My brother has dementia and I needed to find a place for him. I had the privilege of meeting Bobbi and the staff and I am so happy that I did. The level of care and compassion is top notch. My 92 year old mother moved from a senior independent living apartment until she felt the need for more daily help with her personal care needs. S now lives at The Lodge at Bristol Heights. She loves the staff and all that they help her with. They consistently check with her to meet her needs. Her room is very comfortable and warm. The building is new and kept very clean and organized. They live up to all that is promised. Bristol Heights is a very nice senior care assisted living environment and my mother recommends it for anyone.

I worked here for 3 months and sadly I had to leave cause my mom was having cancer of the thyroid. everyone here is salt of the earth, the level of care and compassion is the gold standard, it truly does feel like you're one big family, Gina and Bobbi are so sweet, I think of everyone often and fondly. There was just so much love for the residents and for eachother and it was truly an honour to get to work alongside these loving people <3

All the staff are so very helpful. Really hands on and caring. Came by and they had a man playing piano in the common area. So great to see the interaction with residents.

I've had the BEST experience with both the staff and the residents here. I brought my mom here in the hopes that Bristol heights would provide a home style environment for her while receiving top tier memory care. These folks definitely delivered. I've spent time with the residents here and they all seem happy and loved. The staff are some of the most compassionate people I've ever come across. They've done in 2 months time what other facilities could not accomplish. Making my mom feel like she's with family 24/7. They are easy to communicate concerns with and quick to accommodate any discomfort or fears I've had. Mom has never been better! All my gratitude is owed the staff and administration at Bristol Heights I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a safe place for their loved one.

I would recommend The Lodge at Bristol Heights as the administrator and staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Since I live 300 miles away I am comfortable leaving my 99 year old mother in their care. I have visited often and see the care given to all residents. They genuinely care.

The management at The Lodge at Bristol Heights is amazing, especially Bobbi Swan! I've worked at the Lodge for a couple years now, on and off, and I keep coming back because of her! She treats both employees and residents with respect.

I have worked here for almost 2 yrs. I have to say I love my job and the people I work for. This is my second home, in which I enjoy very much I feel the love and support of every person involved here. I have love, support and everything you get from a family. Taking care of people is what I'm ment to do. I can say this has been by far the best place I've worked and can say the residents are all very wonderful and pleasant to take care of.

The facility director , Bobbi Swan, is the most compassionate, hard working and warm person. She is passionate about care with dignity for elders. They are so lucky to have her.

This facilitates staff is AMAZING... calls me with any issues my family member may have and calls be to brainstorm any issues we have to try to solve it in the best way possible way and with the upmost respect !! I am So very grateful I got my family member in there !! Feeling so much more calm and confident they will be well taken care of!!
