This place is a gem. If you are looking for a place to call home for your parents, this is it. The staff is wonderful from the top down! They are all very helpful, kind, and caring to all the residents and family. When we moved our parents in 6 months ago we were nervous for their next chapter in life with assisted living. We were pleasantly surprised with all the amenities Ivy Park of Wellington provided from their daily activities, bistro filled with fresh cookies and fruit, entertainment thoughtfully brought in, fun planned outings, and special Mothers Day + Fathers Day buffets to name a few. We were not expecting our parents to decline as fast as they have and Ivy Park has been with us every step of the way guiding and supporting us as we navigate this painful process. Please tour this facility. You will not be disappointed.

I have been a resident here for almost 2 years, and I really enjoy living here. The staff here is fantastic. We have the servers who serve us our meals all day, and we have our caregivers who take care of us morning, noon, and night. Then we have the Med Techs, the people we trust in giving us all of our medication in the right dose at the right time. I think all of them are great, but I am very fond of her Stephanie, and Emma. They are the best!

My cousin Elaine has been a resident for 2 years and she tells us repeatedly how wonderful each person who assists her is. We had the Wonderful opportunity to have my dad stay this last year at Ivy Park Wellington. The experience was absolutely extraordinary Way more than I ever expected. Everything about it was wonderful and specifically the young ladies that helped Him On a daily basis . In particular Particular The beautiful Stephanie as my dad referred to her was an absolute angel her helpfulness her care, her concern, her empathy, her general love, and Kindness towards my dad was beyond a blessing for my whole family. My dad on a daily basis would tell me how good she was to him and how pleasant she always always was no matter how hard her day was. She is a gem of a human being and is situated. From the moment we first visited, we could tell this was a special place. The community is so welcoming and friendly, which gave us peace of mind right away. The move-in process was smooth and well organized, making what could have been a stressful time feel easy. The food is wonderful, and my loved one looks forward to mealtimes. Most importantly, the staff are attentive, kind, and truly care about the residents. Brenda has been amazing every step of the way. Her support and guidance made all the difference. We feel very fortunate to have found such a supportive and loving community.

I moved my mom here from her original home she lived in for 70 years. I knew the transition would be challenging. I have to say the facility is great in that it is nice layout and my mom can find her way around very easily from apartment. Food and menus are great and quality is excellent. What makes this place so great though is the entire staff at Ivy of Wellington. I cannot say enough great things about everyone I have dealt with in the past 7 months! More importantly, my mom has adjusted very well and this has become her new home! I would highly recommend Ivy to anyone looking for a senior living community.

Very nice facility and very nice people working there. The medical, reception, accounting, salon, and marketing staff are the people I know best and they are great. Lots of nearby faculties for living and for care when needed. Residents are all friendly too. A good choice when it’s time for this lifestyle.

I stopped by a few weeks back to get a feel for the place since I'm trying to help my friend's Mom find a place to live. I met with Jessica and she showed me all around the place and really made me feel welcomed. She was also very upfront about what living here would be like and what it would take for a family to make the transition into senior living. Needless to say I was pretty impressed with the quality of the staff and I told my friend all about it and she said that she would be planning to take her own tour of the facility soon.

I could not be happier with Ivy Park of Wellington as my choice for assisted living. I was there for a short time, but really enjoyed my stay. Everyone there is very friendly and willing to accommodate any need. My favorite part was I was able to bring my dog and he could stay in my room with me for entire time there anyone who has a dog knows how important it is to have your best buddy with you

We needed to find care for our Mom in the midst of the pandemic. After visiting several communities in the area, we were very grateful to secure a spot for Mom at Ivy Park of Wellington (Las Palmas at the time). Mom's need for care increased and she was moved to Evergreen, the Memory Care area. It was difficult not being able to be with her during the lock down but the staff was very friendly, helpful, compassionate and caring and facilitated phone calls, face time and updates. As soon as we could enter the facility, we saw clearly the wonderful care being provided to Mom and all the residents. We regularly visit and can see first hand that Mom is kept safe, clean and comfortable. There are many wonderful activities provided to help Mom and the other residents stay engaged and living their best lives. The meals provided are tasty and nutritious. We are very grateful to the Directors, Monica and Brenda. They advocate for the residents and provide great leadership to the staff. We find great peace of mind that Mom is well cared for with responsiveness, warmth and respect. Ivy Park is a blessing to and a part of our family. We highly recommend Ivy Park of Wellington.

