At a time of absolute uncertainty, Arcadia Gardens came thru for my family and I in a very compassionate and professional manner. The administration made the whole process of transitioning my mom from her home to their Memory Care Unit very easy and seamless. Once in the memory care unit, Flora and her staff were tremendous. My brothers and I felt my mom was in great hands. The staff was always upbeat, positive and very welcoming, and we never questioned that she was getting great care and attention. Thank you Arcadia Gardens for making such a tough process bearable, my brothers and I will always be grateful!!!

There are places that simply provide care, and then there are places that become family. Arcadia Gardens Retirement Hotel became exactly that for my grandmother during the final chapter of her life. Making the decision to move a loved one into assisted living is one of the hardest choices a family can make. We worried constantly about whether she would be safe, comfortable, and treated with the kindness she deserved. From the moment she arrived, the staff at Arcadia Gardens put those fears to rest. Every person we encountered treated my grandmother with patience, dignity, and genuine compassion. They didn't just complete tasks”they took the time to know her, comfort her, and make her feel valued. Even as her health declined and dementia progressed, she was never treated as anything less than a person deserving of respect and love. The staff also cared deeply for our family. They answered questions, kept us informed, and showed incredible kindness during an emotionally overwhelming time. When hospice became involved and my grandmother entered her final days, everyone worked together seamlessly to ensure she remained comfortable and surrounded by people who truly cared. One of the things that stood out most was the consistency of the care. We never had to wonder whether someone would show up or whether our concerns would be taken seriously. Every interaction reflected professionalism, warmth, and a sincere commitment to the residents. No place can make saying goodbye easy, but Arcadia Gardens gave our family tremendous peace of mind. We were able to spend our time simply being grandchildren and family members instead of constantly worrying about her care. That is a gift we will never forget. To every caregiver, nurse, administrator, dining staff member, and employee who showed kindness to my grandmother”thank you. Your compassion mattered more than you probably realize. My mom lives at this facility. Memory care unit, and I recently attended a beautiful party there , celebrating an early 4th of july, the staff worked so hard to make it special, and their kindness and dedication really showed. A special thank you to the wonderful supervisor Flor. for making everything run so smoothly. Seeing my mom happy meant so much to me.Thank you to the entire team for all you do!

My father lived in the memory care unit at Arcadia Gardens. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. He was not able to walk or feed himself and they took care of his needs with compassion and maintained his dignity to the end of his life. The facility was clean and carefully maintained. Our family always felt welcome and valued when we visited. I’m very grateful that we found Arcadia Gardens.

I was invited to the thanksgiving lunch at Arcadia Gardens where my dad Robert lives and it was truly a great experience. The decorations were beautiful, the music was amazing, and you could really feel the effort the staff put into making the lunch special. I especially want to recognize Flor the Memory Care Director and her team. They were so warm, attentive, and caring with all the residents. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and it means a lot to families like mine. Overall it was a great time and I’m grateful my dad is in such a caring community.

Had a concern with my mom's biling so I took some time off to come speak with Arcadia Gardens Accountant Alice she works in the billing department. I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to speak with her. She was very knowledgeable and she answered all my questions. She was very helpful. And I left the facility at ease. It's nice to know when you have a problem that they address it quickly and are so helpful all the way through. Thank you for being so kind to me and taking great care of my Mother. Hats off to Arcadia Gardens.

After being displaced from the Eaton Canyon fires, my grandparents moved into this assisted living as my grandfather's health was declining. I can not thank Ms. Claudia, the RNs, and the entire staff enough for their genuine concern, support, and kindness during one of the toughest seasons of my family's life. They are truly angels!!! I highly recommend this place.

Came to visit at Arcadia Gardens today and they were having a petting zoo for memory care residents I thought that was the absolute sweetest thing I've ever seen.That you would go out of your way to bring the zoo to your residents is amazing! My Dad spent his last years at Arcadia Gardens the quality of care and attention he received in the Memory Care unit was excellent, from the moment he arrived the staff make him feel comfortable and at ease. A very special Thank you to Flor and her caregivers , my dad loved you all and so do I. my husband and I thank God that we were blessed to have my dad's last years spent with caretakers that loved him, and gave him the best care possible.

I came here to check it out for my mom and Julia helped provide a tour of the place. It looked pretty good, well maintained, and the staff seemed helpful. Then she introduced me with one of the managers, Anna, and she made me feel welcomed and assisted me with more information. Overall, it was a nice experience and felt inviting. This will be on my list to review with my mom.

I came to tour this location for my grandmother. We met with Maria Warren who is in charge of activities in "Memory Lane". She was very informative and very kind. We observed her with the residents there and she is amazing. She becomes part of "their world" . She treats these residents with compassion , respect and with patience, it is as though she is caring for her own " loved one". The residents there seem to enjoy activities and the vibe given is filled with energy. I was able to see photo s of special events they have for the residents as was invited back for the 4th of July event so we may experience first hand. The staff was friendly and the facility felt like a "home". I was able to meet briefly with Julie who is the owner there. She took the time from her busy day to greet us before we went on the tour with Maria . This is a great establishment Julie has put in place so that loved ones can reside and families can know their loved ones are truly being care for.

I was contacted by the Administrator of Arcadia Gardens and she assured me that if there are every any issues I should come to her and discuss. The facility is beautiful and having management available to resolve issues is a plus.

My husband's mother was here for nearly three years, and we felt that she received excellent care. There were problems and issues that would arise, but we always felt that we could go to someone with our concerns, and we would be listened to. There is a personal kind of atmosphere here that we appreciated.
