My father has already been living here for one year. The new director, Steven Kroll, together with Rosemarie Marquez (Admissions Director), is working really hard to raise the level of this place. They are renovating all the areas in the building, which are starting to look very nice. The cafeteria has good food for the residents, people are very friendly, and the place is CLEAN! They still have to improve some areas but everything is in progress. I can't wait to see the great results from the effort put in by these people and their employees!

Just moved my brother to the memory care floor at Lenox on the Lake. The Marketing Director, Rosemarie, was extremely helpful with the whole process starting from a tour of the facility, through the contract processes and overseeing that the newly renovated room my brother would be living in was ready. She is extremely friendly, approachable and reassuring! So far we have been satisfied with meeting the Director Renata; corporate personnel; and nursing staff. The CNA staff have all been pleasant and seem to be genuinely supportive and caring. The facility is clean and lovely and conveniently accessible. The Lenox also offers other amenities to residents such as hairdresser and manicurist onsite. We hope this will be our loved ones home for years to come.

I had looked at approximately 10 assisted living facilities before picking Lenox and selecting it for my dad. He had been living on his own and it was time for him to make the transition. My experience so far has been very positive at Lenox. The staff is very welcoming. Everyone has been professional and friendly. The facility is very clean and aesthetic. Rosemarie, the Admission Director has been accessible, knowledgeable and walked me through each step of setting dad up. Steve, the executive director has also been very responsive and available to answer any questions. So far dad is happy there saying he likes his studio room, is meeting new people and enjoys going down to the dining room three times a day. I would recommend Lenox to anyone considering an ALF in South Florida!

The Director of Sales and Marketing Ms Ambrose is superb. She is a star within that facility and it shows. She is knowledgeable and took the time out to explain the process. She is always friendly and easily available. After my tour my family and I made a decision to move forward with the process. My family and I are extremely happy.

My mother moved from a condo to The Lenox on the Lake 3 years ago. She was not pleased to have to move from an independent living situation to an assisted living facility at that time. However, I cannot emphasize enough how pleased she is today living at The Lenox on the Lake. She has well assimilated into her environment there. She really is living her best life as a 91 year old! We as a family have always been pleased with the care and treatment by the staff. I have dined there and I am particular about my food and I was very impressed with the food and dining choices. I am always astounded by the white table clothes laid out for the dinner service. I highly recommend consideration of The Lenox on the Lake for assisted-living.

LENOX IS THE BEST OUT OF 37 ALFs WE REVIEWED Moving my Mother from another assisted living facility into Lenox on the Lake has been one of the best decisions of my life. The great attitudes of the Staff and the Residents say it all. During our two reviews of the facility, it was clear that the staff love working at Lenox and the residents love living there. This has been reinforced each and every time I am at the facility (which has been at least 50 times). Kinisha Ambrose is the best! She was patient, thorough and professional throughout the decision process and she is full service at all times, knows each resident and family member, and participates in activities with residents and staff. Administration has bent over backwards to meet resident needs, including lining up transportation to church and other destinations, making sure events and activities go smooth, and working to exceed expectations at every opportunity. The decision of where to move Mom started with a list of 37 assisted living facilities in South Florida. After reviewing each of them on the internet, and also speaking with them on the phone, the list went to 14. After further review, we visited 7 facilities, short listed to 4, and revisited those 4. Selecting Lenox at that point was easy! Lenox is large enough to have all the right (geriatric specialists only) doctors come to the facility: Physicians, Podiatrist, Mobile Dentist, Ophthalmologist, Dermatologist, etc. Nurses are on staff 24/7. Enough aids are stationed on each floor to maintain responsiveness to all residents' needs, and they are unbelievably capable, caring, and gentle! Ilda, Irmath and the other aids could not possibly be better with my Mother. The food is as good or better than at any other facility we've ever visited. Don't be fooled by other facilities who cater to the family members, and don't deliver after your loved one is moved in. Lenox will blow you away, and then will ultimately be even better than you expected.

Transitioning from home to assisted living can be traumatic; the people at Lenox have made it easy. The apartments are spacious, the location on the lake is tranquil and secluded, the background music is enjoyable, and the food is good home cooking. Administration is very accessible and responsive, and the nursing staff is dedicated to one's comfort. Everyone is very friendly and courteous, and people seem to really enjoy their work. Patience abounds. Privacy is respected.