We had our mother at Ivy Park of Wellington for nearly four years, and we could not have found a better place. The caretakers, medical technicians, dining staff, and management all work to make a comfortable home for residents and their family and friends. The people of Ivy Park are highly responsive to resident needs and family requests, and so friendly about it. We made multiple friends among other residents and their family members and always felt warmly comfortable. We strongly recommend the high-service and care at Ivy Park of Wellington. My siblings and I just helped my parents move into the Ivy Park of Wellington. I cannot say enough good things about the community. Staff is compassionate and is paying close attention to my parents' needs. The staff also goes out of their way to create ways for the residents to feel like they are part of a community. Everyone was so helpful to us throughout the process, and our minds are at ease knowing Mom and Dad are in a safe, caring environment. I only wished we'd encouraged them to make this move sooner. There are a ton of great amenities at the Wellington. Also, my mom has dementia, so if she needs memory care at some point, she could potentially move within the Wellington, and my Dad could stay in the apartment. That was important to us as well.

My husband just moved into Ivy Park of Wellington formerly Las Palmas Assisted Living about a month ago because he needs 24 hour attention. I did some research & visited quite a few facilities & we chose Ivy Park of Wellington. We are very happy & impressed by the services & amenities in the facility. The meals were wonderful. The staff are very helpful, attentive and caring. It’s really a very comfortable home with 24 hours emergency response. I would definitely recommend Ivy Park of Wellington for anyone who need to this type of service.

I needed to find a place for my elderly (87) yr old aunt living alone in NYC near me here in the Laguna Woods area. I visited multiple retirement communities over a year. In Dec of 2019 I realized she needed to be Tmoved immediately because of increasing memory issues. It is not easy to transport a born New Yorker to CA! As it happened she arrived here and was settling into Las Palmas just as the pandemic hit and the world went into isolation mode. It would be hard enough without that for her but fortunately the staff there were able to help us both through it. In the two years she has been in residence, time after time staff have consistently protective of its residents and kept illness at bay while providing for services including personal connection to the residents. ianWhile I could not be with her others could and they did. Her Assisted Living care givers and administrator Beatriz were always there for us both. Becky and Morgan provided individual activities and visits including helping with Zoom visits for me. As things opened up this past summer we were able to resume our personal visits. The front desk folks, Robyn, Karen, Connie cheerfully scheduled visits and sent help with TV service. Holidays were celebrated and made special, especially this year with family participation ! This past week a feast of Candle light Dinner and Christmas Day brunch were fabulous. The food was delicious, the ambiance warm and uplifting and the staff so cheerful and welcoming. My aunt kept wondering how everyone knew her name at this restaurant! It was a joyous evening for us, a much anticipated memory making holiday shared. I cannot say enough about all the good feelings I have about Las Palmas. I know my aunt still misses NYC but I know that she is safe and well cared for there and I can be with her or go out together again whenever I want. I am grateful for their caring and services. I will complete five years of residency at Las Palmas Senior Living at the end of December. My daughter visited and did evaluations on most of the assisted living facilities in South County before she, my son and I made the choice of Las Palmas. We were looking for a comfortable, friendly and safe home for me, and we found it in Las Palmas. The management runs a tight facility that is safe; the apartment is comfortable and is a wonderful home; and, the staff is friendly and caring to the residents. Management and staff kept our facility Covid 19 free into August, 2020. Las Palmas is a jewel in the assisted living world. I would highly recommend Las Palmas to friends and families looking for a home for their family member.

My father lived here for 2.5 years before his passing, and I could not recommend Las Palmas enough. The staff took excellent care of him, the food was delicious, and the programs were engaging and fun! The care staff always had a smile on their face and dad always commented on how friendly and caring the entires taff was.

I have never been inside this facility due to the pandemic, but from my experience having had a loved one here I wouldn’t recommend this place. During a pandemic, the only communication you have is through phone calls and half the time when you call you get transferred around. They ask you multiple times who you are calling for and most of the time they tell you to call back later. The updates were vague and frustrating during such a crucial time when you want to be there and know what’s going on.
