I had a very nice visit. The facility is very clean. Residents were interacting in the cafeteria and said Hi as I was given a tour. Nice vibe. Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door .

As a previous employee of the PT/OT team at Provision Fenton, I have nothing but positive words for both the building itself and staff that make the magic. Everyone cares deeply for the residents, both within the care team and the management side. Micheal the executive director and Melissa the director of nursing work so hard to ensure residents are happy and healthy. I can't speak highly enough, kudos Fenton!

Beautiful facility with multiple options, room/villa layouts are brilliantly thought out. The Director of Sales, Christina, is very kind and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. I look forward to my in-laws moving in and working with the Provision team!

I was introduced to the facility and the staff at a local chamber event. I walked away impressed with both the staff and the common areas.

When my mothers health started to fail we contacted Michael at Provision Living. We were needing memory care but at that time they were full. Michael suggested to move her into a 1 bedroom with the infrared security system for now and as soon as they had an opening she would move right in the memory care unit. This all happened very quickly and Michael and his staff were very accommodating and helping in everyway possible for a smooth transition. Visits were lined up in a day, our family met with all of his staff and went through all the paperwork and everything was ready to move forward when mom took a turn and we had to cancel her move. The staff at Provision was basically at our beckoning call to answer all the questions about her care and healthcare/medicare coverages. We were extremely impressed with the knowledge and resources they shared with us. Provision showed true professionalism & compassion handling everything from start to finish. Mom ended up passing away within a few days and never made the move to her new place. Michael handled everything on his end to cancel and refund her deposit. Beautiful facility with amazing staff! Thank you for all you did for us!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Provision Living at Fenton! We toured there while looking for placement for my Aunt. The entirety of the staff was friendly, helpful, and patient throughout! Christina was warm and instantly made a connection with my Aunt and continued to be a huge help as we speedily moved forward with placement. Michael was extremely helpful in facilitating a quick transition to move in for my Aunt. Both of them have the most wonderful and easy going personalities that instantly made us feel like part of the team and family at Provision. We met with Melissa and Alison who helped coordinate the medical side--both again were friendly and eager to help. We had a quick turn around time from tour date to move in date and I was continuously impressed how this team worked cohesively together and were willing to step out of their normal roles to keep the process going. This group made it an easy decision to place my Aunt with Provision--I have no doubt that they truly care about who is employed and taking care of our loved ones there. The facility is beautiful and obvious that a lot of thought has gone into making it be a comfortable place for people to live. My Aunt was thrilled with the kitchenette set up in the rooms! The completeness of chef made meals, structured activities on and off property, friendly staff, onsite nurses/PT/OT and brightness of decor easily made this property her favorite out of all the ones we visited! Highly recommend Provision Living of Fenton as a choice for your loved one! I have nothing but incredible things to say about our experience with them thus far!

Christina and Michael gave my mother, brother and I a tour of a Villa and 2 bedroom apartment. The Villa was absolutely beautiful The entire property was very impressive. They obviously take maintenance very seriously. My mother is still very independent, but we are seriously considering The Provisions as the next step toward assisted living should it become necessary.

Was very pleased and impressed with the facility and people there. My mother (84) was there for 10 days while my sister was on a cruise, and she enjoyed her time there and my wife and I were impressed with the facility and the people.

Staff and tour was excellent. Place is new, modern and well maintained. Lots of space for activities from a work center, movie room and activities center for games and crafts. Highly recommend checking it out for your loved one in need. Thank You

My Aunt moved here at the end of October. It's now March and and I'm happy to say she is thriving! There's been a few glitches but she's very happy here. She's made friends, goes to the activies, is much less stressed than she was in the beginning and because of this her memory is improving! Her physical strength is also improving because she's so much more active than she was at home. I'm not sure of Rhonda's title there at Provision Living ( maybe assistant manager and sales? ) but she is on top of things and so kind and helpful. Thank you Rhonda, for everything that you do!! You're presence there is so appreciated.

We have had a excellent experience at provisions of Fenton. The entire staff have been unbelievable. The memory care has been perfect for my mom. Every employee at Provisions knows my mom and treats her like family. All of the aids, med techs, cleaning personnel, activity director, sales manager and director have been caring and professional. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the activity area is beautiful. The food is delicious and the residents love eating together in a community setting. I think our favorite part of provisions is the personal care that the staff gives our mom and the support they give our family.
