I can honestly say that this is my favorite assisted living facility that I have been able to be a part of. The team working within the facility ranging from the kitchen staff to the med techs are all lovely. Every facility has its downfalls, but even throughout the Covid struggle this place and it's staff kept everyone engaged and safe.

I love how the staff treats the residents. This is a very loving and caring family atmosphere! They seem to keep staff long term and you can see how much they love their residents and care for them respectfully and compassionately! It is where I woukd like to go live when it's my turn to be cared for! A+ rating!

If you are looking for placement for yourself or for a family member there is absolutely no place better than Willamette Manor Assisted Living. The staff are extremely kind and knowledgeable from the Executive Director to the Dietary Staff and Caregivers. The Life Enrichment program will keep you active and engaged and they are always dreaming up new, fun activities that will meet the needs of the residents both physically with wellness programs and socially with trips to museums and out to lunch. And the food...the food prepared by the Dietary Department s EXCELLENT! Willamette Manor provides a familial environment with top notch assistance to the residents and I myself am looking forward to the day (many, many years from now of course) where I can be a resident at the Manor and be spoiled just like the residents living there are now. What a blessing this place is to both the residents and the Lebanon community as a whole! I would highly recommend you check it out if you are needing assistance and are looking for a facility to truly call home.

I highly recommend this facility as the competent and compassionate staff care provided makes this facility an unsurpassed choice. Those who live here are considered as part of the Willamette Manor family and I would be pleased to have any of my own family cared for here.

Willamette Manor has very friendly care staff. They become a family to all their residents and their families. The staff strive to make this community more than a house, they make it a home. I would recommend this community to anyone I know looking for a home for their family member.

What a beautiful community! The staff and volunteers really make this place what it is! The vibe in this place is outstanding. They have been offering Medicaid and Private Pay housing for over 80 years, they must be doing something right. Really worth the stop to check out this place. If they can't meet your needs, they will steer you in the right direction. CHECK IT OUT!
