The place is understaffed and the folks are overworked. Not their fault. Everyone has been amazing, welcoming, patient and kind. Shes been there 3 years now, and is thriving instead of declining. We owe that to the Cottage staff. They take really good care of our Mom.

This place is nice although a bit above the budget we were looking for. The staff seems friendly and accommodating as well when doing a search.

This place is very frustrating if you actually want to talk to your loved one! It's hard to get through. Most of the time they don't bother answering the phone. They don't return calls when messages are left. When they actually do answer the phone, it's always answered by someone that doesn't know how to transfer calls. I get hung up on constantly when they attempt to transfer it. Or they say they don't know how to so they tell me to call back and they'll let it ring until someone else answers it. They really need to train their employees on how to use the phones. It's kind of an important part of the job!

The Cottages is a great place with a compassionate and caring team. The management work closely with staff and resident families to provide the best care for their residents. They have a great team of Nurses who work hard and are available at all times when needed. I would totally recommend the Cottages at Mill Creek to anyone looking for a place for their loved one in the south Everett, Mill Creek area.
