I have had a few encounters with RCF. Though I have not had a loved one in their care, the experiences I had with administration, staff and residents was very positive. Very clean facility. Residents were enjoying themselves, seemed very content and when having conversations with the them about their care, it was all positive. I would highly recommend this facility if you need full time care for your loved one! They post when they have community events. If you have a need in the near future, come and check them out!

Both of my parents are residents of The Fields of Reed City. Our entire family has been very happy with all that the Fields has to offer. My parents love the staff who help them with their daily needs such as healthy meals, laundry and medications. My parents feel safe and we have peace of mind knowing that they are so well cared for.

My mom has been at The Fields in Reed City since September. Her care has been very satisfactory and if we have had any issues, they have been quick to resolve. Huge shout out to Latasha... she has been our link to helping us with my mom's care! Lots of staff have been amazing! Holiday parties for families are very special!

This is not only a beautiful facility but the director, Kristina, Latasha and the staff are wonderful people who are kind, caring and genuinely concerned for the welfare of the residents. I am to grateful to have found them for a home for someone I love.

I've been in the geriatric healthcare field for a decade, working at skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation, and long term care. This will be my fourth facility in that time, and likely my last as a CNA (in school for my RN degree). Why? It's due to this place being everything we think healthcare should be. It is not a skilled nursing facility, it's assisted living and memory care. It is breathtaking and jaw dropping to see the amount of respect, undivided care, attention, compassion, and most of all LOVE that is the heart and soul of this place. To anyone reading this considering a place to house their loved one, or someone considering working with such compassionate coworkers... come on in! We aren't shy, we won't put on a show just to entice you... you get honesty as soon as you walk through the front door. You can't say that for many places nowadays. They aren't looking for your money, they're looking for your contentment and pride in knowing you trust us entirely with the ones you love being cared for in the most genuine way! GO RC FIELDS! GO KRISTINA! GO LATASHA! GO KAMI! and GO TEAM!

Having experience in the Assisted Living Field for many years I can without a doubt say that Kristina ( new administration) and her team will give these residents the best care possible. They have a great team with the highest quality of care as their highest priority.

We are very pleased with the care my mom receives at Reed City Fields. The staff are very caring and kind. They help her with her daily needs and she likes how they check in on her throughout the day as it makes her feel safe. She LOVES the food The staff and management are very intune to the resident's needs and are available to talk with us anytime. Krystina (management) is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. We are very grateful Mom can be there.

My dad received the best care at Reed City Fields. He was there for 6 months and I can not say enough about the excellent care he received. The workers were all top notch and cared about dad and made sure he had everything he needed. The cooking staff cared about him and made what dad liked. They helped out with all his needs and would come in his room often to see how he was. I can't say enough about them. It's a very clean up to date facility.

The new renovations are absolutely beautiful. The environment in this building between staff and residents is beautiful and heart warming to see. A perfect place for a small community like Reed City and nearby areas. The passion by the caregivers and new management is truly reflected in their behavior as soon as you enter the building.

My mom has been here for three years and we are incredibly thankful for the beautiful facility, caring staff and very strict safety pre-cautions. We appreciate the kindness extended to us when we can visit (pre-covid) and are grateful they take such good care of her.
