and understanding how the decision to move to an assisted living facility can be difficult. Gus and the staff we have met are committed to providing excellent care in a first class facility. Communication has been excellent, they have provided videos of my parent's future unit as construction progresses as well as weekly emails with construction updates. They have also held informative events for future residents, which ease the transition. My parents are looking forward to their next stage in life and are confident that The Grove is the absolute best place for them!

We discovered The Grove at Trelago during an extensive search for an independent living facility for an out-of-state parent wanting to move closer to us. We were impressed by the description of the facility being constructed as well as by the reputation of the parent company, which is known for its highly rated senior living facilities. When Gus Astorga was hired as Executive DIrector, we could tell that the quality of the staff being brought on board and the amenities and activities being planned were as important to him as if his own family were part of the community. He worked with us to pick the unit that would be the best fit, providing multiple videos and answering all questions in a timely fashion. We are looking forward to being a part of The Grove at Trelago family!
