My parents and a friend have spent a considerable amount of time in the resort rehabbing injuries. All staff that I interacted with were professional, polite, and helpful. Cathy at the front desk was especially so. She was welcoming, took my concerns to heart, and went the extra-mile to help me out. My parents and friends all speak highly of the care they are given and attention they received.

Things is getting better , in getting me settled in, I appreciate the staff here. But I find it's a problem with the laundry room Sent my clothes in the laundry bag, Thursday and and today Saturday she brings me one shirt and tell me the one item, I ask her where is the rest of my clothes pajamas, shorts, shirts, socks and underwear,, I ask how did manage to do this, she said we will try to find your clothes,,, REALLY, if they would have left my clothes in the laundry bag and wash them,then this wouldn't had happened,, I reported to the he nurse she gave me a paper of a grievance I wrote it out, I was told it's was problem of this happening a lot. Need better people in the laundry room that's knows what they doing

The room had things kind of disorganized but overall it was pleasent. I am back here on 4/23/2026. I feel like the resident should be able to eat at the same time or at least close together and not have to wait an hour to be fed I think thats unprofessional.

I would definitely recommend this over most of the Care facilities in Colorado Springs despite some issues which are really nothing to even worry about the food is good. The staff is great. The Care they give is something else I would highly recommend it to anyone. Actually I would recommend this place over any of them in Colorado Springs.

Katie PT & Belle Speech therapy are both great. My dad has them twice a week 1 hour for pt andv1 hr for speech each session. The therapy my dad is receiving is outstanding. I also like the fact that dadvwas given pt and speech to do at home. Thank you!

My wife was admitted yesterday afternoon. Called me this morning and told me they had left her oxygen off. They don't answer their phones: the main number rang 28 times before someone answered and transferred me to a nurses station where it rang for ten minutes and no answer. I have no idea if these people are scammers or simply inept at communication, but I am not a happy camper. Eventually the Exec Director contacted me and helped the situation, though communications are still difficult.

I spent about 6 weeks at Colorado Springs Healthcare Resort and the care I received there was amazing. Everyone was truly kind and caring and made recovering from surgery a awesome experience. The PT and OT staff was really remarkable and speedied up my recovery. The cleanliness was great and provided a wonderful atmosphere. Silverton Rocks!!!!

The hired help was friendly and curtious. Room was untidy .floor unswept and trash can was full with trash. Did ask to empty and was done but floor a little too dirty. The residence is nice and clean.

Mom stayed at the Healthcare Resort after a fall. She has been well taken care of and loves this place. Her team members, Stefanie, Crystal, Sandra, and Mya look out for the needs of the residents as a first priority. I have never seen just great multi-tasking! There's also a lot of laughter, smiles, and great optimism no matter what's going on. We were there during a Covid outbreak and these ladies stayed upbeat. If Mom needs specialized care again, I am hoping she will have a room here! Actually if I needed acute care or respite care, I'd want to be here!

This place is the best for all care needed to meet goals for a healthy rehab . Staff is always there when needed and makes the place a very smooth transition for quick rehabilitation The food shirt is nice and healthy and the activities Help achieve goals before going home. You are greeted as you stepped in or arrive via other transport and everyone will reach you and make you as comfortable as possible as quickly as possible. You are always well informed of your status as as your stay continues. There is a very positive attitude for achieving anything that you can do at all times it’s such a happy place and it’s also very functional for strength and balance or any other goal that you need to achieve to go home a much Better recovery. .

The Healthcare Resort was a wonderful experience. The Doctor, nurses, CNA' s and occupational therapist, physical therapist, and house keeping were of the highest quality. I felt genuinely loved and cared about by everyone. Everyone was so kind and eager to help me. I will always be so grateful for their hard work taking care of me. I will always remember them for their kindness and caring. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service. Thank you to Seth (wound specialist nurse), Robbin (nurse) who gave me my meds. George ( nurse) who changed my wound. Hannah ( housekeeper) she is beautiful and kind and kept my room and bathroom clean like I like it. Logan ( housekeeper) who was warm and friendly and shared wonderful stories about herself. I love her so much. Alec ( house keeper) He is a cat lover like me. I was so glad to meet him. R.J (physical therapist) He was so kind and patient and helped me regain my strength. I will always remember him. Tyler ( occupational therapist) She is a professional with a warm and friendly side. So far I am pleased with the care of our loved one. Staff is so kind and attentive and he seems so happy. My experiences with rehab have not been good. I have had 2 family members in a facility in Denver more than once and especially for my dad it was a nightmare. With that said we were worried about our loved one. Having to go into a facility at this time. My daughter did her research and found this place and we are so pleased. It’s a beautiful place and he has a beautiful view and seems happier than he has in 3 weeks. We are hopeful for a speedy recovery in their care.

BELLE MICHAUD speach therapist was great each day and I still keep her exercises with me and the guy in pt was awesome (not much hair) I don't remember his name and the big guy that delivered my morning meals. So far so good. Only a few days into my father's journey here. One thing I wasn't expecting but completely love is the excellent staff. They are nice, patient, and extremely caring towards patients and their families. They actually do pt, ot, and speech therapy. They have exceeded my expectations so far.

My wife Patricia has been in the Healthcare Resort since she left the hospital after a fall at home. The PT(Matt) and OT(Maddie) Therapists are knowledgeable and encouraging. The Nursing staff are Great from the Charge nurse to Meds nurse to the CNA's are considerate and caring. They all CARE about the well being of their patients