Lenox on the Lake is a extremely clean and beautiful facility. I believe it has helped my mother live longer. Now she's 91 years old and she loves to attend the entertainment events.

My Mother has been a resident there for several years and loves it there. They are fantastic, the whole staff is pleasant and treat my mom like family:) I went to almost every ALF in Broward County and the Lenox was hands down the best I could find, the building is a hurricane rated shelter that was purpose built as an ALF with a memory care wing. Not the most expensive ALF actually quite reasonable in comparison.

My experience with Lenox On the Lake has been nothing short of "Outstanding!" From the moment I first called them to inquire about their Memory Care residency for my mother who has Dementia to her placement less than 5 weeks later; the Lenox Team has been a model of excellency in service. Facility Director, Kinisha Ambrose patiently guided me through a tour on a Saturday; answered all my questions and welcomed a call from my brother who lives out of town to answer all of his questions. I also met the Chef who assured me that whatever my Mom's individual dietary needs are taste are; that they would be met. My Mom has been there since May 24th and without a doubt she is happy. She has an acute medical situation that requires constant monitoring of her blood pressure and hygiene. The Lenox staff monitors both with a high degree of consistency and quality. The Team there genuinely cares for the people they serve there. Lenox has plenty of activities including live musicians, jewelry and personal care product boutiques (Avon), nail and hair salon service in addition to a great outdoor space. Unfortunately I experienced other facilities in multiple states that did not come close to providing the special attention to detail and love that Lenox On the Lake provides to their residences. 10 weeks later and I am still ecstatic with the high quality of care my Mom receives. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night that I visit. Whomever is on duty at Lenox greets you with a warm smile and offers you their assistance. Most importantly; my Mom always greets me with a warmer smile that let's me know that she feels loved and is being taken of with great care. THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH Lenox on The Lakes entire Staff! Lenox on The Lake is a wonderful place. The staff is caring and professional, going out of their wayto accommodate residents and their families. Kinisha Ambose is amazing. She gone over and above to address mom's needs and our family concerns. Having visited many facilities, in search of the right one for mom, Lenox was an easy choice. I live in the area and pop in and out to visit mom frequently. I am always impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the staff as well as the services they provide.

Mom has been at Lenox since 2014. She loves her Bingo, Singing and her exercise class every morning. There is always something for all the residents to do. I have peace of mind that Mom is taken care of by the great staff and the meals are fantastic. Lenox is spotless and they take pride in everything they do.

The Lenox on the Lake is a beautiful facility. I toured over 5 months ago, and what I loved about the facility was the home like environment. The Director of Marketing Kenesha greeted me with a smile, and was knowledgeable and really took her time with me. She told me about all the available programs, and provided me with all the information I needed for VA Benefits. I really enjoyed my tour, and when My Mom is ready for A.L the Lenox will be her new home.

We placed our mom and dad at Lenox 1 week ago. They came from there home inTamarac. Kinisha the marketing director has gone above and beyond for my family. The staff are friendly and eager to help. We choose Lenox because my father needs memory care and my mother needs assisted living. Lenox looks like a hotel not a nursing facility. They accommodated both of there needs. The Lenox on The Lake is a great place. The staff is professional, going out of their way to accommodate residents and their families. Kinisha Ambrose is someone who explains everything in detail. She explained to me what the facility does for its residents with health issues. I feel a lot better knowing that my loved one is able to stay here. I've visited other ALF's in search of the proper facility for my family member. Lenox felt like the right one in the end. Lenox on the Lake has been a blessing for Mom and our entire family. We came to Lenox as Mom was making a transition from living alone in her condo to an "Assisted Living" scenario. She has adjusted well to her new living arrangements. Mom's unit has ample space for her belongings. She is comfortable in her new living surroundings. Lenox on the Lake offers delicious meals and a friendly atmosphere. Her friends at her table are very pleasant and she enjoys their conversation. The staff helps her each morning and evening with the days outfits and distributes her medications when needed. I had to move my mother to an assisted living unit. After extensive research, I found Lenox on the Lake. Needless to say, my mother is very happy and quite frankly she would not be happy any other place. The staff is very friendly and the environment is always cheerful. Thank you for taking care of mom!

Lenox on the Lake has literally changed my Mother's life. She is active from the time she wakes up until the time she goes to bed. Spends very little time in her room because there is always something to do. The facility is spotless...the chef and food are wonderful and the staff is lovely.
